Tim Hortons

Tried to order 2 double espresso, was asked what espresso was.at a coffee shop.imagine the perplexity of my expression.

Tim est toujours à la hauteur de sa réputation. Populaire et couru pour un bon café et un petit lunch.

Staff used to be good not any more most of the time they can't understand what you are saying in English or French. Drive through is slow as molasses waited 25 minutes one day to get through.

We enjoy the coffee from TH. The service could be better, but we understand they have plenty of orders daily and are human beings. They have made some mistakes with our orders but are always super friendly and respectful, so 5 Stars for this TH.

Wait was not very long inside considering the many cars waiting on drive thru. Getting my coffee and donut only took a few minutes. They accidentally gave me the wrong brew coffee, noticed and fixed it right away.

They almost never get your order right and it’s genuinely annoying. You need to train your staff better.

Often don't have certain items on the menu, could probably be better about inventory/ ordering

Not the greatest service. Coffee don't taste right. And ever time I go the food is always wrong. St.loui Tim's is better by far.

Have been to more than 50 tim hortons across the provinces In Canada, this tims is by far the worst one I've been to, they don't carry almost anything you ask for, no expresso machine, the baker does basics only, and expect disappointment and false advertising from here, the workers are rude also to, 1 star because atleast they have coffee with that creamer lol.

Supervisor needs another supervisor to supervise the supervisor experience was there didn't like it. I don't mind foreign workers to keep the economy going. Some people are too lazy don't want to work. This location is rude very rude lot of people don't like going there. There's no other Tim Hortons so there's no choice either go south or north another 20 minute drive. For me if you're not native you're all foreigners.

This is a bagel with cream cheese. I dont even know how they could spread it that thin. Ridiculous!

Mediocre stale food and poor service, everytime i go here it seems to be worse than the previous visits.

Staff here are very slow. The shop is very busy too and high demand for drive thru. The Manager she was very good and assertive despite her efforts service is very slow which puts me off going there.

Horrible customer service! Worst I've ever seen. I just moved here not to long ago and honestly I haven't seen ruder people! Sat at the drive thru speaker for 3+ minutes and said "hello" twice with no response so I decided to pull up and once I did I was told they were busy and that they couldn't take my order at the window and I'd have to go all the way back in line! Inexperienced workers in customer service. Absolutely disgusting!

Very good service, speedy and well prepared. It was very busy since it's in a remote area, but despite the high number of customers, our order was taken and prepared in good time. I will definitely come back to this location.

The slowest service ever, and the guy got 2 of my 3 orders wrong! The staff spent more time chatting with each other.

Popped in on my way through while travelling. Has to be the worst place for service, very very unorganized and all of the orders were messed up. Very busy inside but totally unorganized.

Took 25 minutes to move 10 cars through the drive-thru. As always they didn't have what I'm looking for. And then to top it off they got my order wrong.

Slow, chatty waitresses and slower service. Still not as bad as st. Louis circle k/timmies - but irving ruins everything

Wish there was a 0 star option. Came here twice today. Waiting at least 10 minutes in lineup 1st time. 2nd time at least 10 minutes wait in-store, then went to drive thru for "faster" service. Person in front of us also did the same. Waited an extra 10 minutes in the drive thru, plus, the points card machine was broken to top it off. Staff dragging their feet, complaining to each other, and not providing adequate service.

I love it so nice and they understood that I can't have coffee so instead of the Oreo ice cap I wanted it as a chill instead lovely place.

The restaurant is always clean and the Staff is friendly. However, orders are often wrong as the a good portion of the staff does not have an extensive comprehension of the English or French language. I am confident that it will get better in term. Short term bump in the road.
