Swiss Chalet

This was a half chicken order. The leg was preamputated and the wing was dead. Very disappointed in the size of the chicken and can't believe you actually are cutting the rolls in half. I believe I deserve a partial refund on this order. Thank you

We had Tiana today and she has been the best, most attentive, thoughtful waitress there yet.
They did a great job today with the food too.

The resturant was untidy, long time wait. Food was very wet and salty for chicken stir fry poor waitress seemed overwhelmed, but tried her best. We will not go to Swiss chalet again.very disappointing

They were short staffed and yet it was some of the greatest service I've ever dealt with. The manager was really helpful and I would recommend going to this one

The staff were personal and very efficient despite being understaffed. The manager aided the staff and was very apologetic when they were not able to get the food out on time. The food was hot and standard for Swiss Chalets. Over all very good restaurant and the staff made the wait for the food worth it with all the check in's.

Absolutely amazing staff and very friendly. They were quick with service and the food was incredible. Will definitely come again. It was a great first experience.

The food was very good. Prices are a bit high, but coupons are available. For whatever reason, we had three different servers during the course of dinner.

They didn't bring me all my food that I ordered and paid for! I'm so disappointed. Was looking forward to my meal: (
This is not the first time this has occurred from them with me. I really like their food so it's even more disappointing.

I want to add that they sent me another meal today because of missing items yesterday and it was free of charge! AND delicious! Thank you Swiss Chalet. I look forward to visiting your lovely restaurant again soon.

We were on a cruise and made a day trip traveling around the area. This was our last stop before returning to the port. IT WAS FABULOUS! The food was great and the wait staff and manager were SUPER nice! It was a great way to cap-off a wonderful day!

We have been your customers for over 20 years and sadly not anymore. My wife and i had a $75 meal on the evening of June 11th at 630pm. Our waitress was great. My wifes baked potato litterly fell apart like rice she only ate the skin. Yes we should have sent it back. I did not get the dipping sauce for my chicken and my dessert was great but again my wife was horrible.usually butter tarts do not tast like this one did. She left hungry and on the way way home we thought OMG we didnt even get rolls. Not good at all. I believe the blame lies in your kitchen. Also in February we had a take out order and i did not get the chicken with my ribs. Did not have time to call on it as we were leaving for a flight. Also your best desserts are not on menu anymore. UNSATISFIED LONG TIME CUSTOMER!

Subpar service. Not only do they have more options to choose from on their takeout menu, they're also less expensive than the dine-in menu.

Ordered 5 chicken fingers got 4 and a small gristle nugget.

Portions are now smaller since the restaurant has changed hands too.

Hi, me and my husband went tonight for supper (April 6) he got a regular chicken diner and he said it was ok but the piece of chicken was small I got the shrimp and chicken but the rice and shrimp delicious but also the chicken was a tease and cold inside, very disappointed in the food and also they forgot my husbands beer but that server that I stopped he went and got his beer and gave him a lrg and charged him for a small, so saying all that I left leaving hungry, will not be back ️

The service was excellent food was great and they were extremely busy. Ran out of an item I wanted and was informed and the staff handled it very profesionally. I give it a 5 star. This is in Saint John New brunswick

Food is consistently top notch however the service is what puts Swiss Chalet at the top of my dining choices. A lot of the wait staff (Dave in particular) have been there well in excess of 10 years and make eating there an enjoyable, “ home-style” experience.

Worse experience at Swiss Chalet. Ordered family pack and said 2 orders of fries 3 salads. They said out of salad. Ok I know there issues with supplie so I order the fries and veggies and backed potatoes. The fries were a day old at least. Hard like rocks and cold. The baked potatoe was at least a couple days old and the inside was kind of brown. Was such a turn off. I know SC is not 4 star dining but come on, at least don't screw up the fries and baked

The food and drinks are super amazing the staff are courteous and caring when it comes to their customers I like the way they do their drinks and food there is something in them that makes them so fresh happy to be here we will certainly come back soon when we can…

Called to place a pick up order. First time a young man asked us to hold and they hung up. Second time a young lady made us feel like we were bothering her and was very rude. Terrible customer service. Was really craving Swiss Chalet or I would have cancelled the order. Great food, it's just too bad the experience with the staff didn't match.

Great food but DO NOT order online, they just CANNOT get it right. You would think I would learn because this was the 3rd time I have ordered and the 3rd time they did not get it right. The online email confirmations are correct but quite obviously the person putting up the order has trouble reading. I guess this has to be my last delivery order, at least if you are at the restaurant and they get it wrong they can fix it. On delivery you just do without, even when you have paid for it. Done with Swiss Chalet

Terrible food today. 6 people and all of us got bad food. 3 quarter chicken dinners and all were dry and clearly had been under hot lights, chicken pot pie was cold, complained and they came back 4 minutes later after microwaving it. Chicken wrap had a bone in it. Appetizer cheese loaf is now 4 buns and has no tomatoes and half the green onion. The only good thing was the waitress.

Went in Wednesday night and was served by a younger man with a beard. We ordered an app, two chicken Quaters, and desert. I was served a Quater that was extremely pink all the way through, and we could not locate our waiter. We sat and waited patiently for 20 minuted until all of our food was cold then my husband got up and asked a female server if she could get me a cooked chicken. She did and was very nice. Then she went looking for our waiter. He reappeared after she searched for him for 10 minutes and ignored that we were there. Our empty drinks were sitting on the edge of our table and he completely ignore them. We had to ask for our bottomless drinks to be refilled. In the end it was a huge waste of our time. The awful service ruined our date and we will never go back. Very disappointed in both the service we received from him and the food.
