Literally the best Tim Hortons in the city for whatever you want to get and for their customer service… they go above and beyond

The are rude. I went through the drive through the other day and the girl in the window was so rude all because I asked for a straw for my ice coffee!

Poor service, I work at 6am and the Tim’s on Rothesay ave is closed at 5: 20am, the place is dark, I guess they are on different hours than the working class … gone down hill, sadly, this was a great place once ….

Again 1 star service. I'm the only person in the store and here I am still waiting for my order, which they are just getting round to making 10 mins after I ordered. And the drive through is not busy either.
Terrible. Went at 9: 30 half an hour before they closed and was informed they aren't doing any kind of food. No donuts, no muffins nothing.just drinks. The staff aren't the problem, it's the franchise owners. Terrible owner. He can't manage toilet break let alone a franchise of stores.

I have done plenty of orders through home delivery from this Tims. I have given much service but today when I ordered a large Iced Coffee, when it arrived it was upside down, completely dumped in the bag, with not even a sip left of coffee in the cup. When I called all they said I could do was do a new order and pay for a new one. I am not one to complain but to have my whole coffee upside down and there is nothing they can do but tell me to buy a new one.

Don't bother going here after 9pm, apparently the only thing available is coffee and bottled items. Apparently tea with a teabag is difficult if there isn't a pot brewed.

I usually order 2 mediums 2 milk 2 sweetener every day. In the last week they screwed up my order 4 times and never gave sweetener.thinking about switching tim hortons as I am diabetic and do not need sugar. I called and they got it right yesterday and today messed up again
