Tim Hortons

Tables are ALWAYS dirty while staff chats behind the counter instead of cleaning. I literally have to get hand sanitizer and clean my own table EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I should have noticed the name of the young lady who served me.
Even before ordering my pumpkin spice latte I asked her if she could make it in 3mins (I have a bus to catch in 4mins)

She smiled and said I can try.

The order was placed and she made it in 2mins 10secs and I was not sure how it would taste but it was damn good. Kudos to the lady

The time was around 2: 40pm.

Staff was great, other customers were friendly. There needs to be a way to tip the hard working staff with a debit card, they deserve it.

The fat women at the drive through was very rude.they have some real losers here.never going back to this tim’s.update.that womens name is brenda, i found out that she is known for being very aggressive to other customers as well.just look the reviews, apparently i am not the only one she has been rude to.when i called the guy i was talking to said they have been trying to get rid of her for sometime

then just fire her.what a rude server.you can clearly see that they don’t work on tips.lol

Food is generally good. Though service can be quite slow first thing in the morning, but they are always quite friendly.

I fed up with mixed my order for my kids all the time, tonight I ordered 3 honey dip donuts and 3 chocolate dip doughnuts with packs of timbits
I get only 5 donuts NOT what I ordered at all
My kids NEVER will eat it ️
In the other hand they fighting over the timbits

The workers are nice but hard of hearing. It’s not their fault. They’re old. Good plase for a donut

When I say I want large plain tea that's all I want. Not tea with milk in it. The lady working in the morning making the teas around 8am-9am has messed up my order for the last 4 days in a row. Learn to listen.

It's Tim's & we could go in & sit; a first for me since the pandemic began. Too bad tables weren't kept up. Pointed to a table supposedly sanitized to find crumbs & other signs it clearly had not even been wiped off after last customers.

Dont know what is happening at Tim Hortons North End in Saint John NB they litterly dont care about their customers at the counter. Myself and a group of 4 or 5 go their every night. We buy food as well as drinks. Well Friday night we were there and one of us went to the counter and the girl serving was talking to a young man. My friend waited a few mins and then asked if she could be served and the girl said just a min I'm just talking to my boyfriend. Then Saturday night I met the group there and I went to the counter to get a drink. I waited a few mins but no one came to the counter. One girl was sweeping and there were 3 others in the drive thru. The girl sweeping dropped her broom to get food for the drive thru. One young man came to the coffee machine at the counter to get a drink and I asked if anyone was serving the counter. He said I'm just going to get this. I said but there are 4 of you in the drive thru and no one at the counter. He looked at me and said well the drive thru is busy and went back to the drive thru. I went and sat down. A few mins later he came to the counter and called out to me that he could help me now. I said that's ok. I will speak to the Manager in the morning. We all left and went to McDonalds. The service has been getting so bad at the counter that if there are more then 2 people in the store there is a line up. We have often gone thru the drive thru to get service and then brought it into the store. We are considering either looking for a different Tim's to frequent or go to McDonals. We understand they get times at the drive thru but counter service should be important as well. Something needs to be addressed.

Tim Horton's is never very efficient in their service, but to leave a young trainee on his own to take orders on a super busy holiday Friday, is not a stellar move: p ;)

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. Staff care less for their customers absolute lack of cx service. No spoon and butter given for the soup order. Oreo crumbs not available for Oreo Iced Cap. Taters are dry and hard. None of the products we ordered were fresh.

Only went there with my brother. I do not enjoy Tim Hortons coffee. I like McDonald's coffee to be honest with you, which is where I got my next coffee. Sorry Tim groupies. I tell it as it is.

This Tims location is well managed with solid staff. The drive through at times is super busy but they have it down to a science. Always friendly and quick and as one reviewer wrote, indeed it is one of the best Tim locations in the city.
