Tim Hortons

Been living in Canada 24 years. This is by far the slowest timhortons I’ve ever been to.
Everyone in the drive through is ordering coffee, people shouldn’t have to wait 30 min

The man working the drive through window was very unfriendly short in replies and was generally disappointed in this visit.luckily the guy making the sandwiches made up for it.

First order my hockey card where not added then they gave me some strange ice coffee instead of vanilla ice cap. It was on the receipt so I know it was the restaurants fault

The place to go for your coffee fix. Great variety of food and beverages to suit most dietary confines. Drive thru window staff was great and service was quick.

I went to this Tim's location to get my mother some breakfast because she is staying with me due to having eye surgery. I ordered a Bacon homestyle biscuit with a French vanilla and an assorted 10 pack timbits. The lady serving me at the cash was ignorant. She put the payment through to the debit machine but once she noticed I had wanted to do something else she whipped her hand out to press the cancel button on the debit machine. Then she disappeared to fill my order of the timbits. She should've have continued to process my transaction at the cash before going to do this as she left me stranded at the cash not able to do anything except for twiddle my thumbs and wait for her to return. Following this, the staff left my order on the counter for me to pick up myself so I grabbed my things and left. I get home and my mother opens the sandwich and there is sausage on the sandwich. Obviously at this point I'm already upset because her order was messed up so I get back in my car to drive back to the store to get the right sandwich. I'm standing in line and one of the staff go to the other cash and asks if I got sausage instead of bacon. I affirmed as much and then she made a backhanded comment saying that I grabbed the wrong one. That mine was sitting next to it. I hadn't seen another one sitting beside it but regardless of the possibility that it was MY fault for grabbing the wrong one, if there were similar sandwiches beside one another, the staff should have pointed out which one was actually mine. I'm not impressed with the customer service at this establishment and will not be back.

This Tim's never has any product after 4-5 pm, what's the point of having a menu when they don't even honor the items they should sell?

Not to pleased with this Tim’s. I’ve gone here now a week straight and they never have bagels. Like if they are that popular maby bake some more? Absolutely nothing to eat. Just horrible

Always hot Tea and Coffee. Fresh and
Delicious, There Hamburgers, chicken are made with Pride. Same with one on Paul st in Dieppe. They care about how there food comes out.

Ordered a breakfast wrap, without the hash brown, got one anyway. Ordered a breakfast wrap and there were egg shells in it, glad though it was real egg. It was through the drive through both times.

The server could not muster the energy to say good morning, even after I said that to her, and asked how are you? She just said exasperated can I take your order. Sadly I see this too often. Smiling can go along way. I hope she has a better day.

Service was quick but the breakfast sandwich was lacking. The egg was over cooked almost to burnt and the biscuit was very dry.

Shame on these guys for not serving truckers who walk in the drive thru (who are working so hard in restoring our store shelves in these hard times). Those are the guys who brings all the stuff in your tim hortons.this is disgusting.such a shame.

This place have zero respect for truck drivers who bring them food and service. They denied to give coffee to a truck driver this morning while in other parts of canada they have special arrangements for drivers. Have some shame you deserve 0star not even 1

Coffee was off. Had to get it replaced and no coffee promise card. I never ask but sometimes I just get it and act all surprised and happy about it. Like it was the 649

This is a busy location with a drive thru and large parking lot on the side.
I like this one because it has a fireplace.

I love how nice everyone is! Very awesome place to eat and they almost always have my favorite kind of soup!

Waited 15 minutes in line with only one customer in front of me. Then she had no change to give me and my coffee was wrong. Service at this Tims is always the same especially on the weekends

Worst service ever. Food is always lacklustre but some locations may make up for that in other ways.certainly not here.

Service is pretty good. Food is okay. Million locations in Moncton, as some better than others.

I have 4 stars because their soup is always good.getting it is another story

Me: okay, but which ones are left
Employee: We don't serve those ones though

Employee: 2 of them
Me: Okay but which ones!?

Horrible customer service. Very sloppy kids that don't know how to take an order properly or make a wrap. The night crew is better.

It's Timmies.overpriced coffee and food.poor service and bad tasting product most of the time.
Perfect for lazy people that need things done for them

Extremely slow service and after repeating my one coffee order (one coffee. Large 1 sugar 2 milk) they still messed it up
