What happened they had really good coffee then went downhill. Put the old workers back on there positions or retrain on how to make a coffee. Only one in the area very disappointing!

The lady serving was very nice but I tried ordering 4 times before I found something that they had. No wraps. No sausage. No steak. Finally found a sandwich that I could order. From what I understand this is not just a today problem but an ongoing problem at this Tim's. Maybe they should place up a menu of things they carry. My choices were all on the menu on the wall behind the cashier. Would help with the long lineups if you could make your menu showing choices on items that were available instead if trying to make up your mind as the cashier has to go thru all the items they dont have.

I stop here alot whenever I travel. The staffing in the whole store is so helpful and friendly.

Wasnt any walk in services unless for truckers. Drive through only.

First time there and they treated me fantastic, even though they were EXTREMELY busy due to the Bluegrass Festival going on!

Closing at 6pm due to staffing shortage 20th of June pretty disappointing that management can't even keep the store open 2 hours wheres the responsibility never seen anything like this before at a tims

Worst Tim's I've ever seen they mess up orders almost every time I'm there and messed up today and wasn't even willing to fix it

Quick drive through service with friendly employees on my visit. In store dining / entrance was closed. Only the drive through was open. 2020/09/13 - Sunday @ 11: 45 am.

They are very good and I am so happy that you are always welcome to hiring new staff and providing the students with job's. I love the idea that you are always donating to charity and that you have a great business and have a great sponsorship program for youth and also room for growth in the company.

Havent been there in months gave up there coffee not good on stomach for sure and long waits for coffee
