They have a nice back room for private events. Food is great, good deals for holiday seasons. Always love eating here

We were served by Donna tonight, and we would come back just for her! Great service, very professional, and a kind smile. Food was good, as always.

We went here for a lunch on Friday. We were served quickly and also checked on often while we had our meals. I think the name of our lady was Debbie. She was amazing!

Food was okay. There was no silverware at the table we had to ask I ordered a pepsi no ice and got one with ice ordered a poutine with my meal and got fries so I had to say I ordered a poutine then it was fixed then I asked for a refill of pepsi and had to ask twice and no it was not busy there was only one other table with 2 people at it

Had an amazing experience and our waitress Marjo was excellent! She made us taste some drinks and the Swiss Chalet fries!

Ordered delivery for 530pm, called to check on the order at 6pm waited 10 minutes on hold and we were told "it takes as long as it takes. " Called back at 630pm, waited on hold and asked the status, the girl said I needed to speak with the manager. She transferred my call to an out of service number. The driver pulled in the driver seconds later, asked him to wait so we could check the food (figured it was cold) and he ran away. The only thing warm was the gravy. Tried to call the store again and got no answer.

I just went through the drive-through and I have to say it was the worst food I have ever had in a drive-through. It was so bad I couldn't identify what I had ordered. We will not be back.

This was our first time at Swiss Chalet and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Ribs are to die for. The service we received from Melissa was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. She made us feel welcomed and gave us a fantastic experience.

Tamara "The Newfie" was our waitress. ONE of a kind! We pre ordered back on Thanksgiving. The festive feast to be picked up at 645pm. They called us at the time of pick up to tell us that they had no food for us. My husband and I both worked that day so we didn't have time to make dinner. We were very upset to know that we couldn't have Thanksgiving dinner with our family. The Manger ended up giving us coupons for entrees. We went back this evening was seated and then greeted by the most amazing waitress! We explained our situation and she went above and beyond for our family! She was amazing, the food was amazing, overall 10/10! You have an amazing worker there, don't let her go. We told her we would be calling In advance next time so she can be our waitress!

Wow, the festive meal. I took a friend out and with a 20% tip, coffee and dessert included it cost $56.88 We both agreed it was delicious. We choose baked potato, and dark meat which was a leg and thigh combined. The thing is, the chicken we got was as the same size as the potato. Very small piece of chicken which was a bit disappointing. Regardless.the restaurant is beautiful, the wait staff are amazing and the food was really yummy.

Komal was so sweet and helped us with our order after we took so long to decide! Grade A customer service.

Huge hit for our server from Swiss Chalet, Dieppe last night. Wish I got her name but if she or someone who knows her sees this I hope the message is clear. She’s originally from Saint-Quentin, moved to Edmunston and now in the Moncton/Dieppe area. She is probably the most awesome server we have ever encountered. Very personable, fast, funny and apologetic person. We were a table of four “older” people … two Newfie brothers with their two Acadian sisters better halves. From the get go she was awesome and very attentive but more importantly she made what was already a pleasant experience turn into an awesome experience. We all had the festive special which, despite a few minor hiccups from the kitchen, was pretty good but we will remember the service even more. Anyway, she is one awesome human being and deserves the highest kudos from management! Hoping we get her again on our next visit! ️

Food was delicious and our server, Tamara, did a fabulous job. She was helpful, personable and efficient.

Went to Swiss on Sunday Aug 14th. Claudette was our waitress and she was wonderfully. Great customer service. Will return and hope to get her again.

Had a wonderful time at Swiss Chalet Dieppe this evening. We celebrated my mom’s birthday and our server Tamara was an absolute joy! Her service was above and beyond, we hope to have her as our server again soon!

June 24th 2022 our waitress name was Allyson at Swiss Chalet Dieppe NB for supper 4 of us. Best waitress ever friendly, awesome personality, beautiful smile, answer our question about the menu with pleasure. Allyson We give you a score of 10 excellent job being a waitress keep up the good work

I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waitress there who had to be recognized publicly. Mellissa was her name and she was phenomenal. She catered to the four children in the group. She was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food. And she just had this friendly demeanor about her that made us all happy. By the end of our dinner, two of us said, "she's the best waitress we've ever had in New Brunswick"

Just went to the drive thru for a poutine for my grandchild. Komal provided excellent service and was especially attentive to the four-year-old in the back seat. She even provided her with magic stickers!

We ordered online and the food came 40 min after it was out for delivery and cold. My husband called spoke to the manager and was cut off 4 times while just trying to say the food was cold and that they had given the driver the wrong address. This was a miss for the manager and driver as it took him 20 min after he couldn't find the address to call us.

Update they remade our food but gave the driver the wrong address again.even when confirming everything prior to having it made again.

My son and I ended up at Harvey's after another local restaurant was full. Komal was fantastic serving us and socializing with my son. It was a great experience. Food was hot, and very good.

Great service, chicken was a bit dry but sauce helped. Guy at the take out counter was amazing!

We ate at Harvey's today and were very happy with our experience. The debit machine wasn't working so we were going to go somewhere else, but Cathy (the employee) gave us our food for free. We are from BC and this was such a nice surprise. Cathy was very friendly and helpful. She explained the menu to us. Great customer service. We will definitely be back!

We were served by Tamara. What a breath of fresh air she was. In this time where good service is hard to come by, she went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Ask for Tamara as your waitress - she is simply lovely!

Our favourite go to place for eating out - food is always good, the service always great, and where else can two people get a full chicken meal for under $35 combined?

It was great we got right in and got a seat. The staff was very friendly I ordered a hamburger and fries, my wife ordered a chicken sandwich.
Now the part that turned our stomach was when they brought us our meal.
Mind was ok, BUT my wife chicken sandwich had a long blonde hair sticking out of her food.
Now the staff took it back, but when we got our bill we told the young lady and the only thing she said oh I'm sorry and then laugh about it.
Now we love going there but hair in the food it's going to be a long time before we go back.

Visited Swiss chalet last week with family including 3 grandchildren had wonderful service provided by Joanne Mongrain, great lady who’s very good at her job and very friendly. She’s got a great memory with birthdays especially! Food and service was excellent. Thank you Joanne! ️
