Ta-Ke Sushi

I think they're a small family of mother, father and son managing a restaurant, so yeah, when it's busy they can be overwhelmed and it could result on a lot of waiting time for everything. But I can see they're trying their best and I appreciate that. I love how crispy their tempura is and the bibimbab are served on a hot stone. The all taste okay for me it's just lack of salt on everything.

Went here for my 16th birthday dinner, food was beyond my expectations and the costumer service was lovely, there was a slight laungauge barrier but that didnt stop us from having a delicious supper. My grandmother left her phone on the table by accident and we had to return about 30 minutes after leaving to retrieve it and the staff had brought it up to their booth and noticed me when i went in to get it and they were very kind, 10 on 10 would recommend.

Ordered for take out, took 1 hour and 45 minutes to show up no explanation. I'm sure sitting it would be different just don't order out

Went here yesterday with my dad.the service was excellent and the food was delicious.super affordable too.the staff were all very nice.it wasn't too busy either, so service was super fast.we ordered 32 pieces of sushi for around 70 dollars.their miso soup is incredibly flavourful, however lacking in tofu.the sushi itself is great.cut into perfectly sized pieces, flavourful and fresh. I would 100% come back here.tl;dr — super affordable and worth a visit

Oh this place just stole my heart. Cute little place, cozy ambiance vibes and seems to be run by small family. There are ample places for sitting. The menu gives you a wide range of options to choose for Appetisers, to salad or Main course. I went for lunch and was amazed by their lunch menu, definitely should try it! It’s a MUST I would say. The sole reason being the dish they offer for lunch is way reasonable price wise and the quantity and quality is just amazing. Must Must try them out! I cannot wait to go back again! Sushi on my Mind! Also parking is free on the weekends. Highly highly recommend this place for Sushi Lovers like me! Please #SupportLocal

I’m from Toronto, and not sure if the standard is much higher but I got the chirashi bowl and the fish tasted like freezer burn.

Miso soup didn't even taste like miso soup. Not sure what it was, but took two spoonfuls, and abandoned.

Sushi is less than average. LOTS of rice, not so much fish. Tamago is ok. Korean Bu gul gi was tasteless.

Wouldn't return, can't recommend.

Amazing place! Simple environment, but good is great at fair price. Bottles of wine for a great price! Very friendly staff too. I def recommend it

Booth was dirty, sashimi didn't taste fresh. Tempura was way too greasy and soggy. Service was slow and not very friendly

This was first visit to the Ta-Ke Sushi and it will be my last one - very disappointed in the food. The Sushi was very small, the spicy salmon seemed very mushy, and seemed liked there no salmon in it. I would not recommend Sushi here at all. I also had the Teriyaki Chicken and it had a hint of fish taste which turned me off completely.overall very disappointed with my first and my last visit to this Sushi Restaurant.
