I drive to moncton almost weekly to go to the Home Depot even though I have other hardware stores near me. The variety of products and resources needed to complete any project without having to go to another store. When I want a one-stop shop, that's my go to.

First time experience was not the greatest at St John Home Depot asked for help and just got pointed into a direction and said it’s over there and the associate walked off secondly placed an order for delivery got half my delivery Phoned customer service said there was nothing they could do till after 12 told him use the rental van to bring it I asked if they they would call me back they said yesThey never did. I phoned back back an hour later to talk to the manager he said he would for me back in 5-10 minutes he did now I have to put out the fire of a long time faithful customer that is very upset with me she has been a long time customer for three years and is a good chunk of my yearly earnings hopefully I have her as a customer after all this they need better customer service and attention to detail

Had 2 staff members ask me if I needed help. A nice unexpected surprise coming from a big box retailer. Nice to see that personal touch. Both were very helpful. I've been there numerous times and love shopping there. Store is well laid out and not cluttered

Very impressed with this store; displays are easy to look at; but as usual hardly any employees to help you, but what's different than other big box stores. One thing we did find which other HD were no longer carrying was exterior grey chalking-what a find.

Went into Home depot to purchase three items fridge stove, dishwasher. We have spent thousands over the years.

I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot in Moncton at the beginning of July, the ordering was easy, it's what came afterwards that makes me not want to buy anymore appliances from Home Depot in the future. I had to change the delivery address for the dishwasher and I had to call not once, but FOUR TIMES, because every time they called to want to deliver, they always had the wrong address even if I had called them to let them know of this change. Furthermore I've had to call multiple times to try and schedule the installation and the customer service representative says they will contact me by the end of the day but it never happens and this has happened to me four times already. We've had the dishwasher for 5 days now and we still don't have a date for it to be installed. I've bought appliances from Home Depot in the past and never had this much trouble, but it's been such a hassle this time around that I don't even care if I pay more for my appliances elsewhere, I will NOT be purchasing any appliances from Home Depot ever again! This is ridiculous, awful customer service!

Bought a new fridge for my daughter a month ago when it was delivered they either broke it or it was defective now home depo will not get another one till September 24 the manager will not give us the money back to buy another one till they go get it. They won’t go get it for another 2 weeks paid for it and it’s horrible service the manger didn’t care once it’s sold will not help Eveans Alberta store manager can’t believe how the manager of Home Depot in Moncton will not do anything

Not enough employees working kitchen area. 1 employee helping a customer. 2 other ladies in appliances were on their computers.we waited around for 20 minutes and left.during these tough times you think a business would be going out of their way to keep customers happy

Over the years I've shopped HD in Moncton. Has been a pretty good store, but over the last year, I've noticed they are less responsive to my needs and seem more corporate, less customer focused. Maybe it's directives from their US ownership causing this.
I now shop increasingly more at area Home Hardware stores. Less corporate, more Canadian, and great service.

Can recommend. Always friendly and helpful service. Always. Everything we order shows up sooner than expected without an issue. Retail shopping is also a positive experience. Great location and lots of parking.

Unbelievable that staff use the old sales technique to make a sale. Called yesterday about a fridge and was told by Alan that its on sale until 9 pm. I knew it was a lie and sure enough its still the same price today. It does not say its on sale on the web site. Just lies to pressure you to buy.

I love this place, they have just about everything under the sun and none often than not have staff that really know the industry. I can not o ly get the items I need for projects at work but also advice if I'm having issues with those projects.

I was having some problems with an online order of a few thousand dollars (delivery issue), so I called my "local" store, 45 minutes away (store #7148) in Moncton. The guy at the contractor desk (his name was Oriah) sorted everything out in about fifteen minutes, came up with an excellent alternative solution to make everything work out, even though the store was about to close for the night by the time we had things organized. I was super impressed, and wanted to give him a shout-out for excellent customer service. I will definitely be ordering from this store frequently in the future.

Ordered online and used curbside pickup. Overall the process was easy and pleasant except having to wait 20 minutes after arriving for my purchase to be brought out to my car, especially since I was the only curbside pickup at the time. Previous in-store shopping has been good except the floor staff are often over eager to "help" and it feels like they are hovering. This make the shopping less than ideal for me. When I need help, I rather go ask someone than have them watching my every move.

The people at Home Depot were very welcoming. Told me who I should see for my oven. Unfortunately, they don't carry the parts that I needed but gave me the names of some businesses that might carry the gasket I needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be back shopping there.

