The Great Canadian Bagel

The place is always clean, the staff are super friendly and gives amazing and pretty quick service. Got the wrong order once and had to come back to get it fixed. I left in a rush but my next time in, the person who I believe is the manager came to me to say let me make it right for you for the trouble last time. And the food is ALWAYS fresh.

Everything is great.but the new decor is cold and uninviting.the old Tuscan style was much nicer. Been a patron for over 25 years.

There's so many things I love about this place, so many options of bagels to choose from, the ambience is so warm and relaxing, the kitchen has massive windows so you can see how the bagels made, the service is top notch. Sure the bagel was great and they have coffee too. Love it.

Ladies who work here are crazy miserable and made the atmospherereally uncomfortable. Really over priced too. Paid $16 for 2 bagels plus tip.when I questioned the cost she acted like I should know why. My first time and definitely my last time!

Please open one in Calgary! Would be a usual customer! Food is delicious and service is fast

I visited this place as a delivery driver. My last visit was not so friendly. But the family day cashier was friendly and looked after my order faster with a smile.

Lots of begels available. Busy during weekend.

Thank you for the response, but there is no way to contact you - the website just gives me an email in Toronto. Am I meant to call the store and ask for 'the manager'? As well, if you are regularly making ingredient substitutions, this could pose even more problems for people with food sensitivity as your counter staff may be unaware of these substitutions? I stand by my previous comment - I'm not looking for recipes, just what ingredients are in what products. When I order a whole wheat bagel, I'm not looking for a pumpernickel bagel. The lack of pricing online is frustrating as well.

My husband likes their bagels; I used to like their bagels. However, he's picked up some bagels to go twice in the last 3 weeks and I was totally underwhelmed. Last week he got me a 'multigrain' that was a little beige, and may have had a seed or two sprinkled on it. This week, I just asked for whole wheat, and got something that tastes like caramel colour and some rye flour, no where near even Timmy's somewhat weird 12-grain. Cannot find ingredient lists or prices anywhere on the website either! Seriously, Wendy's does this, why can't you? The 'white' bagels seem fine, but again, who can tell what they're made of, good luck to anyone with food sensitivities - not recommending due to complete lack of transparency

The prices aren’t explained very well on the signage vs what you pay. When I wanted a combo, no explanation that the cost is higher depending on the bagel you suggest… should be explained. Beyond that. The food was good.
