Coffee seems to be alright, staff is friendly and one of the better Tims for sitting in, clean and doesn't smells like cigarettes.

Went to Tim Hortons paul st, Wednesday April 12th 5: 50 Pm, ordered a Turkey Bacon Club sandwich paid with gift card. About halfway through sandwich, took a bite and felt something stringy. Spit the food out and found an 8 inch long piece of hair cooked into the bacon, I wanted to throw up.
This is utterly gross and not acceptable. Called in and supervisor laughed at me.

Great breakfast to start the day. Great service. Love the new lattes. Our go to for a quick snack

Coffee is not the greatest, but service is great and staff are friendly. But they messed up my bagels order even though they nickel & dime you for everything.

On a good day, one of the fastest drive thru in Moncton. Like most Tim's, way too much cream cheese on bagels and poor selection on bakery the later you go. Too many different menu items for the staff to handle in a timely matter. A lot of "sorry for the wait" and wrong items on order. Running on the name brand with less quality service

Drive thru sucks. Took almost 20 or more minutes just to get to place order at 473 Paul street location and then another 13 or more minutes to get to pickup window to get my order. Very disappointed since Tim Hortons is no longer a Canadian owned company anymore. I will now be going to a Canadian owned coffee shop.

Had quite the experience going through the drive thru today! First miss my breakfast sandwich from the bag entirely.second time through missed the ingredients.third time gave me a hard time definitely not good service at all.

If you order anything that is not a simple coffee or common pastry they will get confused and give you a Frankenstein of it instead. Example one time we asked for candy cane white hot chocolate and got white hot chocolate with some kind of syrup in it with an inch missing from the top. I think it's a language barrier but if they don't know they should ask other staff or bring to window to clarify.