A bad experience! I have literally spent thousands of dollars over the years at Home Depot, and one small bad experience has assured that I will never spend another cent there! The attitude of the sales associate and then the evening manager on November12th was very unprofessional and I honestly don't think either of them had a clue what they were talking about? I was purchasing some ceramic tile for a small project and new exactly how many tiles I would need. Two full boxes and three extra tiles for good measure. Lucky for me, or so I thought, there was an open box of tiles with about half left so I grabbed my two full box's and three from the open box, placed them in my cart with my other purchases which consisted of a fair amount of plumbing supplies and headed for the cashier. The cashier didn't know how to ring in separate tiles so she called the associate to the cash. The associate proceed to tell me that they do not sell separate tiles and I will need to purchase another full box? I took her to the tile section and showed her the sign that clearly said $0.85 per tile? I also showed her the open box? She stuck by her guns and said they do not sell separate tiles? I have purchased single tiles before when needed so couldn't understand this. I calmly asked if I could speak with a manager so she got a manger to come over and he also said they wouldn't sell me tiles from an already open box? I asked him why the box was open and he just said he didn't know > I asked what they were going to do with these single tiles and he said probably send back to the supplier? They really didn't want my business I guess. I did not get upset, although this was very frustrating. I calmly walked back to the cashier with the two of them following and told the cashier to cancel my entire order. The manager muttered under his breath " That's Fine, See you later " He will not see me later or ever again in a Home Depot store. I proceeded across the road to a Kent Building supplies Store and had no problem purchasing the exact amount of tiles I needed. They even opened a full box and let me buy my singles from this with no questions or problems whatsoever. This all took place at the Moncton, NB Home Depot on the evening of November 12,2020.

Missing 1 star as a result of; when I went to the self serve cash, it turns out I needed a cart, when I asked the attendant if there were any carts around she pointed and said " over there" rather than get me the cart whilst I had my heavy item.

Went in and was gonna buy more than i needed and a very helpful employee explained what i needed and saved me a bit of money. Good employees, clean, and lots of sales. Happy customer.

Home Depot may be a bit note expensive for some things compared to say Kent. But it is worth every extra penny as the staff are so much more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Home Depot hands down over Kent

Always get great customer service here. I find it's better than the Canadian store beside Superstore in Moncton. I have never had bad service at Home Depot and have had the staff here go out of their way to help me on more than 1 occasion

We have spent far too much time here as of late lol. Found the staff to ve helpful and nice, the store us as all home depot stocked up and sometimes confusing but a good place.

A normally great place to shop, I have to say I was not impressed with my experience today. I was trying to but 3 loose screws (along with a list of other things), and I am required to write the bin number on the bag provided. I did not have one, and the associate I asked for one made me feel as if I had just ruined his day. When I thanked him for the use of said pen, he grabbed the pen from me and turned and walked away without another word. Quite disappointing indeed.

Hello, dear Home Depot here is my sad story at Home Depot Moncton; I was at Mapleton Home Depot rental tools today to rent a compact machine, when I got there the employee (JESSE MELISH) was at the desk. When I show him the compact machine to rent, he was pulling so aggressively the machine that he hit another machine and knocked on the door! Then he asked me for my information, and I gave him, and he told me to take out the bank card to pay it. (knowing that this was my third times rent this machine) He did not accept my card, and I told him I rented the machine with my card the other 3 times last week, he told me NO from today we will not accept this card, I said no problem and I looked for another card, I tried the new card three times but each time he refused my card then with his voice going up he said your password is wrong and maybe this is not your card! (it was very insulting to speak like this with a client). Then my wife showed him our identity card, but he kept yelling at us for no reason and it was here that my wife told him to take down his voice. When I saw who is very aggressive with my wife, I asked for his manager, an assistant manager (Gonar Joseseki) came to see us, we explained the situation, and he did nothing or nothing to employee, I told him that your card machine its old and everyone knows that so maybe you can try again. He tells to another employee to recheck for us in front of the rude employee JESSE MELISH and when she tries again she tells us that JESSE MELISH didn't even update the machine for us! In any case he didn't stop yelling at us and say it's impossible, and we should get out. We were very very shocked, my wife had a panic, nobody helped us, and we left the store. We are very very sorry for the Home Depot with employees like this I suggest you to laying off those sorts of employee because imagine if he acting like this every day with customers. You will lose more customer in the future. We will be happy that you contact us about this situation that happened today, thank you.

More training on phone etiquette and customer service is needed.

No reason to be rude or crass when calling a customer.

With the amount of times I’ve called the store and had patience with someone not knowing details about my order or getting transferred to dead ends.it seems like an uphill battle as a customer.

Do not shop here if worried about Covid 19. I ordered 1 item online for curbside pickup. Got email saying would be ready shortly. Drove 45mins and item/order was not ready. Customer Service was unwilling to grab the one item as other orders were before mine. She offered to cancel order and for me to come inside and buy the item. How lazy and unprofessional to put staff and customers at risk instead of simply grabbing the one item.

Huge selection and knowledgeable staff. Home Depot wins the hardware store wars for overall price and staff. Home Hardware wins for expert staff, but slightly higher prices. Kent comes in dead last as the staff avoid customers. (I have spoken to Kent store managers and nothing improves).

Asked for a product, basically was told they have never heard about it, then after 40 min I found it.then 2 exact items were priced $10 and the other $3, so they charged me $10 for both. I'll never go back
