Taylor Ford has the worst service department I've ever encountered. The service advisors refuse to accept responsibility for their actions, including improper diagnosis and techs breaking parts. Save yourself the Headache and shop somewhere that the service staff will work as hard as the sales staff.

Made an oil change appointment, upon arrival they couldn’t find my appointment, they then took the truck in right away, that was at 11: 30, it’s been almost two hours and I’m still waiting, an oil change takes about 45mins at the most, the shop is also empty, will not be back, got to me lube folks, they’ll get you in an out in a reasonable amount of time

Had a great experience. I had to bring in my 2011 F150 to have the whole dash console replaced.whole process took just over a week and that's only because the parts had to be ordered. I was contacted several times through the process with updates and nothing was done until i understood the issues and cost.

This is by far the worst ford dealership in Canada. They answer the phone 1 out if 3 times. If you ever want to speak to service Good luck to you. Takes about 3 left messages before they call you back. When they do call, that will be at the end of the day. So if you don't answer then you start the game all over again the next day. Now if you want an appointment, be ready to wait at least 3 weeks. Not sure how they are still in business. I get all service work done by gmc due to they get me in asap and answer first call. Try the Sussex or other ford dealership if you need any kind of work. Do not recommend and I will never buy a Ford again in Moncton.

My vehicle was scheduled for a recall, there was initially a delay in receiving the parts required due to the pandemic but once they were received, the work was completed and I was on my way. The staff was very friendly & efficient, and I was able to wait in their comfortable lounge until the work was being done.

My experience with Taylor Ford is average/ below average. I was not expecting 3 visits to service department (and still matter not resolved) within the first month of purchase of a brand new SUV. This could be just bad luck. I am going to be their customer anyway because we do not have any other choice in Moncton for Ford vehicles. I am hoping it to get better. If I had the option, I would give 2.5 stars for the experience I had so far.

We know that many ford models are money pits.

But to schedule an appointment before 2 weeks for a recall, not offering to pay my taxis' fare and shifting my schedule for them, all of that to tell me that they did do nothing in the end but to leave my car cooking out in the sun is unacceptable.

Oh! Forgot to say the advisor told me that they're running behind when I dropped off my car in the morning, and said around 2 to 3 PM, I did not recieve any calls so I showed up at 3: 20. When he came back with "unfortunately your car is one of the cars we were not. " I didn't say a word, took my key to find my car. Only to discover it was smoldering hot inside which means it was sitting there for more than an hour!

WHY DIDN'T YOU AT LEAST CALL ME EARLIER? It would have been resolved quite easily by simply calling me on a timely manner to offer another appointment. Is that so hard? If you don't have enough staff then hire more people, it's not like you're poor or something? I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.

Mistakes on so many levels.

PS. They usually have good service, not excellent but good nonetheless, yet seem to not really care today. They ofcourse say they're sorry and the whole nine yards. However, it's louder with actions, not mere words.

Taylor Ford is probably my best experience it’s service department. It’s organized and efficient. The staff there always make sure your well taken care of. Plus I enjoyed the lounge and work station available. It allows me to work while I’m waiting for my Truck.

Our 2015 F250 had an major exhaust issue as we were driving to Fredericton from Nova Scotia yesterday. As the truck was about to go into limp mode, we pulled off the highway into Taylor Ford fearing the worst. The friendly folks at the service desk quickly got us settled and took our diesel truck back to take a solid look at it. Within only two hours, they’d diagnosed the problem, fully fixed the issue, and had us on our way. Thank you, Taylor Ford!

Taylor Ford has given me clear and honest service since the purchase of my truck in 2017. They provide documented info on all services needed and/or provided, never pushing unnecessary service or repairs. Their service dept.is very straight-forward to deal with. I find their service pricing to be about what I expect it to be, making it an easy choice to get Ford service on my Ford truck.

Unfortunately I cannot leave a 5 star review. 2nd service in a row where my car is returned with greasy boot marks along my inside door sill. There was also a good sized grease mark on my driver side window pillar. Too bad, the staff is friendly and Service work is done quickly and as promised.

With my experience this particular dealership does not understand the condition a brand new vehicle is expected to be in. This includes the paint and clear coat. I'm very happy with my new truck but the damage they continued to cause over what I consider minor issues is just unacceptable for anyone buying a new vehicle. They've literally insulted me and stated that I was hard to get along with. I had ordered this truck and waited quite awhile to acquire it, which is no big deal. I have also reviewed their sister company with images and another statement of my terrible experience with ordering a new vehicle through this dealership. Attached you can see how the paint should look one of the issues I wanted addressed but wasn't and the damage caused to the clear coat.

From the moment I arrived at Taylor Ford, I was well taken care of. I had my car back to me at I time I was promised. Everyone was very kind and courteous. I waited up in the customer lounge where it was quiet and felt like home. I love the fact that you can order a sandwich or anything while you wait.

We have been patrons of Taylor since moving to NB in 2008. Starting with the vehicles we arrived with for service and since then, with two teenagers in the house, Taylor has been our supplier of choice with a total of 7 vehicles. They have always treated us fairly. Highly recommend the dealership and the salesperson that has guided us through everything, Mike LeBlanc. Bobby insevice is exceptional too.

