The worker there forgot about my order twenty seconds after I ordered so I stood there for ten minutes. Then I got my bagel which the employee only cut it half way so the bagel was just teared

Coffee is always fresh and consistently made every time I'm there.
Staff being friendly there is very rare (evening shifts I'm referring to) never a smile not even a word like hello, what would you like, not even a thank you Maybe I'm just old fashion but I feel that great service is a must. Smile and have a nice day

It is the same everywhere I love the cheap meal of hotdogs and a pop.
1.50$ can't best that

Typical tim's, pending time of day, staff on duty, and which one you choose to stop at! They all vary greatly! Litterly!

Good coffee but slow drive thru service especially initially taking your.order and they do not even acknowledge your presence by even a greeting or saying one.moment be.right with you or anything CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE HAS IT GONE?
so hard to find anywhere with any level of good customer service anymore

Drama & not clean & the workers won't do nothing if someone bullying you or someone herasing you
Even if they see it.
But they can kick some old person because everytime he went to men's room no toilet paper so it took a year for him to be able to come back and hes a great customer.
But they aloud adult to bully and and ex to herasing every time she goes for coffee
It's been nothing but drama cant be comfortable to have coffee in piece

From the I arrived in Canada, this branch has always been exceptional. Staff always pite and courteous. Deginately the best Tim's in the greater Moncton area.

One small hot choc, price jump by 45 cents eek, gas prices, can, t wait for gas prices to come down, then the prices might come down again, ya right!

On of the employees who is cashier most of the time i go there, is terrible with customers, rolls her eyes, looks at you like you’re stupid. Makes me enraged every time i walk out of there. Customer service should be at least to a standard, but talking to people like this is not okay. If you dont wanna do your job, you should quit!

If you go there in the morning or the afternoon you never get what you want, they always forget some items of your order and never do the right thing. Sometimes we ask for iced coffees made with milk because cream hurts our stomac and they always make it with cream. Sometimes they make iced capps instead, AFTER repeating it multiple times. Sometimes we say " iced coffee " and they hear " ham and cheddar sandwich " or even " hashbrown ". Sometimes the coffee is either super dark or sometimes it's super sweet. It is like playing russian roulette with your coffee every moring. They don't know how to make proper refunds and add random items on your order. I feel like the morning people don't have any basic training and they are pretty rude with us, even though we ask nicely for them to change our already WRONG coffee. We know mistakes happen, but this is becoming constant. Every morning it is the same routine.

Drive through service spotty at best but customer service great and consistent when ordering in store

This place is a welcoming, experience, friendly & clean. The owner of this place is also very friendly, & is taking his position with responsibility. He also owns the Tim's in Oxford which I personally had spoken to him about. 1 week later had the opportunity to tell him how impressed my wife & I were. He had rectified the problem I had spoke to him about.

I don't go for the service, and certainly not for the taste, just the convenience. Pay your employees a better wage, I know panhandlers who make better money.

This is a really great location I highly recommend anybody looking for really good service to come to this year Tim Hortons you will not be disappointed the prices are really good they never mix up your order the staff are very friendly the bathrooms are clean the tables are clean all-around good views really enjoy this year location for a coffee or a quick treat can't wait to see you guys again soon thanks for everything keep up the good work.

Servicecan be very slow at times, but with such short staff, I can't imagine how it could be any faster. The staff has way too much to do, for the amount of people. When you do get served, finally, you usually have to go back to get it fixed. Sad because it used to be a great place to go

I don't remmember the last time these guys didnt mess up my order. I live in the neighborhood and rather drive more to go to another tims. Worst in Atlantic Canada by far.

7 People couldn't provide the service I normally see done with 3. It happened 2 days in a row. A line of people, 1 register open, 1 person taking the order and making the order while others ran around stocking shelves and performing other tasks. Most places would have both registers open with that many people waiting. Take the orders and payment, let someone else make the food, that's why you have a counter area for pickup.

Having been in Moncton, NB for five years I got strange treatment from the guy who served me between 12-1: 16 pm midday.

He shoved my coffee towards me didn't even label it then shoved my blueberry muffins again very poor customer service I've worked retail for 4 years but this is poor.

Management needs to teach them good manners. I don't like to go racial because coming from South Africa racism was and is still prevalent being black in Canada I feel free.

Staff at this Tim Hortons are overworked and extremely rude, every time I come here. I don't intend to be a customer at this store anymore.

Slow, slow, slow 3 out of 5 orders wrong and i'm talking about the coffee
2 sugar 1 cream, sounds easy right? So Tim's decides if the day goes well.
Sooooooo sad. Since I wrote this I convinced my self to go OFF coffee cold Turkey.

Super friendly staff but incredibly slow. When I say incredibly, I mean that it's so slow it was painful. That's how slow it was. But the staff was super friendly. If you're going there to meet friends, you are better off to stop at another Tim Hortons get your coffee so you can take it with you to this Tim Hortons. Did I mention that the staff was super friendly?

Cashier "Anthony" did an exceptional job, was funny and cheerful. Was quick with my coffee

Don't even try to do a mobile order here. I ordered a coffee through the app, and a few minutes later I walked into a nearly empty restaurant. I thought, 'great this will be quick'. I go over to the mobile pickup area to get my coffee, but it wasn't there. I waited about 3-4 minutes (place was still empty) then I decided to ask about it. When I went to the cash to ask about it, the cashier looks at me and shakes her head (!) and doesn't say anything. She did get me my coffee, so the minimum level of service was there. I'll be going to Macdonald's from now on.
