Tim Hortons

I visited the drive thru and found that the service is very fast, food is consistently great and friendly service.

Was told to take a number (when there were only 2 other customers and one had their order already), while 4 employees stood around and one poor girl made all the food. Atrocious customer service and ridiculous work delegations.

I have had better services at other Tims location. The order was pretty simple and straightforward. A customised bagel sandwich, which was not upto the mark or their standard. Donuts were good as they are ready to go. Can do better. Service was good, it’s just the quality of food.

I was here for a coffee after lunch. It is another good Tim Hortons in the area.

I always order through the app to avoid waiting in the line.

Very good management for the most part that we’ve seen and friendly staff!

I went to the Drive-Thru at 9: 55 PM an they were closed, yet hours states open to 10 PM. Besides the workers choice of not serving till said time and closing early the product is great.

Jen is friendly and knowledgeable. They all keep a nice clean store.

My boyfriend and I go to this Tim’s every Sunday, our order is always wrong or they don’t make it right. We get the same thing every time. 2 large or medium ice coffees with oat milk and extra base but they taste like water half the time or there’s not enough base in it, we get 2 everything bagels toasted with extra butter, there’s only a little bit of butter or way too much with butter dipping out of the bag and they never give us napkins.

Don't bother asking for chicken donuts or muffins or anything apparently they don't serve half the stuff on the menu

The drive thru line up had about 12 cars in it so i go inside, i am the 4th person in line and takes 10 minutes to get to the cash. 6 people working the drive thru and 1 on cash. I made the wrong choice to go inside. They make the drive thru the priority.

Becareful when getting into drive through lane as it blocks the people who park upfront and cars are entering on that side as well as pedestrians walking to their cars. VERY CLUSTERED LOCATION
