Why are ice caps so expensive?
This one was quieter than a lot of the others, so was a good place to study.

Im at a place in my life were i'm totaly ok if they mess up my order. I just pray that they hit their little toe on the corner of their nightstand.

Store closed on the inside but my mobile order was placed as a pickup inside. If you can’t have your store open you shouldn’t even have an application that allows you to order.

Gerald Sue Tang called me fat for ordering one of your strawberry banana smoothies, never again. Smoothie was okay, I expect full compensation for the terrible clientel grrr ;)

Went there yesterday, if you want to wait 15+ minutes (drove off) for a 6pack of donuts while it takes 3 of them to make a customer's salad and ignore you at the window. Then this is the timmies for you!

Microphone in the drive-thru is oddly quiet.
Staff would rather look down at their feet, then to smile and interact with customers

Good farmers wrap.fast service.friendly staff. Great for stopping on your way out. Or into town if dieppe.

I bought half a dozen donuts, they were all probably two to three days old, hardly any frosting on them. Tim Hortons know how to cut corners as the hole of the donuts were extremely big. They were out of stock on two of my request. They would probably had to close the store had I bought a dozen donuts as they had a hard time completing half a dozen. Staff is very friendly so I assume their problem must be with upper management cutting corner to make more profits.

It's fine. Typical Tim's. They don't usually have croissants available, if that's a deal breaker.

Worst Tim in Dieppe/Moncton area. I never get what I order, the food never taste like it's suppose to & the service is slow.

Today my Ice Capp was half the cup, there was a hair on my donut, my muffin tasted old, there was no tomato for my BLT sandwich.

The Employee didn't change or removed the gloves so my bags were full of butter.

I work at Tim’s and this is the worst one I bough 100000$ worth of product and didn’t get what i ordered I wish I could speak to the manager to get a refund thank you

Awful Tim Hortons. Just bought a hot chocolate that was really watered down dirty water. And they often don't have what you want. Terrible.

Slowest Tim's I ever been to. Throws away food early, wasteful. Food is good, it's Tim's but expect to wait for it. Was told this location is used to train new employees by a friend once. A lot of the local Timmie's are owned by the same micro-franchise, you can tell on their "we are hiring" signs but I forgot the name. If they are all managed by the same person, it's not impossible. Don't know if that's true though, but Champlain St can be such a busy location, doesn't seem like the smartest choice. I haven't been in a while, maybe things changed since. This is a review edit from a previously more angry one where I had witnessed early food throwing away which had frustrated me by its wastefulness.

Based on recent reviews, slow and ineffective seems to still be true. No hate against the staff, they don't put their team together and I've noticed the age range is kind of quite young to quite older than the average range with little balance in between. People responsible for hiring/scheduling/distribution of staff across different local stores should be the ones to blame. The efficiency issues at this store seems like they have been there for a long time (at least 2-3 years from my own experience) and the staff seems overwhelmed a lot. I blame the owners but can't deny that the experience just isn't what you'd normally expect from TH's.

Staff were extremely overwhelmed with just a few cars in the drive through. Waited forever. Coffee was wrong and chocolate chill was not made right at all. Where's the chocolate syrup and whip cream? Crappiest location ever.

They were vary nice but they mest up my order.but it's a great place to go to when u needed a meal or snacks

No care for service, when you need to get from the drive through into the shop to get your order is then you know the quality of service.
