I brought my brand new pioneer in because it was out of alignment (tires wore out under 1000k)! When I brought it in, i was advised it was lined back up. Then Honda tried to charge me. However I knew something wasn't right so I brought it to a professional because it wasn't handling properly. Turns out it was out an inch and a half of alignment! That's concerning for supposed Honda professionals working on a Honda brand. Consequently, I canceled aprox 8k of options prior to this because I had no confidence in their knowledge to install either. Also, there is no compensation for my tires from a brand new bike.

After Covid service at many establishments worsened compared to times of the past. I found Honda Fredericton to be no exception. Now there is a more positive vibe there. I was recently impressed by the technical insights of a woman at the service desk. She understood what might be causing a glitch in my starting system. I decided to give Riverview a chance to see if they could fix it. At my appointment they couldn’t determine what the cause was because it didn’t repeat itself in the shop. Nevertheless I was satisfied with the service. The staff is professional and they seem more positive minded now that business is rolling again. Another good point is that they helped me to get appropriate parts for other repairs I did in my hometown. Generally things are on the upswing and I’ll try to use them more in the future.

Got appointment at 2.30 pm. I reached shop at 2.35 after long waiting I asked for status around 4.10 pm, they said car is in garage then I just move around I surprised my car parked at outside, that was totally unexpected. Strongly not recommended.

Kris Letourneau was amazing to deal with. Went from seeing me outside looking at the used cars to helping me find something in my correct price range. He made me feel like he was actually trying to help me find something that I wanted by actually listening to me and what I wanted and suited my needs. The whole team that I had dealt with in my time finding my new car was so delightful and all wanted what was best for me. Highly recommend going to see the team at Riverview Honda.

They don't have a lot of vehicles in the showroom or in the yard, as most were sold. But they also sell a few 4 wheelers and motorcycles, both street and basic offroad bikes. Good service.

Overall good.but a couple of things.asked on my key envelope to keep the old belt for a spare.was not done.had coolant service done and has bought a thermostat.was left on passenger seat and again envelope had asked it be changed out.was not done.pricing has to be adjusted slightly.but that may have been a communication slip on my part.overall was satisfactory.but there is always room for improvement.

My most recent bill was almost twice the estimate. Over the last two years, the quality of service has declined to the point that I’m considering not buying a Honda - after having 4 over the last 30+ years.

We are from Moncton. Me and my wife were looking to buy Honda CRV. During our attempt to get a deal from local dealer unfortunately it did not go well due to the well known gimmicks of dealers. However, when we contacted Riverview Honda, they treated us really well. Though their quote did not give us any chance for negotiating the MSRP, but the fairness in explaining and respecting the rights of a customer to choose additional things as per our wish but not pressurizing anything. I think the management definitely has some good policies and these guys are good humans I should say. We felt like home while we were there in the office. Thanks to the sales person Jason and others who helped us thru the whole process of buying.

Very disappointed with my experience. I'm 22, and since im young, I was not taken serious at all. I was looking at the most expensive car in the shop (type R) and was approached by Alex to give me a helping hand. Not only was he being extremely blunt with his responses to my questions, he was listing all of the negative aspects about buying/leasing. He gave me un-helpful answers, and seemed as if he was pushing me away as if I was wasting his time. He gave me his personal cell before leaving the store for any questions, and every time i'd ask him a question, he would read it, and answer DAYS later. On top of feeling like I was wasting time, they quoted me 3000$ less than Subaru did on my trade in, which was a honda. They also refused to move at all on the price of the car, which was sitting in the room for over a year, and would not let me test drive it. Needless to say, I went to Subaru and got treated incredibly well, was given Michelin winter tires with the purchase of my brand new WRX STI, Which was a more expensive car) and given 3000$ more for my trade. Do not recommend anyone shop here.

A thoroughly stressful experience.

This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced.mainly the spare parts department were rude. I called 3 times to buy 4 snow tires, the first time I was asked to call a week later, after a week they just hung up.repair service lacking of communication.

