Tim Hortons

I ordered a farmers wrap with egg and cheese only. I ordered from the app so I assumed that there won’t be any miscommunication. They not only put bacon on my wrap they put extra bacon and there was shell on the egg. Horrible service. They just don’t care about how they prepare food for customers.

This was a disgusting place, never again.the girl half ways cleaned every table with the same cloth, then proceeded to take garbage out of one can to fill up another with no gloves on, then as she touched everything with her dirty hands, then grabbed the dirty cloth she just wiped the tables with, to clean her hands with, then she went out of my line of sight but pretty sure she started helping orders behind cash without washing hands, never again will I step foot in this place, I was told it was the dirtiest one in moncton, now I know why

Usually have coffee there on the weekends, quick service but not very friendly.
I wouldn't recommend any mobile services

I m going late time but one Indian girl she help me lot in bed chicken but they have not this time she handle good I realy appriciate good team and she is from Kerala Indian

I definitely would like to recommend the Candy Cane products this season! They taste great, and definitely makes it festive for the holidays coming around!

Coffee is hard to screw up unless they take a cup dureing the brew process.the food i get is limited, an usually good, service can be slow pending frt end staff and number of customer's, and the atmosphere is light an friendly

Sunday morning was busier than we thought. Friendly service. And Food and coffee was Ok.

Ample parking available and drive thru location.

Great spot, nice and large, good queueing line setup. Heavy focus on drive through, 3-4 people and only one on cash, taking orders and making/bagging her own orders. Our service was fast but the two people waiting behind us would have had a bit of a wait.

Most times the staff are friendly and competent but other times they are so rude and can't seem to get your order right. I understand that it is very hard to get staff that are willing to work but I am in the service industry and I would never, nor would it be permitted for me to be rude and as unwelcoming to customers because they are requesting (very nicely) to have their order corrected. I am never rude to service people because being in the industry and knowing that most places are understaffed right now, I try to be understanding but I think perhaps some customer service training is recommended.

You can't get into the place safely a ramp needs to be put in instead of the stairs so people with children and wheelchairs have a safer way in

I just go at drive tru at 6: 20 nearby. I ask for 2 farmers wrap and 3 everything bagels with cream cheese and butter but they just handed me bagels with nothing on it. I came after long shift get so disappointed when I go home and Check ‍️ And there is nothing to discuss more …

Ate a sausage farmers wrap with a hashbrown as a side. Entire thing made me so sick. All of it tasted wrong kinda like plastic. Will not be eating at tim hortons again.

There is a guy at this Tims that I will not name but he is very angry most of the time. For instance: I wanted a grilled cheese and it was burnt. So I gave it back. I also wanted the bacon to be extra crispy so I asked. Then the guy said "Its already precooked" well I KNOW I just wanted it to be crispy! That was yesterday today I ordered another grilled cheese. And when I went to pick it up the guy said. "There was this customer yesterday that I told the bacon was already precooked. " THEN HE LAUGHED! So I confronted him. He left me alone after that.

Totally love this app, the only downfall is that it doesn't show you exactly where you were and when

We orded a large regular blend coffee with 2 milk a small lemonade and two bagels one 12 grain toasted with butter and a jam on the side and one plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. Simple right? Well we got the lemonade and the 12 grain bagel as some of the order was not in there. We got with the lemonade and 12 grain bagel, an large dark roast coffee with something and a chicken buger. I feel bad for the person behind me as they got a plain bagel with cream cheese. They messed almost the whole order with another person's order

Worst Service! Buying the same thing from same location from a long time and one of their employee said that we just turned on the grill and then their manager “sharan” came and she lied that grill is been on since morning.on top of that she doesn’t have any sense to talk to customers.freaking rudest managers i ever seen.doesn’t deserve the position she is working on. She kept arguing about the cheese.

Doesn't serve 12 grain bagel in all locations despite advertising it and food has not been good lately.

Wish every staff member at this location could be as amazing as Emilie, she always provides an amazing guest experience, she is friendly and can put a smile on your face even through a mask! She deserves a raise!

Slow service, coffee was long expired by the time on the pot. Over by 16 minutes. Which is either missed or forgot to change the time. Either way it looked bad.
I mentioned it to the cashier and she just nodded and was still on the top front burner when I left.just a brush up om the importance of time would help this location

The new dark roast is delicious and honestly the best place for my keto breakfast! 1 order Spinach Omelet bites and 2 side sausages.

It's a Tim, you get minimum service from employees who get minimum wage. Employees would be more motivated if there was a chance of getting a decent wage.

Entrances and exits are now designed so customers do not need to back track through the ordr line to retrieve purchased items.i find the staff is always flexible when I order my drink a little bit different than most. Plus one.orning on my way to work, I received an iced- coffee slushie instead of my creamy maple chill. I waan't able to return for about 6 hours. The staff gladly replaced the incorrect drink with the new drink; zero hassle. Great job everyone!

They rarely have what you want. Managers are strong but that staff.oomph.

Plus they only tell you they're out of stuff when you get to the window

Worse Tim Hortons ever/ Beside Monday to Friday 6: 00 am to 3: 00 pm, The ones that been there for many many years excellent service. After that I won’t even go there, Bad Service drive-thru coffee always cold, never have no donuts cookies anything to eat by 4: 00 pm. There open 24 hours, Not friendly at all. I go to Tim’s on Mapleton there only open till 10: 00 pm coffee always hot, always have what you want. Very friendly.

This is one of Moncton's oldest Tim Hortons location and the last renovation has not made things more efficient. It allowed the drive through lineup to wrap around the store instead of in the street but inside it's a mess. The staff vary greatly in their client service skills and speed and the pastries are often low on stock. But they are open when most other locations are closed.

Typical Tim's. Took a while to be served inside as most of the staff are focused on the drive through. So much so, my bagel BELT went to the drive thru, but Steve caught the error and it came to me. Then I had to go back as it was missing the L and T. Then I was told, politely, that it wasn't charged as a BELT but he gladly would add the L & T for me. I assume that's why they never give you a receipt oh, so they can hide any mistakes they make. In the end, it was all good.
