They scratched my back pretty good. I had no suspension in my truck and it was my only way to get to work living outside the city. Bri and Ryan hooked me up with a quick, easy and affordable repair. Everyone there did everything in their power to help me out and were kind and professional throughout. It was the truck from hell for many, but Bri was straightforward with what was wrong throughout. Ryan worked his back off to put a part or two in its place and gave me great recommendations throughout the week long repair. Thanks again you guys - for something that should have been painful, you made it painless.

Don't trust the team. After selling they stop replying to you when you ask about things they promised you. What a shame!

Went to test drive a jeep wrangler that damir said was a mall crawler. You could barely see out the windows with the straches. Dishonest. Whoever bought this jeep good luck.bought two vehicles in the past but never again as long as damir is there. JJ is a good guy though

Had a great experience buying from ryan and his staff up at Summit are very helpful. Above and beyond satisfaction with the experience with them, very very friendly and outstanding staff they have up there 10/10

I have found service department to be scammers, pushing something through on warranty and using epoxy to fix ur issue. They are unreasonably rude. They deflect blame, and avoid responsibility, to the point of breaking professional demeanor with personal insults.

Good place to buy a dodge vehicle from but the only downfall is if you're from outside of the area you gotta wait a long time before you receive the registration or any other important documents for the vehicle you purchase

Boris is the man. Offered to lend me his own vehicle while inbetween signing for my Trailhawk.

It is rare for me to write a review but the service my husband and I had at Summit Dodge deserves it. A phone conversation between my husband and Boris led to a spur of the moment decision to drive from Saint John to Fredericton to have a look at a 2020 Mazda CX5. Through some back and forth negotiations, we ended up trading in our 2016 Ram and getting the Mazda. I was really impressed and appreciative of how Boris and Ryan listened to our concerns and had counter offers to help address those concerns. We felt as if we were being heard. We ended the meeting with Beata who was kind enough to explain the contract as it was signed. I'm sure we kept Boris, Ryan and Beata longer than we should have but we are thankful for all they did for us. Thank you all so very much!

Absolutely amazed on how well Blake Butler and Ryan Glasgow treated me at Summit Dodge Fredericton. I was treated with professionalism, curtesy, and as a human being and not just another tick in the box to pad stats. I Just traded in my 2019 ram tradesman and bought a 2022 new truck from summit, the new truck only came with all season tires my truck i traded has new winter tires and rims with summer tires and rims once the deal was done the dealership then calls looking for the summer tires and rims so they want 2 sets of rims and tires for one factory set so there expecting my summer rims that have new tires for free! And my winter ones when they cant even come good for one set of winter tires for my new truck! Needless to say i paid 60,000 for the truck and without winter tires in the winter time there not getting my factory rims with new tires untill they give me a set of winters for my new truck witch should came with winters in the first place i will be taking this further if they dont hold there end of the deal its the first and last new truck ill buy from go to fairview troy seems alot easier to deal with!

Gave this place numerous attempts to fix an issue until they started just ghosting me. Traded the vehicle in at a jeep dealership in Woodstock and haven't been happier. Wouldn't take a wheel barrow there to be fixed.

I will be switching to a Chevy dealer at the soonest possible chance.

Extremely disappointed in this dealership.set up warranty appointment as per Chrysler Canada to have them cancel 8 hours later due to a personal issue with truck owner.truck is banned regardless of who brings it for service.never heard of anything so juvenile in my life.talked to service girl and was told that not only is owner not welcome but also a piece of metal is not welcome, felt sorry for her as she was being coached by a man telling her no.never heard of anything so assonine in my life.get over yourselves and do your job.can't be good for business.we are not 2 playing in the sandbox.grow up! Owner apparently is ok with receiving negative feedback based on a difference of opinion between 2 grown men.business is business and should never be jeopardized over a difference of opinion.strongly recommend that you do not do business with them if you have a mind of your own.an embarrassment to the brand!

Amazing staff, bought a new vehicle lastweek.and it was the smoothest purchase ever while buying a new car.

The service here is much better than at the competition. And somehow, their parts department have better prices?