Beyond happy with my experience with Riverview Honda.
They were extremely helpful and listened to my wants/needs and made some adjustments to get me into the car I loved and wanted. Even with a few bumps along the way, they MADE SURE that I got exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy and that I got what I wanted /needed. Brendan in sales and the sales manager WERE BEYOND ACCOMMODATING and I left happy and assured that I was well taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend dealing with these guys, and when the day comes when I will need a new car, this would be my first stop.
I've thanked them over and over, but just want to say it again, words can't express my gratitude.

I bought a $700 part for a dual-sport motorcycle, which ended up not being required. When I went to return it, they refused to take it back, saying that electrical components are non-refundable. It would have been nice to know that prior to buying the part.

Update: after being contacted by Sutherlands, they agreed to taking back the part - much appreciated!

I am originally from NS and I was traveling to NB to pickup my son drive him back to NS to drive a uhaul for me back to NB as I am moving to Fredericton area. While in the middle of the move my light came on for my very first oil change on my new vehicle. While feeling stressed from the mice I was extremely anxious about my car needing service. Called your dealership to see if you could get me in for the work. Told originally you were booking two weeks out but your service department told me if I could bring it in Monday and leave it they would do their best. I called on a Friday so I was very impressed. Dropped my car off Sunday night and by 930 on Monday I got a text it was ready. So impressed and people I spoke with were awesome so you are the dealership I will be dealing with now that I am living in Fredericton. I am totally satisfied and impressed

I needed the fuse box replaced and was told with labour and the part it would be $680.00 plus tax.
I agreed and a few days later when it was completed, I went to pay and they tried to charge me almost $1000.00
I had to argue with the man at the service counter and service manager to get the price we agreed on.
Needless to say I won’t be going there again.

I contacted Sutherland Honda in Fredericton after an unsatisfactory experience at my local Honda dealer. I was pleasantly surprised with the attitude of the sales rep I dealt with in his willingness to help me acquire exactly what I needed, along with being agreeable to holding the vehicle for me til I could make the trip. I knew the vehicle hadn't been "certified" yet, nor detailed, so knew I'd be making a return trip to bring it home. I was surprised when told that the vehicle was detailed & ready to go shortly after I arrived. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

As busy as the service department was when I dropped off my generator and told it may take a few days. I was very pleased to receive a call from their service manager, MacKenzie, the very next day saying it was ready.
We have a number of Honda products in our household. Sutherland Honda has been providing service and maintenance to our generators, atvs and our vehicle since 1997.
I am always impressed with the fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional service we receive from the management and staff.

Just recently was gifted of a 2015 CRV and was coming in for a service at the Sutherland Honda for an oil change since unable go to the dealer where the vehicle was service in the past, I had just got the vehicle detailed and clean before got in, when I went back to pick up my vehicle I open my door to find out the person who drove my vehicle had left me with muddy foot prints all over and even kick the door open, also they did even reset the gauge for the oil change to be back to 100%. Not impressed with the service I received, someone really don't care about there customer's vehicle.

Had a breakdown. CAA Tow to Sutherland. They were great on phone and texted my scheduled appointment time when they could assess the car. Called my cell with diagnoses and price. Called when work was completed as well as a text. Texted and emailed bill with ability to pay online for express pickup. First rate service.

They cost was good, and the service from the front desk to shop work was great.

We just moved back from Ottawa and my gosh it’s great to be back to the east coast and getting great Honda Service it’s something you don’t get in a large city. Everyone was wonderful, very friendly. While waiting I was able to get a quote on new winter tires. Very clean waiting room with Wifi and hot and cold drinks and everyone was great to deal with. Thank you For the great customer service. Honda customer for life!

Dropped of the car as instructed before close on Thursday. Called the Friday morning to ask why the car was dropped off. Restated the issues … later text message sent to multiple numbers saying work complete. Called garage to ask for phone numbers to be specific to individual drivers. Another text message and call to the garage for clarification then another text message.
Should have gone to Trius on Hanwell!

Very professional experience! I received confirmation as soon as my ATV was taken into shop, I had conversations with Mackenzie on the Service Desk. She was very knowledgable & explained what was done & my options on other items. All necessary parts were in stock & everything appears to have been well done. I am completely satisfied!
