Friendly staff and were so accommodating when the couch I had originally chosen did not fit in the stairwell of my apartment building. Delivery was speedy and on time. Would shop there again.

Purchased leather love seat recliners for $998 plus $160 for 10 year warranty with Serveco. Biggest rip off ever! After 2 years leather splitting on seat and arm rest cracking. Received terrible customer service. They would not cover any damage at all. I don’t recommend buying any furniture from Surplus Furniture or getting extended warranty. Biggest rip off ever along with terrible service.

I saw the prices on Flipp and its no clearly, I don't like store like that. The prices is not bad, but doing like that I really don't have sure to buy it. My daughter 5 just stand on the mattress and the guy very rude ask me to she stop to be there because someone fall and broke something and had blood around everywhere, next time just ask, don't need tell freaky stories.

Bought a new set of couches back in November 2018, and one of them is just falling appart (the one we mostly sit on). The bottom of the couch is tearing up, the fabric on one of the cushion is ripped and the border on one of the arm rest is slowly ripping apart as well. Pretty upseting when my previous couch for almost 10 years was in better shape then these one are right now. Thank God I have a 5 year warranty on it, but what good is it when it's only been 4 months since I bought these and it's only a one time deal.

I purchased a couch from here as there is not a huge selection of places to get furniture in the greater Moncton area and they seemed to be the only reasonable priced store. I have to say before moving to Moncton from Ontario i had never heard of re-stuffing a couch due to it sagging because i have never had that issue with a couch in my life. But right after bringing the couch home i noticed the couch was sinking instantly. I called the store and had to send them pictures and they said that they were willing to re-stuff it. But due to the fact that i just purchased it and was already having issued i decided to get a refund instead. I had to wait for a cheque in the mail but overall I'm very happy i did because the quality of their products is questionable.

Great prices, cheap delivery. Staff was really nice when I went in and helped figure out if the furniture would actually fit into my bedroom. Good brand name stuff as well.

"Same day delivery" is not anywhere near accurate. Checking the status of an order is also nearly impossible. Been waiting over two weeks with no updates on where my couch is. Good customer service in store but not on the phone. Make sure you get it ordered a month before you actually need it or you'll be sitting on kitchen chairs like I am lmao

Good service. Great prices. Avoid their delivery service, they third party it & those guys truly don't care. Save yourself 60 bucks.
