Tim Hortons

Me and fiance go here frequently before our trips to visit family. I'm definitely going to reconsider and go to a different location. It is truly a gamble every time. You never know if you will get your order made correctly or if it will be wrong. Most times it's wrong. Today, we went through the drive thru and ordered two sausage bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches with a few other things. As we got on the highway, I opened the bag to see only one of the sandwiches AND the sandwich was COLD. It did not have bacon on it either. It's frustrating when you expect the things you paid for to be in the bag and they are not AND not even made correctly.
I'm not one to complain or put up a fuss about these kinds of things but this isn't the first time this has happened.
The coffee is a hit or miss. You never know if it will be made correctly or not. You never know if you will actually get what you order.
Definitely consider going to a different Tim Horton's. From the looks of the other reviews, I'm not the only one that thinks this.

This is the only Tim’s that makes my double double perfect but every time I want some donuts/timbits they’re all out.

I used to go alot here and my orders kept getting messed up so I haven't gone in about a year. This am I went and guess to my surprise they messed my order up. Lol I asked for no eggs they added eggs to the sandwich. So I called and mentioned it and the older lady and she said so your calling me to tell you got eggs on your sandwich when you didn't ask for them? As if I was trembling her. Never offered a sorry or may thing just hung up. Yes of course that's what I'm saying I have to throw 12 dollar meal in garbage and somehow I'm bothering you? Great costumer service lol I don't think I'll have the thought to ever go here again let alone in a year. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to by far.

We waited 6 minutes atleast the the order booth before someone took our order and it the window to get it another 5 minute wait and it wasn't busy and the drinks I ordered were wrong

Extremely bad service. Get a handle on your staffing issues, no dining first thing in the morning on Sept 12 2022. This is completely idiotic!

Absolutely horrible customer service! If you hate your job that badly just quit. I’ve never met such miserable people in my life. Won’t be back

I feel very badly for staff as they work very hard but just are so seriously understaffed.
Definitely won’t be coming back to make business for the owner felt sad for the workers But we have had to several complain about different Tim Horton’s Location won’t be coming back here for a while.

Absolutely terrible Tim Hortons location, and even worse customer service. I don't even know why they keep their mobile ordering running, they can't seem to get an order finished in less than 15 minutes. Today was yet another day where I could have just waiting in the lineup, that went out the door, and still received my order faster than using mobile and standing there for 10 minutes inside the store.

They wouldn't even offer me anything for the inconvenience. Simply refunded my order and threw it out right in front of me. Appalling.

Customer service for mobile ordering is also abysmal. They simply tell you to go in to the store and talk to a manager, which clearly has zero effect, because the in-store staff don't care enough to offer discounts or refunds for inconvenience like they used to. Which is probably why they stopped doing it externally, and figure most will just not bother.

Never have anything in stock! Very frustrating. Unless you just want coffee it's a gamble what theyay have.

Service was slow and rude. We were informed they had only 3 staff on shift in the store. Shame on you Tim Hortons.

Place is to popular. Couldn't even get service! Guess it's not a bad comment. They got so much business they can afford to loose me haha

It's Tim's! If you like it you won't be disappointed at this location. Busy, as every Fredericton location is!

The food seevice at the window has used up the alotted speed Times so that now they barely stir your coffee. If you are like me and drink triple triples that means most of the sugar is sitting on the bottom. I now hit McDonalds for coffee as at least it is stirred and I can drink it with pleasure.

Parking at this store is often a bit of a challenge, but it's usually quicker than the drive through. Depending on which direction you're coming from, getting in to the lot is not at all intuitive - you have to go around the corner and past an entity property. More signage would be helpful for those unfamiliar with the area.

It's a newer spot, so the building is in fine condition. Staff is friendly, and the food and drinks are just what you would expect.

What happened to Tim Hortons looks like people working there hate there jobI ordered caramel latte at this location few times and they forget to put the caramel sauce. The staff was not friendly did not apologize or say a word of sorry when I mentioned that to her and also forget to give me the Tim bits that I paid for.

This is the best Tim Hortons in Freddy. Friendly service and product is great. They make the best ice caps in Freddy.
