Tim Hortons

Service was tremendously slow. Food was good but it was a long wait for us to get our order completed.

My husband went through Tim's Hickey & Loch Lomond Rd yesterday. Ask for large coffee 3 cream 3 sugar. Med Ice Coffee made with milk, cheese tea biscuit toasted with butter, a farmers wrap with mayo no Chipotle and a fruit explosion muffin. When he got home, my Ice Coffee was made with cream, I had no cheese tea biscuit at ALL. My husband farmers wrap had Chipotle on it. I called because I am absolutely getting fed up with Tim's as every time we go through something is not right with our order. The manager I spoke with called my husband a liar and said she was the one that took the orders in the morning and no one ask for mayo on a wrap. We'll yes he did because he absolutely hates Chipotle, plus she said oh and the tea biscuit well its just a tea biscuit.
I am done with spending our hard earned money at a location that is so ignorant and disrespectful towards there customers. I can not ever imagine speaking to a customer the way she did with me and calling us a lair.
Not that my comment matters because people complain and nothing changes EVER! I am just a nobody cause they know customers will always go back. Well not this customer!

Went through the drive thru, normally I would not complain, however when I paid for my order the cashier working the window told me total told me to have a great day and closed the window.automatically presuming she keep the change for a tip. I waited for her to give me my change because well at that point I wanted my change back as I never told her to keep it.here is some advice to the employees I understand u work for minimum wage and put up with ignorance etc from customers but DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY presume the change (even small amount) is yours to keep!

I do not usually complain about bad food service but this one really got to me. If I could rate - 5 stars I would.
We get to the drive through speaker, the whole time were ordering the woman was ignorant and did not let us finish our order, told us she couldn't wait any longer because we " talked slow" and refused to make our order because they'd have to make more hashbrowns, which btw it was 9 am.
We get to the window and I have 3 other people at the window yelling at us that "this isn't McDonalds" and being really rude.at this point we didn't even get out order we asked for we only got our coffee and then went to a different Tim Horton's. Never going here again and I hope no one else deals with this again, because it really was pathetic. Sad they missed out on a tip that I gave to the Tim Horton's that actually showed respect and did what they were supposed to do: be kind and take our order.

The worst Tim Hortons in the city. Constant ridiculous wait times, and orders are always wrong. Been this way for years unfortunately. The restaurant could use a staff and management overhaul

Stopped in on our way through the city. Service was pretty good. Very busy spot every time we stop there. Will surely stop in again.

The woman who just made my bagel itched her nose with her gloves and just continued making it, i have bad anxiety so i felt bad saying anything but made me too sick to even consider eating the bagel so it sits in front of me
the staff needs to be taught that they ARE seen constantly by the costumer’s as they are making the food and they can’t be touching places like their nose without proper sanitization in between, it’s gross

It's ok to eat chocolate dip donut At tim Horton's but I love Chocolate chip cookies at Tim Horton's

Most people still don't realize that their is only a few locations that are open 24 hours.
North End Plaza - 24 hours
East Side Tim's hickey road/ Loch Lomond road - 24 hours
Mcesso, off ramp leading to gondola point ferry, Tim Hortons also has Esso and Irving/Circle K open 24 hours.

This is just awful. I ordered a chicken wrap with a bottle of water. However, what I got was a country wrap. I waited 20 minuets for my order, I under stand the system was down the unfortunate day I chose to go in I watched them make my wrap and then call out at the wrong station, at the time I assumed was some one elses order, then watched it die on the counter. When I got back to work the wrap practically fell apart when I opened it.

Anyway just wanted to say Thanks Tim Hortons best 9 dollar bottle of water I ever had!

Horrible service on a daily basis. Most times debt is down with no signage for a warning. And too top it off extremely slow service I will definitely drive out of my way to avoid this horrible location

With all due respect to those who work hard at this establishment, I have never had so many issues at a Tim Hortons whether it being extraordinarily long waiting times, getting orders mixed up beyond reasonable expectations or just the lack of training given to able and driven employees. There just seems to be a general level of chaos behind the desk during most of my visits, and I grew up just off of Hickey road.

Eight ladies behind the counter no one waiting to order and still had to wait till they where done talking before I got waited on

Often times the cold drinks are poorly made and the production of the drinks takes under 1 min but aren't that good but the staff is friendly.

Well i dont know what girl name was but i can tell you one thing she was stupid.we wanted put more money on our tim card and she the hold thing and we gave her $2o.oo to put on the card. Then she told us that it would be that it would be 20.00 and wanted us to give her more money.we told that we
gave her some she told us "oh i forgot that i had it in my hand. " Well people like her should not be on the till.
