Love going here and checking out all the great kit available. My rating is really a 4.5 stars. My only complaint is that the store hours aren’t better lol.

Great selection of anything outdoor. Various name brands, Patagonia, Lole, Solomon, Merrill and many more. They always have great deals on footwear. Love this store! One of the best I've been to from across BC to Ontario, this is my favorite outdoor store.

Awesome range of equipment you may need for hiking, camping, running etc. The choice of shoes is great and there were plenty of staff on hand to help across the store. Will be getting my outdoor goods from here for sure.

Bought a new pair of hiking boots. The price was slightly lower than the manufactures website, so that was excellent. The service was fast, friendly, and the staff were very knowledgeable about the boots. Overall a great experience I would recommend this store to all looking for their outdoor sports or hiking needs.

Cool outdoor shop with lots of great brands. Clothing is well curated and there are lots of options for good shoes. Plenty of employees looking to help.

Rented an e-bike For 4 hours.cruised the NB trail. They do supply a helmet and fit it to your height. It was a fun day will do it again for sure!

Quite pricy, but need to take into consideration the quality of the product that they're selling. Not too upset other than I can't order men's large footwear (men's 13-15)

Sales person was knowledgeable, friendly and committed to finding the best product for the buyer. My adult son was buying his first pair of rock climbing shoes and the associate voluntarily brought multiple styles and multiple sizes, encouraging him to try different options for feel and fit and test them on the 'sample wall' to feel how they worked for him. He took time to understand the level of experience of the buyer and recommend what was appropriate for different skill levels. Great service.

Went in to buy running shoes. Come to find out they carry Altra running shoes. Which are zero drop shoes and are overall amazing shoes. They had good selection for both men’s and women’s Altra shoes. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size but I’ll have to go back as I also saw they had the Altra Trail shoes.

This is your one stop shop for running, hiking, rock climbing and I’m probably missing others but they have something for everything outdoors here!

Left my bike to get a new drivetrain and told them the style of riding I do which is downhill and technical stuff. They didn't call or check just assumed I'd want a 30 tooth sprocket so my bike has no top end, I returned with it after little riding and said I wanted a 32 or a 34, they didn't have any in stock and would have to order one so if I don't use the bike they'll change it, week goes by and don't hear anything so after two weeks of no riding I just say to hell with it and ride it, now I'm frustrated with the fact that I'm gonna spend another 80 bucks to get what I wanted in the first place and the 30 tooth sprocket can just go in the spare parts pile after spending 80 on it. For spending over 500 to get my drivetrain good enough till I can get a new one I would expected a bit more consideration and attention to my needs in that bike. The store is clean and they have lots of knowledgeable staff just feels like if you're not there for a new bike or haven't purchased a new bike from them you're not a priority customer.

Good place to get anything you generally need for hiking kayaking and for the military guys misc equipment. Little pricey but it's what you expect for a specialty store delivering good quality items
