Tim Hortons

No matter what time of day it is so slow. 15 unexagerated time at 5 am for coffee and bagel? Absolutely absurd.fero dumptruck taking up 4 parking spaces at the door.

J'avais commandé un donut et ma donnée deux et ma fait payer pour deux j'ai demandé si je pouvais me faire remboursé l'autre donut que j'avais même pas toucher et il dit que ses impossible et aussi pas de service en français vraiment pas bon service

I have never waited as long in drive thru as I did there. It wasn't a mealtime rush either. I have had struggles with the employees only understanding french. I hope things improve as it is the closest Tim's to my house and on my everyday route to leave the house.

Just got a cold grilled cheese, cheese inside not melted cheese outside not melted and falling off. Made a mess and it’s cold and gross. Half the time they dont even understand english or french neither and hard to communicate.

Went and got a bagel a breakfast sandwich and a coffee left with 4 bagels and 2 breakfasts sandwich’s.made my day 10x better 110% recommend that you go there as well

I have been using it for many years and there is always something wrong, every car is serviced for a very long time and orders are confused, they cannot understand the order

Ohh, this is my first review about a business. I feel really bad to go this place. The customer service in this place is the worst thing you can see in the town. Since you are in the right spot you are getting customers but with a customer service like this you won’t last much. Please train your employees right.

Convenient location. Understaffed at times with longer waits in the dining room but staff are friendly.

I've never cared enough to rate any business but this Tim Hortons is the most hit or miss business I've ever been to.

It can either have wonderful service, or it can be a 15min wait in a lineup of 4 people only to interact with someone who could care less and practically throws your order at you.

I can't comment on the work environment for the workers but as a semi-frequent customer the amount of turnover is incredible. I find it a shame because it's often the newer employees that give the better service aside from a small handful of the regular employees. I hope this place can attain some kind of consistency and improve their level of service on the busy mornings.

Approximately 20 minutes to get through the Drive-thru for a single coffee. I don't believe its the fault of this location however, I do think Tim Hortons should strongly start reconsidering their outrageous menu selection.

Staff should be trained to tell the difference between Sugar and Cream. I ordered a Stepped Tea with 1.5C and 2.5S, got it with. 5S and 2.5C

Not a great selection of donuts and slow service. Earnest hard working employees but service could be quicker.

Friendly staff, clean environment and clearly the slowest understaffed Tim Hortons in the country. I work in every city in Canada. Avoid the drive-through here or face a 20-30 minute wait for a coffee.

I wish I had read the reviews before we stopped in for breakfast, we were in the area for a driving course so stopped in Friday and noticed a melted frozen beverage and one of those single donut boxes on the table right beside the entrance (still had some donut in it) stopped in again the next morning and among horrible service the garbage was still on that table and the garbage bin inside the store was full to the top, display was pretty much empty. We left with bagels that we were actually worried about eating, I didn't realize about the garbage etc until after I had paid

Never get my order right and when my friend with a neurological disorder that causes stutter calls and politely tries to explain about it the supervisor made fun of her and wouldn't listen to her and then hung up. Will NEVER go back to this disgraceful place again. GET A NEW SUPERVISOR

A little bit of a wait but it was mid morning break time.coffee is always hot and muffins were fresh.the server was polite and friendly.

Waited far too long for a bagel, over half an hour in drive true but it was Sunday and they were busy. There is no option to turn around and go inside since there is cement block blocking you to do so. Staff are always really nice and I have bi complaint on the food.

The food was good, I visited this location for the first time. My coffee was wrong by one extra cream, but it still tasted like a good coffee; they must've heard me wrong, I still recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone passing by.

We come here pretty often and service is usually ok. Today I had a chicken craveable sandwich. The chicken tasted harder than usual which I thought was a bit odd. I get back to work and I had food poisoning. Not happy at all. I might as well bring up the amount of time the debit machine in the drive-thru does not work and staff is very rude about it.

Worst tims ever, the costumer service is so bad.don’t even get me started on the DRINKS, they don’t know how to make them like i asked for an icced coffee NOT CREAMER WITH ICE.they never have anything.some of the staff is nice, like elder lady was really nice but the rest need more training it seems.

Does not always have common items, like Boston creams, chilly, sandwiches, etc. Service is often slow and the employees are cold.

A lady closed her car door on her thumb and it was bleeding profusely. The staff refused to give me a bandaid so we could help her. Went to the store across the way to buy some. That's either horrible customer service or a location whose first aid is empty and doesn't follow health and safety guidelines. Either way, 1 star.

I’m honestly shook by the terrible customer service this morning. I know costumer service as i’ve worked in it all my life. There’s a older woman who was working and not only did she have attitude, she refused to answer my question of what they had while i was in drive thru, saying it would take to long.i’ve gone thru times across this country and legit have never received that response for the same question I ask. And the way she was responding was filled with aggression and attitude. Already made me not want to continue my order and than on top of it as i was driving away, they messed up my order. How can you have employees working for you like this? It’s not okay.and it’s 5 am and that’s how costumers get treated.

This location is pretty much out of most product by 10 pm. And it is consistently the case. Why advertise as 24 hours with less than a quarter of the product unavailable. I had a $25 I was hoping to use tonight and I just walked out because 80% of the options were not available.

Worst Tim Hortons I have seen, they never have anything left and if there is something left its super dry and discusting.

Worst Tim Hortons location. They clearly don't know how to butter a bagel or take an order. I had to have my order fixed three times to have them butter my bagel with a ridiculous amount of butter. What a mess.someone needs explain to this how location to properly butter a bagel. They weren't even nice about having to fix my order, no customer service at all.

I just had to go to the Shell for my lunch. I gave up trying to communicate with the person at the window who seems to have close to zero ability to communicate in English. Apparently the ham and cheddar that was on the menu forever no longer exists. Whole wheat seems to be a foreign concept. Keep your coffee. I'll find somewhere else to go. If I could give this dump a -5 I would.

Good food, quick service, coffee and other drinks for the odd non-coffee drinkers. What more can you ask for?

This is my favorite location to get bagels at because they always give a crafton of cream cheese and it's awesome!

One of our favorite location for hangout. Staffs are cool and service is pretty quick. Even you'll find space to seat on the weekends. Just visited yesterday and found everything is same as before.

Tim's in Moncton has horrible quality control more times than not the beverages are not good and most locations have horrible service

Not what it used to be. Food is only meh and the coffee is passable at best. At least the service is friendly. Cause this whole chain has lost it's way. Trying to be everything for everyone, now they can't even make decent donuts or coffee.

I stop by most mornings, on my way to work. Not only does the coffee and breakfast sandwich help start my day right, the staff help make it an awesome start. Thank you very much Tim Hortons. See you again tomorrow morning.

Go here often as it is close to my work, no matter the time of day the staff is always friendly and smiling. Great place with good and well trained staff

The coffee never tastes the same. Sometimes it's burnt sometimes its water sometimes they forget to put sugar. The older ladies seem to look down and grunt at you.

Always fun and very fast, would like more smiles but I do understand that they are monitored for time and get bonus for it A.

The shop has a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were attentive and the smell of doughnuts complimented the aroma of the coffee they serve. I will definitely come back to this particular outlet.

Got a bagel today ask for a bagel with butter and opened it there had to be 1/4 of a stick of butter on it.

Drive thru needs up dates. Should be a line for coffee. And a separate line for thous ordering food. Drive thru would move more faster.

Payed $16 for a grilled cheese that wasn't cooked with hard cheese in the middle none on top without any bacon when i ordered with, plus a bagel that was not cooked. Also terrible service. Not happy at all.
