Never again they told me I needed rear brake pads and rotors at a cost of ove $400 my car didn't need stay away from these crooks!

I always use Supreme, they have great customer service and don’t try to push services you don’t need

Went in for a spray in bedliner on my ‘22 GMC SIERRA and started off by losing my backrack bracket in the bed rail stake hole. And improperly re installing my back rack as well as breaking one of my box side cargo lights and scratching my box side. At the end of the day, they did replace the cargo light, and fetch the bracket out of the stake hole. But I just found the customer service wasn’t great trying to get ahold of people. Now that they fixed my cargo light up, I got my truck back and my engine light was flashing at me. I am happy with the liner itself but am not happy with the aftermath and all the issues this caused. Might be just my luck. But not satisfied.

I used this service first time for switching my winter tires out and was very satisfied with the great service I got. I decided to move my car here for regular maintenance from the dealership and haven't been slightly disappointed. Car was taken on time, quick work and reasonable prices. Will keep going here in the future!

Made an appointment online, very quick and easy. Came in when a time was confirmed and staff was very friendly. Problem I wanted addressed was diagnosed quickly and effectively. There was additional work they noted as should be done, but were very understanding when I requested just the problem I came in for fixed. As they remarked, "I heard it come in and didn't hear it go out" can't ask for more!

*Update* I had made a negative post about the service we had received. The manager, Doug called us, and somewhere there was a misunderstanding. I feel customer service isn't just measured when things are going well. The true test is when things are not. Doug listened to what we were upset about. And came to a fair resolution for us. He watched over everything and was our first contact. Ours was not a quick fix, it was very much trial and error until we got it right. What was nice, was today when things were ultimately fixed, it was a no stress interaction. The verdict, Doug has brought us back to being satisfied customers and we will be back.

I should also mention that I have been coming here since the 80's when they were on Rothesay Ave. Been other places but always end up coming back to Supreme.

I had my usual oil change a winter to summer tire change in April and these guys and gals are the Best! Most efficient, reliable and get the job done right I also have my tires stored there for each season which is the Best deal in town and so easy for Me! Supreme is the only place I would trust with my vehicle and it's needs! Great job always a Great Team!

Very happy with this auto shop as i took my car here for a pre inspection and it needed a bearing and back outter tie rod. The shop called me and informed me that the bearing is covered under warranty and will be done at the dealer at no cost. The outter tie rod is getting done by this shop on sept 14th and for a great price.as of this date my car will also be inspected by them. I highly recommend this auto shop as i usually take my car to my father but he is in Ontario and its just not possible to get it to him. I trust this shop to make my car safe for me and the price to do so is very affordable. Thank you Supreme Auto for all your hard work.

They changed my Mustang Axle back. Fanstatic Job, took around 1 hour, very professional and clean, Waited there and I am very happy with the installation. I will definitely come back.

Was looking for new summer tires for car. Wanted a quality tire due to traveling slot. Ask for suggestions and price quote. Very informative staff and did have what I was looking for. Liked the way I was spoken to and their service. All ladies looking for what I did should check this business out.

Excellent Customer Service. Dropped our vehicle off at 8am for brake pads and oil change and our car was ready by Noon. They shuttled us both ways and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. The best part is they let us know ahead of time that our front brakes may or may not pass our inspection in August so they gave us a ballpark price of what it will cost to replace them. We can now budget for that cost just in case they don't pass. Everyone is so friendly and they treat you very respectably!

Went in for an oil change and MVI on an 11AM appointment. Left just before noon as vehicle had not been touched and was still sitting outside. What was maddening about thew whole experience is that we got up early and drove 1.5 hours to get there and there were mechanics available. When I made the appointment I specifically asked if the vehicle would be seen before lunch since we had afternoon appointments at the hospital and was told absolutely no problem.

Very poor customer relations and I would not trust these people with my vehicle after the way we were treated. I was referred by Downey Ford and have indicated to Downey that a note be placed on my file to never refer me to Supreme Auto again

UPDATE: Despite response from Owner there has been no follow up and no one has contacted me about this unfortunate service experience

Excellent service from the front counter all the way to the Mangers office! I went there May 15th to have my front suspension checked. I didn't feel safe driving on the highway. First inspection everything seem fine other than an alignment needed. After road test the problem was still there! Doug Hanson and his crew worked most of the day on my car to find out the problem.after more than one test drive and discovering that after market parts installed on front end was the problem. After installing the parts from Ford, Control arm/Ball joint, and yet another test drive the car felt like it just rolled off the lot for the first time! I was able to travel two hours on the highway that weekend after with confidence and peace of mind! Big Thanks to Doug Hanson and his whole crew!:)

They installed brakes on all four wheels and these brakes have been making noise and vibration for a year now. They looked at them more than once and weren't able to fix this. I think their parts are cheap.

Excellent staff and quality work, this is my go to shop to keep my cars safe for the road and running good.
