Wait times are horrible and food items are not always available. They ran out of ice coffee.lol

This location is one on its own. It will be a little different than what you're used to if you're not from Hampton. The pace of life is a little slower here. You can expect to see smiling faces and excellent service. The washroom has always been clean. The restaurant itself is usually clean and tidy. High traffic times with high-school students may be a little different. Overall, it is a great place to stop and have a moment of refreshment. The coffee and tea are hot and fresh. They do offer full meals now of soups, sandwiches, wraps, mixed bowls of all sorts, and is constantly evolving. Sides of potato wedges were welcomed surprise to my hungry girls after a swimming lesson. They also have fruit drinks of all sorts, iced lemonade, and the drink selection is constantly evolving as well. I shouldn't forget to mention the sweet selection. Cookies, donuts, pastries, and whatever they have thats new at the time! Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or supper, you should be able to find something for everyone!

Ordered 4 BELTs and only received egg and bacon on all 4. No lettuce or tomatoes. Not a happy customer Very disappointed since my total order was almost $50.

Staff is always so friendly! Love seeing bailey in drive thru. Staff always makes my drinks right and delicious!

We stopped in for a coffee and a couple of doughnuts and a small breakfast to go with the donuts. The food and staff were spot-on and so was the coffee.

Very long wait in drive thru just to order and receive a breakfast sandwich was almost 20 minutes.

The drive through is ridiculously slow all the time. I only go to this timmies if I am not in a rush. If I am l head over to Robins.no waiting over there for 20-25 minutes for a coffee.

It's nice but you have to be careful in the parking lot because people often turn out of the drive thru too fast

There has not been one occasion on which I have tried to order food here that I did not require a substitution.

Today the substitution was a wrap instead of a sandwich. If I wanted a wrap I would have asked for a wrap.

Everytime i get a BLT bagel they never put mayo on it and sometimes an egg i ordered a BLT not a BELT

I go for my tea and Not to advertise FOR TIM HORTONS. IF I keep getting these unwanted messages I will start going to Mac Donalds.

Mixed up the order twice in a row, I get that the fast paced environment serving food is difficult for some people. It's the franchise owners responsibility to ensure that there are less mistakes in orders though, something as simple as an order screen in the Drive-Thru, and maybe some fulfilment slips or a very clear colour coded screen for the staff to make sure orders go together correctly. I will say the staff was very friendly

Just found not one but two strands of long blonde hair in my daughters bagel. Too disgusted to say anything.

I love the French Vanilla coffee but I never end up with a full cup. I order a large but it is actually a medium in a large cup.

This Tim's is a modern restaurant with a great driveway layout and spacious dining area. Fast, friendly service.

Lady at the drive through was very confused and had to repeat our order then ended up with the wrong stuff. Good food. Very busy place so can’t blame them. Hamp town needs another Timmys like Suss town