I walked in on a Tuesday evening around 530 pm, took a test drive and got a deal I couldn't turn down. While doing the paperwork the sales team entertained my two children (4 and 2). They let me take the truck home for the night and when I brought her back the next day they provided me with a demo to get myself around town while they detailed the truck and added all the accessories. By the end of the day I had the truck in my driveway fully ready to go camping! The salesmen (Scott, and Boris), GM (Dimar) and finance manager (Ryan) were exceptional! I was treated so well by them that I look forward to another purchase with them soon and will recommend to anyone looking to upgrade or get into a new set of wheels!

I had an appointment to change the brakes of the car. Waited for a long time to my appointment. Dropped my car off at 9: 30am, called in the evening to ask if it's ready and it is almost 5pm and no one called me yet. It turned out that nothing had done yet. Was offered to book another appointment.

The service staff are always friendly and amazing to deal with. I have never had better service from any other mechanics in town.

My husband and I went in for pricing on a truck, and left with a brand new Ram 1500, and a new Journey. Ryan Lewis was amazing, and accommodating. Worst service ever when you got issues with your vehicle. They charged me 200$ of repair cost and the issue was still the same 5 mins after leaving the shop. They afterward told me Service department was close and to come back the other day. I came back and told me the technician didn’t found anything the first time but charged me 139$ of labour cost for a road test. I totally do not recommend this location for any repairs.

Bought a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk just a few hours ago and we absolutely love it! The crew that helped us out was exceptional as well especially Ryan Lewis introducing us to this vehicle and walking us through the whole process and Ryan Glasgow with the financial side of things. This is the 3rd RAM I have purchased from Summit Dodge Fredericton. Each time Krisztian Fonagy (sales rep) was fantastic to deal with. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had the exact truck I wanted, and that I was 100% happy with it before signing the papers. No rush, no pressure, just top quality service with a super friendly demeanor. The second RAM I bought had electrical issues, from day one, that service and FCA weren't able to solve. Kristian, along with GM Damir, and owner JJ helped me out of that truck an into one that works. I was give 3 days of test driving to make sure everything was fully satisfactory.

What an awesome crew at summit service, didnt have an appt til the 13th, but they said they would try to fit me in for my brake controller.wanted to go camping, they got me right in and out and did an awesome job.thanks lynn and ryan.and of course they're great service technician's.

Quick to come out and see me in the lot. Even tho it was raining. Great staff at the front of the store, easy to deal with. I haven't delt with parts and service department yet.

Bought my Jeep Compass Trailhawk last June and have had nothing but great service from the whole staff! Huge shoutout to Mike who has extremely helpful and great to deal with! Traded in my old mazda 3 and got great value for it. Couldn't be more happy with my purchase and the overall service this year.

Nice people and bad service.
I brought my 2016 Jeep Patriot in for engine noise and shifting issues after being diagnosed at Mitsubishi. Leaving it for two whole days because Summit overbooked, I was told there are no shift issues and charged $80 to "confirm" that the vehicle has engine noise and will require another appointment to diagnose the issue.
Really felt like a run-around and charge as much as you can type of business.

I have now bought 2 vehicles from Summit. Both times I have bought from Krisztian Fongay. Krisztian went above and beyond to look after me, before, during, and after the sale was completed. Very easy to deal with and easy to get a hold of whenever I had any questions, wether by phone or email. Highly recommend Summit. Go see Krisztian when you get there.

I bought a 2012 dodge ram outdoorsman and first of all my spare tire is on with a custome lock. I never received anything for the lock when we called they said we can order the whole special lock system for over 300 dollars. No thank you. Than my cam shaft went. 4000 to fix.now two years one month and one week later cam shaft gone again. No warranty left. It was only for 2 years. I will never buy a dodge again! Very disappointed in dodge. Jim Gilbert's has warranty also but I had vehicles from him before and if it was something big close to the warranty he would fix it. Guess all my vehicles will come from Jim Gilbert's from now on.

Initial sales dept was good, can't said the same about the rest of the experience. Sold us a van that pulled to the right. After 5 months of phone calls and multiple visits back and forth from Moncton to Fredericton, Moncton Chrysler fixed it on the first visit but that was temporary because a year later it is back to pulling to the right. So not sure what that says about the Fredericton garage but there seems to be a defect in the van and probably should have gotten a new one right away.

My husband and I, purchased our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawks from Summit this past Summer 2018. We are very pleased with the Jeeps performance and more imptly the level of service we received from the owner JJ Kennedy and Manager Damir Kazic.
