Tim Hortons

I live by this location and I'd rather drive across the bridge to avoid going here. Slow, unprofessional, dirty store, order is never correct. I cannot imagine there is any owner presence or they just don't care. Time to clean house and hire people that actually can do the job.

Awful, rude and incompetent staff. Double charged me for my order. Highly don’t recommend.

For some reason the dining room was closed. Waited in the drive thru for 15 min before getting to the speaker, to find out they had no donuts. Who knew they didn't sell donuts? !? Then, had to wait another 10 min to get thru the line. Watched the car ahead of me receive thier 2 coffee, both of which went back into the window to be re made. This was all just before 11 am, early enough in the day that you think there would be something to purchase other than coffee. The fellow told me they might e able to scrape up a dozen muffins!
Overall horrible experience and if I could, I would leave a negative score.

Love the staff, but they are always out of everything! From lattes, chicken, cookies and the new snackables. They never have anything!

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is sub par, and not a single person in this facility knows how to make an iced coffee, every time I go to this location they never make our iced coffees right. Ether they forget a flavour shot which we paid for, or they just don’t care and they make their coffees super bitter and disgusting. I also have never seen a lack of product from another place than I have here. We go here sometimes and they literally never have anything, not only that but when you ask for items on the menu they almost seem annoyed. Horrible Tim Hortons, definitely needs to be shut down.

This location never has items available; no croissants half the time, no wedges or hashbrowns and no timbits for the last month or so!

The only good reviews of this location I could find were from five years ago, that says enough as it is.

I recently moved nearby and I remember thinking "oh nice, I'll be able to get a breakfast sandwich every now and then". I have gone to this location 6 times in the past month and EVERY SINGLE TIME they've been "out" of what I ordered. Everything from donuts to cookies to breakfast sandwiches to soup. I was there at 6 pm once, asked for a bagel and was told they had nothing but coffee. It's to the point where I was starting to feel like they had something against me personally. After seeing these reviews I've come to the conclusion that they have something against everyone.

I've had to be refunded for my online orders 5 of the 6 times I've gone there. That's literally almost a 90% failure rate. The staff has been so rude and unapologetic for the poor service and lack of items. I don't even like coffee or go there often but someone needs to do something about this location, it's abysmal gives Tim's everywhere a bad name.

So understaffed, I wanited 20+ minutes for a bagel and by then everything else was cold. They need more workers and training.

This Tim’s never EVER has anything in stock, I don’t even know why I bother going anymore. For convenience sake I suppose… the only thing you can every get reliably is a hot coffee. The staff always makes you feel like an inconvenience, and while I was there the other day, an older lady rolled her eyes at me because *she* messed up my order. Overall very disappointing, Tim’s always has better service than this.

Drive through is slow, but the company really squeezes the staff dry and is happy to just tell them to go faster without any incentive besides fear.

Marysville selection of product is minimal and usually out of most donuts. Slow service in drive thru.

Waited in the drive through (got stuck in line) for 25 min, not during peak time. Ordered a LG Iced Coffee and told them that i brought my own cup. When i got to the window, I handed my cup to the person working and watched them make my iced coffee in a plastic cup then dump it into my cup. I had hoped i was doing my part in reducing plastic usage. Maybe they are not allowed to make it directly in my cup due to food health safety?

We ordered a cappuccino coffee.advertised on the Billboard as iced coffee topped with whipped cream and Oreo bits. We pointed to it.we saud with the topping. And then we paid the amount for two. What we got was just the coffee.no topping.which looked nothing like the advertised picture. When I queried this, I was told she didn't charge me for it (I assume this meant the pictured topping). Which was incorrect. Not the first time we have had this experience with Tim Hortons.yet when we politely queried, we were met with hostility and back turning. From speaking with other customers, our experience is not an isolated one. We have learnt our lesson.and will never set foot in another Tim Hortons again.

When my bagel wasn't toasted they made me a new one right away with no complaints. Great staff!

This place was very underwhelming to me. We stopped in because we were visiting Canada and you see them everywhere. I had the grilled cheese melt. Sounds easy to make, right? It’s basically a grilled cheese sandwich. Well, my cheese wasn’t melted and the bread was cold (as was the cheese). My husband said the turkey club was “ all right. ” That’s not high praise. I guess I’m glad we stopped in since it’s a Canada original.

Its Tim's. If your a Canuck. You know this place they are all hit and miss with toasting of bagels. And freshness of coffee. But we Canucks are addicted to it.

This place shouldn't have a drive thru, constantly backing up traffic in the road and blocking access to the ultramar

Slowest service ever.do not be in a hurry going through the drive thru. Be careful they'll even try to help there self to there tip

This Tim's are often out of one breakfast item or another. Several times it's been eggs, today is the second time for sausage, another time it was bacon. They had very few donut choices today. And the service is always slow. Though the gal on drive through cash today was very pleasant and apologetic. Not her fault so I wouldn't take it out on her anyway. But I have more frustrating experiences than good ones at this Marysville location.
