Tim Hortons

By far the worst place to go. 38 minutes in the drive tru.always slow there but today was the worst.and when I looked at the two cars ahead all they had was one drink.so sad

Very poor experience. No one speaks proper English. We waited very long for our food. Plus, they didn't even cut our sandwiches in half.

I generally have a good experience at this location. The only drawback are the homeless who are often present outside. The staff are always friendly and coffee and other items are always good. They do their best to keep the establishment clean and sanitary.

Couldnt get served in french and the client infront of me walked out because of this issue. Thank got i speak english but sad that new brunswick is going down hill fast.

Tim Horton on king and St. George Streets really sucks when they are moving really slowly and also backs up the line that is in a hurry.

You can see from my profile that I don't give bad reviews very often. You will have to wait at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged in-person while the drive thru is prioritized. You need a key to use the washroom, for which you will also wait a significant amount of time. I understand there are targets to meet on the computer and in the drive thru but don't forget the very nature of customer service is the customer in front of you. Don't worry, it won't be me again.

Washroom needs some TLC you can usually tell what the kitchen is like be the look of the washroom

-Abysmal service, consistently well below standard.
-Never has a functional inventory of complete menu items.
-There are always junkies in or around the store, (have even seen one locked in the garbage pen during a drug-fuelled freakout).
-Not a clean or hygienic washroom any time I've been in there.

During rush hour you think they would have coffee prep not make you wait in the Drive-Thru while they brew more pots

Me and my coworkers order here very morning and every morning our food tastes different the coffee is never made the same and its Always disgusting either watery or way to sweet I highly recommend going to the other one on Paul st

They often forget to put fork, butter, bread with take away orders. Also why trio meal on the display is $6.69 but in checkout it is $7.19 - before taxes!

I got my early morning tea from drive through. The line moved fairly quickly and the tea was up to the usual Tim's standard.

*never have chicken to make wraps ~ wracks are bare with NO pastry ~ the homeless use the bathrooms & leave the commode FULL of unflushed feces ~ trash canisters aren't emptied in the drive throughs & are defecto Hornets nests ~ miraculously don't get stung when ordering @ the remote

Always love a double double from Timmy's but man oh man, drive thru should only be used for drinks and donuts. Some order supper and it takes forever for a coffee.: (

Absolutely horrible. Stood in life for 10 minutes as I watched they take people in another line. Then when I went over to place my order I was basically bashed by there lack of customer service for taking my rightful turn in line. The staff were absolutely ignorant and it'll be the last time I ever go to this tim Hortons. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Denying customers at 930 ven through drive thru is ridiculous when its states open till 10pm. Like weres the customer service

They constantly run out of thing, my first order they didn't have, second order they ran out of guns so had to give a third

Fast efficient service, my muffin was so fresh, the chocolate chips were still a bit melted. Only lost one star as not all cashiers are friendly, but not rude either

Never have anything that is on the menu. Work right beside this location so I go quite often. I would say 1 time out of 10 I can get what I want. Don't know who is managing this location but is doing a very poor job.
They never have wedges or gravy or lettuce or cheese or anything lol.
So don't be surprise if they don't have in stock 3/4 of what is on the menu.

My friends and I went to this Tims for breakfast. We all ordered separately, four different meals. My friend ordered a tea with milk and they gave her a tea with sugar instead, another ordered a plain bagel with butter and got a dry bagel with no butter straight out of the toaster. Another of my friends is a vegetarian and she wanted a breakfast sandwich with no bacon and she had to tell them this four times before they understood not to put meat on it. The wait was long, there was no one in line and the employees appeared just to be hanging out and chatting with each other and were on their phones as we waited.

Probably the worst experience i had a a tim ever. We said we went in the drive true and specified we wanted 2 orders and they put it all in one, then we get to the window and AFTER we paid for everything on one order they told us they didnt have the chicken strip and i asked for a refund for just the chicken strip and the wedges and they refunded us everything and then wanted us to pay for the stuff we wanted.
I dont know about you guys but when i worked with the public we had something called good customer service
My advice go to any other tim it might be further but its worth it

Good coffee and very good sandwiches and donuts, muffins etc. Decently priced to be competitive against other places such as McDonald's who also has excellent coffee.

Not what they use to be. Unsafe food handling practices in some stores. Others do t seem to even have a manager.

Even if you repeat the order numerous times they still manage to make multiple mistakes. No regard for the customer or their needs. Extremely annoying.

Stupid people. Who in today's times does not know what a Honey Cruller? Customers know, everyone knows. But apparently employees at this location does not know. Waste of time. Not to mention Tim's coffee has been getting worse over the years. They keep it brewing until it resembles Crude oil. And now it has a moldy smell. I bet the coffee machines have not been cleaned since the early 80.

Tables was not clean. Girl just went and push some chairs in place and didn't even wash the tables.

Screwed up my order numerous of times. Gave them an opportunity to fix it and they just screwed it up again.
