What a great experience! We are from Ontario and wanted to have our furniture ordered and delivered from a local place near our home in NB. We were not able to go into the store since we are in Ontario so we called and spoke to Danielle about what we needed and she was able to put together some products and prices that gave us options to chose from. We were happy to place the order and we are very happy that she can make the delivery date work out to exactly what we need! Highly recommended!

I would like to say a very big” Thank You “ to Jessie Lee Arseneau SR at The Brick Store in Bathurst NB. Jessie was outstanding…I was looking for a platform bed and after Jessie taking the time to show me the ones in stock she took more time to go over the other platform beds that were on the web site. After 3 visits to the store and many measurements with Jessie’s help, I purchased the Paseo Taupe platform bed. I feel Jessie should be acknowledged for her kindness, friendliness, her service and her knowledge she showed towards me. Jessie is a very dedicated and a benefit to The Brick store, she is very eager to help and to find a solution that will fit the customers needs and she is not a pushy sales representative as some other stores have. She is there to help without making you feel like you are a nuisance or pressure you into buying anything! Thank You again Jessie for all your help and kindness…. Danielle from the brick in bathurst gave me great service when i bought my 55 inch hisense tv

Bought a fridge about a month and works great. I was just passing by Bathurst but was able to set everything up by phone a week prior. Michael was very helpful and understood what I wanted and respected by budget.
When I pick up the fridge, he was very helpful and polite. I was surprised by how well prepared they were, I was greeted by Michael who directed me to the customer pick up area where my fridge was loaded and strapped in my truck bed. The whole process was super fast and simple, 5/5 for the service.

Danielle, sold us 2 XL twin beds to make a king size bed. 2 pillows for real comfort. Her advise was honest and her knowledge was really good about the products. We really liked talking with her.

Eric Albert is the best salesman. When you go make sure to ask for Eric he will treat you great.

Kevin was awesome. I purchased a dining set and washer and dryer from him. Will be in touch with him to purchase a Samsung range and refrigerator in the near future.

Acheté un ensemble de chambre à coucher arrive briser en recommandé un autre arrive briser aussi on ce fais dire de ne plus commander de melaminre donc payer plus cher pour notre ensemble on demande vu tout les problèmes de nous faire un prix sur le prochaine ensemble on ce fait dire il ne peuvent pas le faire de voir avec la vendeuse là vendeuse nous dit que non on dit ok revenez chercher l’ensemble on va allez ailleurs on va acheter ailleurs. Il a fallu aller trois fois aux magasins pour faire des transactions nous somme à deux heure de routes allez retour. On appel le lendemain pm car personne n’est revenu chercher les meubles on ce fait dire qu’il devrait passer vers 17: : 00 encore une journée de perdu la dame a qui on a parler était arrogante et presser de quitter la conversation bref je ne recommande pas ce magasin la qualité des meubles n’est pas présente et le service non plus ils sont prompt à encaisser mais pas à rembourser en cas de pépin meilleur service ailleur merci bonsoir

Wonderful service from the Jesse at the store in bathurst! She was patient with us and went above and beyond to make the transaction for our new stove as smooth as possible. Stress free & knowledgeable. Will be going back when I get to changing my dishwasher & fridge

I went to The Brick looking for kitchen supplies for my new apartment and I went not really knowing what to get but Keegan Hachey helped me find everything I needed and we were able to keep it in my budget. Great service. I can see myself coming back when I need more stuff and I will be sure that I get help from Keegan Hachey.

I was able to go to this wonderful store today to view some items with complete ease. I use an electric wheelchair and it’s the only store in this area that gives me total access to all items in the store. The isles between items were wide enough for me to negotiate. What a plus that was for me to look, touch and feel the furniture, appliances.etc.
The staff, well! What can I say.they are the best. I saw Jean-Leo Richardson and another very knowledgeable young gentleman but unfortunately I don’t recall his name.
Keep up the good work with your great staff and store!

Happy to have chose the Brick to Purchase our new Items for our house great service as always i was welcomed at the door by Keegan and was able to get the information I needed from him and the secretary Sonia to feel comfortable to purchase everything that day!
