I love The Nest yoga such a beatiful and welcoming atmosphere. I am so glad I started the Hot yoga at The Nest.

Wonderful place to practice yoga (and other mat based classes). All the staff are welcoming and the studio is beautiful and spatious. Atttending class is truly the highlight of my day. My mind and body have thanked me for going to classes as I have never felt better!

I just started at the nest a few weeks ago and today was my fifth class. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the instructors do a really great job at both motivating you and making you feel comfortable to try things at your own level. 5 stars hands down (if I could I would put more:)

I absolutely love starting my day here, the instructors provide very detailed classes and are very caring for their members who are practicing!

The staff are all very welcoming and it is a great atmosphere. I attended my first yoga class last week (Hot Core) and am attending again tonight. I loved the class and felt amazing afterwards. I would highly recommend The Nest.

I love heated and unheated yoga classes at The Nest yoga. I go about 2-3 times every week. Their classes are always full and some of them may have waitlists but you usually get in with no problem.
The only downside is that you have to pay a fee for late cancellation (4 hours for PM classes) which I find a bit too strict.
Overall, I definitely recommend this place for both beginners and advanced yogis. You'll love it!

Just started at the nest yoga last week, went to 4 classes and I’m so happy I started! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The classes are amazing and there’s many different options for yoga and times to accommodate everyone! I’m officially addicted!:)

This is my favourite hot yoga studio in the country. I don't often get to be in Fredericton, so when I am here, I make it a point to look up the class schedule to fit in a session. The room is excellent. Very hot but well controlled. The instructors are all well versed and the pacing is excellent. While a drop in seems steep, a class pass is a really good investment. This is an excellent studio, do go visit!

The girls here are so sweet! I’ve been practicing on and off for about 12 years in 4 provinces and this studio is definitely at the top. The variety of classes is awesome - the Phoenix hot room is ALWAYS full which is an amazing sign. I love it so much

Great place to destress and sweat it all out in the hot room! I love the atmosphere, so welcoming and even as a beginner I find all of the classes accessible. I truly look forward to each and every class

Love all the different practices you can take part in and the instructors are the best! They also sell Lululemon

The classes and teachers are fantastic. Good variety of classes, truly something for everyone. They are challenging but offer modifications for every level so don't be afraid to try it out. The facility is lovely, bright, spacious and the bathrooms and showers are always clean. The intro month deal is an amazing deal and a great way to try out all the classes.

Great for all levels. Instructors always encourage you to listen to your body, to make modifications or take a rest. Amazing spot!

Modo yoga Fredericton has been great. I haven't loved hot yoga at other places when I've tried it but this place has me enjoying each and every class

The staff at Modo Yoga Fredericton are very kind! Their change rooms are clean and equipped with lovely complimentary products. When the classes are full I still get personal attention from teachers!

Modo Yoga is a great yoga studio! I love the variability of classes and all of the teachers are welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable.

I have gone to 5 classes so far and I am loving it! I go on Saturday mornings and I always feel more energized/ready for a great weekend!

What a great yoga experience! We usually do the class with Irene and she teaches a great class. The right combination of relaxing and pushing myself. I always feel so invigorated after leaving.

I love this place! I had never tried yoga in a hot room before and I didn't think I would like it but decided to give it a try. I was hooked from the first class! The classes are fantastic. I definitely have a new interest! You leave feeling so good physically and mentally. Definitely recommend.

I was visiting Modo Yoga Fredericton while attending a conference. Right from the moment I walked into their studio I was made to feel very welcome and at home. In fact the owner even gave me a hug when I introduced myself as a visitor from Modo Yoga Kingston. The teachers I took class were great! I took a variety of classes ranging from a straight-up Modo to a Flow class and Yin, each with some wonderful elements added by the teachers unique styles. Great facilities! Highly recommend!

I had been intimidated to try hot yoga for a couple years, but so glad that I took the plunge! Modo Yoga has an inviting atmosphere for all levels. I have taken a few different classes now that I have the one month intro membership, but I would have to say that Adam’s yin class is my favourite. He is so funny and welcoming and his guided affirmations/meditation portions really resonate with me. Hot yoga is positively challenging my mind and body, which in turn is so incredibly healing. Sweating your worries away and embracing the present moment through breath and movement is so invigorating. Also love the greetings from sweet Leo the pup! Thank you!

I have just completed my first week at Modo Yoga after thinking about it for a long time. I am so happy I gave it a chance. I needed something to help reduce the injuries and soreness I was experiencing on a daily basis and I am noticing a big difference in just one week!

I had lost my yoga body years ago and was nervous coming in. I am so glad I got over myself and just did it. The modo class was at a pace that I could participate in and the directions from the teachers were clear and encouraging. It seemed that folks in various levels of their practice can take that class, though there are more advanced classes too. The space is calm, clean and accessible. The reception is helpful. It is so nice to feel hot in January! I think this space can be for all bodies.

I really like this place! The teachers are very professional. Friendly atmosphere. Always clean. There is also the opportunity to buy Lululemon apparel in their shop. I highly recommend going there!

I have been doing yoga for a while but thought I would take it up a notch and do hot yoga, several of my friends and relitives suggested Modo Yoga in Fredericton, well I could not believe the difference, the building is very clean, staff knowledgeable and very willing to assist, and the various classes are amazing, I am now hooked on Hot Yoga especially the Yin class, thanks so much to the staff, cheers

I have been fortunate enough to practice yoga in a variety of cities and studios, this is one of my favourite. The community around this studio is so welcoming and inclusive, plus the variety of classes ensures there is always something to fit my mood.

I’m new to yoga and have really enjoyed the classes at MODO. It’s a very peaceful place and the am HIIT class is a great workout to start the day. Melissa is a good teacher/leader and explains things well so as a beginner I am able to (try) to keep up.

Modo is such a great environment, the staff are all super lovely and the classes are really well done. Highly recommend!

Amazing space and atmosphere. The only studio I'll visit in Fredericton! Love the emphasis on community. Great changing room - they've thought of everything! I've always found the instructors to be kind and helpful, especially as someone who is still at the beginner level. Really enjoy any time I go to Modo - and I need to make more time to visit more regularly! Try hot yoga, you won't be sorry!

Amazing instructors and supportive atmosphere, I have loved every class I have been to thus far and always look forward to coming back!

I did my Intro month of unlimited yoga a few years ago and was surprised and how much better I felt in that time. Due to finances I could not continue with Moda. This year I decide to check out their website and noticed their Karma classes. Held each week for a donation of just $5.00. $20 a month, that I could do. While practicing at home on other days. I find at Modo everyone is equal. No matter if you've been doing this every day for years or it's your first time. The staff and other members are genuinely supportive and encourage. Thanks guys! Great place, amazing staff. Clean! Professional beginner friendly. Inclusive community 4/5 as classes are pack, too much Imo
