Very bad service Worst place to go very bad washroom I don't recommend anyone to there

Probably the worst Tim's in Moncton. Always dirty with slow service.and food quality is bad. Two times in a row.breakfast sandwiches were not good.first one had lots of eggshell in it.the second one had half an egg.like they cut it previously for a wrap and forgot to put the other half. All tim Hortons are short staffed. I get it. But when you have 5 people working the drive through and one person working the till for people inside, while also making the coffees.what kind of message are you sending? I'm not waiting in line while the poor girl working till is taking orders and having to make 3 London fogs for the woman in front of me.with no help

Food is generally good, service on the frt counter can be a lil lacking dureing morning rush hr as the store tend's too do a shift change at the peak of morning rush which is a great inconvience too all customers as they tend too be very short staffed dureing this time createing long line up's out the door. Sumwhat Disappointing!

The guy name morgan worked on weekend evening shift really having a bad attitude.he don’t know how to talk with customer and he don’t even greet guest at all. It’s happened with me several times. At first i thought may be he’s tired or stressed but noo his behaviour is not acceptable at all. Very very poor and disappointed service.

Avoid this place in the morning if your in a hurry staff there make you wait 20min before they take your order I watched 6 people walk out while waiting once they take your order it then takes another 10min to make it but even when you get your order it’s always wrong and no one has another 10min to wait for them to fix it hopefully the manger sees this and something is done as it’s the main Tim’s for the truckers in Moncton

On weekends, it typically takes me 20-30 minutes in line in the drive-thru to get my coffee at this location.

Easily one of the worst experiences -

Waited over 22 min in drive thru only to receive a breakfast sandwich with no bacon. Wife went back in to have it remade and it was not toasted and ice cold. Went to a second Tim Hortons to have it remade, not equipped for that sandwich. Then a 3rd Tim Hortons to have it properly fixed. Total time elapsed - 1hr. Never again Tim Hortons - tired of the pathetic service and product.

I ordered 1 apple fritter, they didn't have it, they gave me two donuts which I did not eat. It was late!

Ordered bacon & egg breakfast sandwich.dry stale un-toasted English muffin, bacon was barely cooked. Coffee and tea hot and fresh.

Not impressed with this Tim Hortons! August 1st at 11: 27 I place an order of 1 medium coffee on line.
11: 50 I asked an associate from behind the counter when my coffee was going to be ready, her reply "don't know I don't make the coffee"
Really would like management thoughts on this situation
I guess ordering on line is much slower, should of just got in line with the rest of the costumers.

Very Rude person on drive thru.
Couldn't even get the order in she kept saying " fine drive thru" then order was totally wrong! Ask for xlarge 2cream. Was angrily handed things to the point it was almost dropped in my lap. The coffee was a large double double and the doughnuts we're all wrong not one thing was what we asked for and the person at the window didn't want to fix it.

Absolutely the worst store I've ever been to.
Mostly due to the fact that the Blonde making breakfast sandwiches was pointing out everything the lone young man working the counter was missing, rather than helping when she wasn't making sandwiches.
The young man working the counter at 9am this morning deserves a large raise, she should be fired. Took 40 minutes for me to get through 5 customers ahead of me and leave with my order.

Iam sure this place is different from what I experienced but I'll never go back.
1-they closed earlier than posted so I walked around to the drive through window and they would serve me

Worst Tim Horton's experience this year. It took 20 minutes to move 8 cars through the drive thru, them they got the order wrong twice on the intercom (2 small ice Capps made with chocolate milk, nothing fancy), got to the window and they wanted $12.30 for our order, and they got it wrong two more times. I'm sure my granddaughters could of did a better job, needless to say we have scratched them off of our list.

I waited over 50 min 4th person in line for our order very unorganized and very disappointed with the service beyond frustrated with this experience I get short staff but they should have had a better system to manage the problem

The drive thru is good. I think that the whole Tims do not have all products to offer. Nevertheless, this one in particular never has soup, donuts, the Propper sandwich bread. Just coffee and old timbits. BTW, some people that arrive to this Tim Hortons in Caledonia treat those guys like a piece of sh, That's why the service is poor.

Stopped for coffee, my son ran in to use the washroom, toilet was clogged so he went to the ladies room and there was no TP. Coffee was burnt n bitter.

Very Clean Tim Hortons. Very handy to the highway.
Warning, the parking lot can be chaotic when there are a lot of transport trucks parked there.

Worst and worse every day. The coffee have bad taste, mixed orders, not understandable! No more CANADIANS here! That's a shame.

Was busy but my coffee is good. If you're in a hurry go to another Tim Hortons if you can. If you have the time this if a good one

Compared to some of the other Tim's around, this one usually gets it's right the first time. Always friendly, fast, trucker friendly!

Fast Pace friendly and they've never made a mistake on my order in the years I went to that specific location

Standing in an empty store watching staff gab isn't my idea of service. Ended up leaving. I'm guessing the worst for service Tim Horton's in the world. Best shortcut to the Circle K though.

Slower than a snail in molasses. Terrible service, expecting good tips. Not a good recipe for success. Tim's in Dieppe, same set up as here is about the same. Really slow. Go back to selling coffee and donuts. Waiting for food orders is the problem. Solution: a special line for coffee and donuts, muffins, croissants only.

Slowest Tim Hortons in Greater Moncton. Today was my last visit to this location. Lots of better option out there.

Great location right off the highway, and friendly staff. Got the spinach egg bites, and a steeped tea. Love them

All time at this place Tim Horton's team are forget about my orders.all time I need wait about 20 minutes for service.

Absolutely disgusting bathroom! They were so extremely dirty but also need to be updated since baseboard heater was totally rusted and soap dispenser was broken. Just gross!

Very disappointed with the Sussex drive thru. My breakfast sandwich was burnt. I through it out. Gross.

When you pay $7.30 for a medium coffee and breakfast Sandwich, you expect a full cup, and your sandwich to be right not missing what you ordered. Once your going down the high way it's hard to turn back

They did not seem to understand english or French.the guy at the cash was not able to understand my order.

Possibly the worst stocked Tim hortons on the planet. The staff is almost impossible to communicate with in either language.
