Chevy was very helpful when I visited the store on vacation and urgently needed a new phone charger

I had some questions regarding some electronics issues I had. I spoke with a person named Chevy and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very positive experience.

CHEVY was absolutely amazing to deal with! Even though the store was busy he took the time to help us not so technically advanced folks out.right from the minute we walked in!
He was so personable and knowledgeable! It was truly the BEST experience we have had at the Oromocto location! He truly eased the stress of our situation!
We will be back for another new phone soon!

I just bought my first ever phone and was so appreciative of the two workers who did an amazing job with helping me, Virginia and Brent did an amazing job at helping me with questions and understanding all the things I needed to know about my phone and the entire process! These two are incredible and I’m beyond thankful for their help!

Went into the store for an Apple Watch, wasn’t sure about the differences between the models. I was helped by a girl named Jenn who did a great job taking time to explain it to me what was what. It’s been a great watch and I’ll be back again, the other staff seemed really friendly from what I could tell. I only wish there was maybe some extra computer gear they carried so I could make them my main tech space, it’s been hard to find one around the area since moving here.

Went to source on Black Friday to upgrade my phone and Bobby was a great help. He had amazing customer service. Was easy to talk to and informative. Definitely made me want to go back for any future purchases needed!

The staff in oromocto are amazingly helpful so I have nothing bad to say about them.
But if the company isn't willing to honor the warranty they shouldn't offer it or make you pay for it. My son bought a Samsung Galaxy Active and was told if he gets the warranty on it the first year is covered by Samsung and the next 2 years is covered by the source and if they can't fix it they will replace it. Isn't 100% true because if water gets into a water resistant watch the fluid damage will cancel out your warranty which would have been good to know because he wouldn't have wasted his money on the warranty. So don't get the warranty if you work outside

3rd visit to the source and my samsung phone still wont charge all they do is keep selling cord and plug ends at 24.99 and phone is still not charging. I AM NEVER BUYING FROM THE SOURCE AGAIN.

I went into The Source store in Oromocto, New Brunswick for some technical advice and from the moment I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the staff, to the moment I walked out with the manager Brent opening the door for me, I have to say this was the best experience ever in any technical sales store that I have gone to. Brent took the time explain what my problem was with our phones and our TV not working. He printed out the instructions for me to understand what I needed to do when I got home and walked me through what he did to our phones so we could travel safely with no extra expenses. We will be purchasing anything new that we need in the future from this store as they are the best ever that we have found from Alberta to New Brunswick! With respect and gratitude, Kathy and Les

Great spot for electronics. Virgin+ members get good deals as well. They finally brought in cheaper line ups of smart phones which was great for my teenager. Excellent customer care.

Love this store, Bobby helped me save almost a total of $70 off my phone and internet! Bobby made it happen quick and easily 10/10 will be back to the store in oro for any further upgrades or downgrades!

-purchased a disk external drive (prior to purchase over a phone conversation) employee was absolutely knowledgeable, helpful & utmost friendly!
-went & purchased the next day
-great knowledge & conversation regarding the item, in the store in person
-began the installation on my lap top the next day
-had an issue regarding the serial # of the product (required for installation) I was prevented to complete the install)
-called the store & spoke with the store manager (who answered the phone)
-he found the serial # for me to complete the install (my error > could not find it on the install disk pkg)
-I thanked him and continued the install (product works great!)
-hats off to you Sir & your store staff (spoke to three in all) absolutely friendly - absolutely knowledgeable

Drove 25km to pick up a cable which showed in stock online, 3 available.
Upon arrival, store clerk said their inventory has been off for years. Fix your inventory. Why advertise something online you don't actually have?
Employees less than stellar.

I Shieldz replaced my screen saver so I went to The Source and Bobby installed the screen, no questions and free of charge. I bought my phone there a year ago and had great service at that time too. Great bunch to deal with. Bravo for such wonderful customer service.
