I was a walk in. I was graciously greeted by all. I had a little wait. The haircut was excellent! If you don't like what was done! They will fix it. ASK.
Now that is a chillaxing WAITING room!

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the appointment I had scheduled with Mr. C at your barbershop. I had specifically booked the appointment for Friday in order to have my hair cut before a ceremony I was invited to that same evening. However, upon arriving at the barbershop, I was informed that Mr. C was not working that day.

I was taken aback by this news, as I had made the appointment well in advance and had received no prior indication that there would be any changes or cancellations. It is highly frustrating that I was not informed of this change in Mr. C's availability sooner, as it left me with little time to make alternative arrangements.

Given the time-sensitive nature of my appointment, I had no choice but to allow someone else at the barbershop to cut my hair. Regrettably, I must say that I am extremely unsatisfied with the outcome. The haircut I received does not meet my expectations and has left me feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience at your establishment.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to changes in schedules. However, it is essential for a business to communicate such changes promptly and effectively to its customers.

Update after the owner response: 1. I didn't mention exactly the name of the staff, but for sure you know who I mean. However, that's not the case because that was the management problem not the staff. 2. You should consider another approach to address negative feedbacks!

I went in to get the royal treatment and the bonus stuff was fun to have in terms of of the massages, drink, and shoulder rubs. However, the actual cut was pretty horrible and I am still trying to fix my hair with excessive product to compensate. I was given a shave, but my beard wasn't shaped at all. What was supposed to be a 45 minute process was done within 25 minutes. The added bonuses were great, but I've had much more high-quality service as it pertains to the cut and shaping of the beard. Normally I don't post things, but waking-up everyday frustrated with my hair merits some feedback.

Once again Rob and his staff of amazing barbers have outdone themselves. From fitting me and my son in on a "walk in" to professional haircuts. Very pleased.

It's better than therapy. Excellent barbers and amazing customer service. It's a monthly visit for. Can't recommend enough

(Written in 2020) Great concept and great haircut. Perfect for walk-ins as they have the bar where you can drink and wait. Also, a Ms. Pac-Man tabletop game. Not your average barbershop.

(Written 2023) It's still a great place to go for a haircut and a shave. Since, they've expanded to a loyalty program, room rentals, selling product and more. $29 for a regular male cut and $49 total if you add the shave.

Had the worst experience here. The barber was sloppy and gave me two cuts on my neck that left me bleeding. Couldn't wait for me to leave and kept removing the cover saying ' thank you so much' over and over again. I'd not recommend going here at all. Try literally ANY OTHER barber shop but this.

Learn to take criticism and improve. This was my experience and I've read a lot of your one star reviews and clearly you have a hard time believing ALL of them. Either all of the bad experiences are made up or you can't take any bad reviews. Grow up.

I tried this place for the first time today, easily the best haircut I've ever gotten. I came in with a picture, barely knew how to explain what I wanted and the barber got it exactly right. First time I've ever had my beard trimmed with straight razor too, gotta say, it's a pretty cool experience. 10/10 would recommend this place. Thanks guys.
