They close to early and the drive thru isn't open until 11 I go by there at 9pm it's closed

Only place to get coffee at 6 a.m, and there’s a 50% chance the doors are open. Worst drug dealers ever.

I use to go there every day for breakfast and the service still the same nothing change mediocre especially one lady who takes the order she is weird and other thing there almost run out of some stuff (bread, croissant, muffins…)

50/50 chance whether they make the right order. Nothing too extreme, just things like making a cold latte instead of a hot one, or paying extra for a particular substitution only for them to not do so. I usually just roll with it as food is food, but it can get exasperating some days.

Decent Tim's right in the heart of Fredericton, although the food is as you expect the service isn't really. The people are kind, but how they serve confuses you because they just put out stuff, call the item, and then forget what said item was. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap. It was good! However I was confused if what they placed on the counter was my order because they didn't call it, and another woman came to ask if this wrap was a sausage egg wrap and the employee said I think it is. Thankfully the woman suspected it wasn't that and after a few minutes they realized it was my chicken wrap.

Customer service isn't great at this outlet! Terrible customer service -staffs doesn't seem to know what customer service is!

The worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Did mobile order and was waiting in queue, order was not on pickup station, when asked employee told me they don’t have caramel toffee topping and asked if want only caramel topping. I said okay and when given to me, there was no sugar (I specially added it from app). I just didn’t drink that I threw it. And I also waited about 15 minutes in queue. Very disappointed. Never coming back here.

Understaffed and often they mix up your orders (1/4). Definitely not the fault of the employees.

Worst Tim hortons in Fredericton, always mess up with the order. Most of the time their machines are out of order. Awful experience.

I've been here for the past few days in the drive through and the service was unimaginable. Just rude and rushed. They don't let finish ordering and rushed to the window and don't even give me what I want. Today I got an iced coffee and it was full of dirt and leaves. I worked at tim hortons for a year and I know that what they are doing is wrong.

There was a BUG in my Farmers wrap! The manager refunded me but refused to make it right, even blamed me for the bug in the wrap. I visited 3 times a day before this mess up. Customers are the least of this Tim’s priority, go elsewhere

Every time I go there it is always under staffed after 4. I worked for Tim's for 3 years. And all head office card about was drive-thru time. And labour's cost. Sometimes being over worked and under paid get to a person. They can keep employees. I wasn't the best employees but that what happenes when the people who provide the service to make the company money is the lowest paid employee. When others sit on there keasters and make the customer reps life harder, because numbers on a spreadsheet aren't up from last year. 23 billion a year in prophet and they treat there worker like that and leads to bad service. Just saying. Human relation is important.

Nice Tim’s with tight parking and a quick drive through. Staff were excellent on my 5 visits.

What a crock. They want you to spend money, but you can't use the bathroom. Run away! Runaway fast, so we went around the corner and relaxed and had coffee a sweets there.

Service very very slow imported don t understand English very good and slow to serve you and very rude

It seems to be busy location but as usual Tim Hortons is our Canadian brand and always the best

By far the worst Tim's in Fredericton. Rude staff, excessively long lines most of the times, never let me scan my Tim's card for money off and ignored the line for a long time. Everyone in the line was upset.

Went there for a vegan breakfast wrap. But they said they haven't started them yet and I said we could wait and they said no. We aren't starting them.its a breakfast wrap for breakfast. Lol

Easily the worst Tim’s in Fredericton. Always out of breakfast foods, slow, constantly give me the wrong order.

Save yourself a headache and just go uptown.

Never open on time always missing crew when they do open on time poor buisness get better staff

Let's give priority to people in cars and just completely close our doors and operate our business on hours we want whenever we want. Short staff problems which is everywhere but this time is indeed a hot mess all the time.

Still.no seating after capacity limits have been removed. Stopped in to get out of the rain with a coffee and couldn't even sit down. C'mon stop cutting corners and provide a service!

Forgot about our order place wasn't busy took like half an hour to get a chili hot chocolate smoothie and bagel b.e. L.t. Overcharged guy behind me, poor job

I'm a regular here and the service, though fairly good, is bewilderingly slow. I left a friend who was fourth in line at Tim Horton's while I walked two blocks to Starbucks, got my coffee, picked up a pack of smokes in King's Place, and then returned to Tim Horton's. My friend was still waiting to order.
During the day it's very hit and miss when it comes to having the items you want. After 9pm there will be very few food options and its unlikely that those options will be very fresh.
It seems like most of the staff here are trainees so maybe they deserve some slack but this building also houses the regional head office and I thought that they would stay on top of the situation. I thought wrong.
This is a great location for people watching and features what locals call the "Jiblympics" - which is a nightly display of crystal meth fuelled antics staged in the parking lot and at the Catholic church next door.

It is very rare that I go to timmies now since they changed their cup lids. I did stop in recently for a double double but quickly realized why I left them, their cup is no longer blue collar get it done working man cups. We do more than one thing at a time and need the flat lids so we can bite our cup and work at the same time.

Normally is this tim hortons a nice place but in this timi was the seating area very dirty.compare to other tim hortons is this place not so clean.i love timi but this place i don't like very much.nobody cleaned the tabels or seats floors etc.we have to do it our self to jave a place to sit what is not bad but it is not my job to do this.

Usual Tim Hortons. No surprises on the menu. Fireplace is a nice touch. Efficient friendly staff.

Screwed up my order and while I was in there a lady came in with a bagel she had gotten in the drive thru that was burnt black. Like not a little over cooked.charcoal

Horrible location for a drive thru. Drivers beware this Tim Hortons o the corner of regent and king will hold you up in traffic due to the people trying to get into the drivethru. Chances are if you are stuck in traffic at the bottom of regent its because of this place. Change lanes. However the coffee is good.

Here all the time most all the staff are great the manager however well not so nice and absolutely refuses to put on a hair net she's the only one who won't

It is very busy and with limited number of seating gets congested. Drive through is much better. Becase of limited space line up gets too tight as well unless I have time constraint, i prefer going uptown.

Really wish that tim's offered an Express line for coffee only. Staff great and store very clean.

This branch is just near to the King's Mall, Fredericton. Ample space to seat with friends and family members. I enjoyed my cold coffee while my friend was having hot one. The members helped us to pick the right one.

It’s a Tim Hortons - but it’s somehow a little worse than the rest. The staff are okay, they seem rushed and overwhelmed often, maybe because of the high traffic they likely have during peak hours. To make matters worse, the layout inside is atrocious. If I see that it’s packed inside I avoid it like the plague.

Perpetually under staffed no matter what the time of day is, early morning, mid day or evening.

This location also never seems to have their lunch menu available even though it's supposed to be available all day. You're better off just going to the uptown or North Side.

Always disappointed when I come here.