Was sold a vehicle on some important "details". When the veh arrived, it was missing the options that convinced me to buy it. Salesman said "woops".
Then I kept going for servicing, and final invoices never match the quoted peice, and qyute often the job wasn't done right. Both my dad and grandfather have been buying and servicing vehicle there for years. Now we are not going back.

My third experience in the parts department with all three being far less than acceptable. The general feeling is that I was a complete bother to the person behind the counter. Was met with attitude and negativity upon asking about a specific part. Was then told that the part I wanted was not the part I wanted. The part online retails for between $13 and $21. While trying to support local I stopped in only to be met with an overall terrible experience. I will be buying a new truck next year and will shop as far away as I have to as to not have to buy from Taylor Ford. I never leave bad reviews as usually it is an isolated issue. I will not shop here ever again.

I am very satisfied with my experience dealing with salesman, Terry Doiron and the finance person Payman Ghaysari. Terry was quick to answer any questions that I had. He seem to be very knowledgeable with the truck I was purchasing. He called me back ASAP when I attempted to get in touch with him. He did exactly what he said he would do for me from the start of my first visit to the signing of the final papers of purchase.

Both Terry and Payman were curtius, polite and respect full. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

I had an issue with my Ford and was at a loss as to how I going to get it fixed and how the cost of the repair was going to be handled. Mike Lemieux helped me tremendously. I have to tell you that he went beyond my expectations. He was very, very patient, as I was quite upset at the situation. He was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to help me. The end result was, my car being fixed to my satisfaction. Every dealership needs a Mike Lemieux regardless of the situation. Again, thank you very much Mike.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from Taylor Auto Village and I wanted to share my experience with anyone who may be looking for a review about this group.

Firstly, the staff here are extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. They know all the ins-and-outs of the trucks and cars on the lot. I had the pleasure of dealing with Al Chung, who was very accepting and patient with me during the process.

Secondly, they gave me a great price, great amount on my trade in and even reduced it all a little more at the end to make payments exactly where I wanted them to be. I am super happy with my truck, and I will be back to this dealership in the future.

If your looking for a new or used vehicle in Moncton, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Go to Taylor Ford or the Auto Village. Let Al Chung know I sent you.

Really bad experience at Taylor Ford service, took a week to look at the problem, really high price to fix it. If u think the problem is under warranty, they always gonna charge ur something more. Maybe is a good place to buy a vehicle but highly not recommend to do the service or replace the parts. Also, after my truck “Fixed”. Engine light came back twice within 24 hours. Technician are really unprofession and don’t worth what they charge for the labor cost. Will not go back at all. Really disappointed. 0 star

We're in the market to purchase a F150 4x4. Drobe to Moncton to have a look around. We noticed a few Trucks that we wanted to learn more about. Quockly Found a very helpful salesperson who helped us get a better idea about F150 trucks & the differences between models. We found one we REALLLLLY liked & decided to take it for a test drive.

It was apparent that it was being used by one of the sales team as the Forst thing we had to do was to dial down the radio it was loud. We noticed the console had a few personal belongings/ lottery tickets/cigars /gum/change etc. & the back was filled with golfing materials along with other things.

As soon as we set in the truck we noticed a bad odor. We chalked it up to the fact it hadn't been through the detailing process (No Big Deal). As we are makimg our way to the highway to ee how it handled & feel it out. We turned the air/cooling seats & stereo on. The factory stereo is a decent somy system. But they sounded terrible at any volume above 1/3 of the volume capacity. The spekers had been abused & would require replacing. The smell which came out of the air & seats was repugnant! So much so that we quockly had to turn the seats & air off & find a place to turn so we could return the trick & try something better maintained. It was evident that whoever ws currently usimg this truck had ZERO RESPECT for how his treatment of the vehicle would effect Tylor Fords resale value. Clearly the person using the demo we had out had ZERO RESPECT for the care/cleanliness/maintenance or Respect for The reputation of Taylor Ford. Knowing its to be sold. One would think he would have made an attempt to keep it clean/speakers at a reasonable rage/tidy/smoke free & free of his personal belongings. This was a High End Pre-owned vehicle.

Upon returning to the dealership. Our sales person was anxiously awaiting our return. We barley made it out of the Demo we had been testing; When this very large/mean lookimg & obviously angry man stormed to the truck (we had just returned). Jammed.it it drive & then proceeded to jam the gas down to peal out of the lot omto the road in manor which let Everyone In Earshot see & hear him squeal put and to tje right. Cutting into rush hour traffic in blaze of hornes.

The kind salesman working with us was Red Faced & explained that his sales manager uses the truck we had & he must have needed it. Our salesperson was making the effort to ease our uncomfort with the total lack of professionalism /Rudeness/Juvenile Behavior we had just witnessed.

I'm writing this in hopes that Taylor Ford will use this as a learning tool. And at the very least.: Pit the Used Car Sales Manager On Probation". Wehen we arrived home. We did a bit of research on Taylor Ford Customer Service. Unfortunately we heard several stories similar to our experience involving the Sales Management of the Pre-Owened side.

Customers faith & trust & respect is PARAMOUNT when deciding of this dealership will work with us. This left us with a Very Uneasy feeling about putting trust in a dealership whose manager treat both the product * consumers with a total lack of respect. Hope this was helpful
