Friendly staff and the manager was helpful. Great location. They provide delivery. Had a damaged product when it arrived. They took it back immediately and rectified the situation.

Arthur and Aaron were absolutely fantastic with helping us buy what we needed, as we just moved to the Woodstock area! They exemplify what customer service should be! We took around 2 hours of their time! My wife and I could not be happier! Way to go Brick Woodstock New Brunswick!

The owner of this store is the best. He helped my Mom with purchase of a mattress and sofa. She doesn't move until the 1st of August and approved her to store until her move.

Horrible customer service, they weren’t aware of the sale price. They weren’t willing to price match with the brick in the next town. I was told to go to the other location if I wanted the sale price! I wouldn’t recommend this location (Woodstock NB) to my worst enemy. Huge sales and future sales lost at this location! I gave 1star because you can’t give zero! I’d sure like to know how the store manager or head office feels about this horrible customer service!?

Aaron is amazing! He helped my husband & I get the perfect appliances for our new home! 100% would recommend him for any purchases at the brick! He was thorough and very prompt with everything we needed!

My wife and I just moved into our new house in Woodstock. We decided our old mattress needed to be replaced so we did not move it with us. We placed an order for a new mattress at a different Brick location, they told us our new mattress would arrive 6 days after our move in date. We called yesterday to check up on the delivery time and were told it would now be 14 days until delivery or longer as they didn't even know where the mattress was! We went to the Brick in Woodstock today and Aaron helped us. He showed us what he had in stock in the size and firmness we required. We found one we liked and Aaron told us he had deliveries going to our area today and he could get our mattress on the truck. Litterally from the time we paid for it and the time it was delivered and moved into our bedroom on the second floor was 2 hours at the most. At our age my wife and I were dreading the thought of having to sleep on an air mattress for two weeks or more and what it would do to our backs. Aaron really helped us and welcomed us to Woodstock, and what a nice welcome it was. We will definitly be returning to this location, I can't think of any way that the service could have been better.

I went to the brick after going to other places and having no luck with a bedroom set I liked as well as good customer service.

I absolutely fell in love with one there and Sam, my sales rep, was so helpful and friendly. She helped me find one that suited my needs and decor of my house. I was looking to purchase a sectional for my new place, and decided too browse around at the Brick. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, I ended up purchasing one while I was in. I highly recommend Samantha Hallihan to help you if you are looking to purchase new furniture for your home or business. Sam helped me find the best value for my price point. I was not dissapointed by the delivery or quality of the sectional. Excellent customer service. Go into the Brick and ask for Sam. You will not be dissapointed!

I called the Brick today after visiting the store a couple weeks ago. I spoke to the store Manager Aaron W. He was very helpful and professional. He helped me maneuver the online Brick website to complete my purchase. He helped me set up a delivery schedule that I was happy with. My experience purchasing my new love seat was wonderful.
