Tim Hortons

Staff is to busy with app orders to take walk-ins. So now I have to go without. I don’t see how pushing us away make Tim’s money.

Great service, very fast and friendly.

Emma was delightful and always goes the extra mile.

I have been in there a few times, and a handful of employees have a constant attitude on them and aren’t welcoming at all.

The made food is average, I have yet to have a breakfast sandwich actually toasted. It’s usually warm floppy bread.

So me and my sister was locked out of our house. So we decided to go get some Timms for supper, bad decision. When we walked in we realized they had barley anything to pick form cuz they didnt have any supplies. The orderer was very rude and keep cutting us off. Now let's get to the food shall we, I ordered a bacon grilled cheese and the cheese we cold and the bacon was almost raw. My sister got chocolate milk and it was sour and when I went up to get a different drink for her it took 10 mins to make a medium drink. All and all DO NOT EAT HERE.

I get the same coffee every morning at 5: 40am, med 2sug, 2Milk, for tje past 2yrs. Well this time I received cream.
I CAN NOT STOMACH CREAM and regardless on how bad I needed that coffee, I could not drink it, but I did go on my break with full cold coffee to get a fresh re-made coffee.
I go to Gateway Tim Hortons 6 DAUS A WEEK, SPENDING $ 2.07cof, $6.66 lunch, $3.76 snack, and finally $2.07 on way home. So I spend $14.56 minimum on the 6 days a week. I work across the street so very convenient.

Vastly understaffed for the morning rush. This morning waited in line for 15 minutes and as I got to the till the server turned around and worked on something else and told me 'may as well wait im thw line' as people that were waiting behind me got served so I had to cut the line again to get served at the second till. This Tims really needs some help in the morning.

Slow service, and they did not pay close attention when handing out the sandwiches. The 2 guys behind me were given my bagel BLT, so I told the girl at the counter. They we very confused, as they had no clue my order was even in their system. They made me my BTL, but offered no apology. If this wasn't the only game on base, I would not come back.

This place is slow, it would be faster to walk to the other Tim's an overwhelming majority of the time

Generally the staff here are very great, I will often come out of my way to go to this location. This morning a team member acted as if making 3 ice caps was an inconvenience by saying "oh my god" under her breath as soon as I ordered. It seemed very unprofessional.

This place knows how to get people through the line quickly, so it's great for getting away qui kky over a coffee break or at lunch.

Painfully slow and understaffed during rush hour.

Great time. First time skiing and snowboarding. Instructors were awesome. Highly recommend taking a lesson.

Friendly staff and at this Tim's the staff go out of there way to make you feel welcome and there fast and always get your order correctly.
