Swiss Chalet

My wife and son treated me to my Birthday meal tonight and it was awesome. We were lucky to be served by the incredible Derek G. He always provides us with friendly and attentive care. Nice touch with the singing and the cheesecake for dessert, always an enjoyable experience at this location. PS - No such thing as too many fries, just sayin'!

They forgot my drink during a delivery order but offered to bring it right away! They had great customer service about it, both the person I called and the driver! Thank you!

I’m not from Moncton, I’m actually from Nova Scotia my 2 year old son and I came here to get away after his dad passed away just a few weeks ago. The staff here, particularly my waitress and the hostess were so incredibly intuitive and compassionate I cannot begin to explain my gratitude. Anyone reading this message; you will not regret eating here. Service was quick and food was great but the care of the staff was unmatched. Above all, be kind <3

Food was good. Very friendly and helpful service. A very welcoming place to stop for lunch.

We placed a curbside order for our family supper today. There were 6 adults, and we ordered 3 roast beef dinners, 1 hot roast beef sandwich, a chicken wrap dinner and a half chicken dinner. The order was brought out to the car in less than a minute after I parked and checked in on my phone by a very friendly staff member. It was still piping hot when I got to our gathering place and EVERYBODY loved their meals.

Those of us who had the roast beef (for the first time) were very impressed. It was spectacular, and you've gained 4 new serious fans of your roast beef (I know you're primarily a chicken place, but some of us are beef people) )

The waitress took forever to bring the menus to us. Our drinks took over a hour to get and never seen the waitress again for a hour. Worst service I have ever had.

Our visit started off well enough. However, between the food my partner ordered - cheeseburger, and the service of our server - Brooklyn, safe to say that we will not be back.
Once we complained of the food, our server actually admitted that she has received multiple complaints about the quality of the burger before. The disbelief on my face when she openly admitted that. Should have at least given us a warning before we received the meal.
On top of that unfortunate misguidance, we were left waiting for our bill while she ran off multiple times. After we payed, she then obviously glared at my mother-in-law when she openly expressed to us that it was frustrating the debit machine did not give an option of no tip.
Overall, very disappointing experience.

Always great food. Great service. The mountain road Moncton location is the best Swiss chalet around.

Went through the drive through tonight, there was one person ahead of us and we ended up waiting 18 minutes for our food. After we ordered, we were told to drive up for our total and knowing what a family pack was regularly. It was $49! We asked why so much (it’s usually $43) and they said the price went up yesterday. Which just seemed sneaky that they wouldn’t tell us before we waited almost 20 minutes with two young kids in the car. We took our food and went home and our sides of fries were 1/2 to 3/4 full. Horrible experience and there won’t be a next time. Charging $6 more for less without notice, awful.
