Busy, but good service and clean.

Not busy at all and very, very slow service inside. They were prioritizing Drive thru to the detriment of inside! And menu boards impossible to read-move way too quickly to actually read and choose.

Better service today, but I am still puzzled as to why employees are standing around doing nothing instead of serving customers!

Waited over 5 minutes for a hot chocolate and lemonade. The customer service was awful. When they did speak to us they sounded annoyed.

Good service, staff nice. Night staff need to clean better or whoever dose it, I go early in morning and sometimes floors need swept bathrooms messy sorry just thought you would like to know.

When you order a combo and they don't offer a coffee with that and then Addnor you this kid needs more training thanks for nothing

Worst service I've ever had at a time Hortons. The guy nearly rolled his eyes at me because I waited to order and didn't hear anything so I drove trough thinking it might've been broken.then he was just rude when I gave him my order.

Hopefully he's feeling better today.

The coffee was good like usual however their scanner was down so I could not pay with my Tim's card or get points. That's okay.

Busy place! Drive-thru always has a huge line. Not enough staff, they seem to concentrate on Drive-thru making it impossible to order inside.

One of slowest Tim service i ever seen, specially BLT department s looks sleeping, Totally waste of time,

This was the only Tim Hortons at that hour that was not only open but also serving food. It was fantastic and a great way to start the long haul.

The people working there were lively and fun!

They always have no donuts with our choice. They make the drinks really bad. One time I repeat me order twice on drive thru but still they give me the wrong one

Ordered the cilantro lime chicken salad & what a disappointment to find there was no chicken. I bought it in the afternoon & put in my cooler to have for supper so buy the time I actually ate it, I was 50 minutes away. So with only a few pieces of lettuce & some grains, this wouldn't fill a 5 yr.old. Very disappointed!

The most racist tims ever seen. The lady on the counter between 7-715pm at 08/02/2021 made me feel like a beggar. She treated like we are asking something for free and same she did the guy behind me.
These people need to learn and understand that this is a multicultural country and everyone have same rights and living like her.

Really disgusting and disrespectful

The staff are so friendly! We pull in with our golden retrievers, Bruno and Bailey, and they are treated like kings!

One of the worst Tim's ever visited. We saw only two customers including us, the gentleman before us had to wait 5 min for his coffee/drinks to order. There were more than four employees at the store, I had to wait a long time for the order. Surprisingly the shop is not at all busy. Poor Customer service, however, coffee/tea was fresh.

They got our order right, but they placed our 3 items in 3 different locations. We ordered through the app and waited in the mobile pickup area. The first item was called out at the cash register halfway across the store as a completely different item so we didn't think it was ours when it was placed in the mobile pickup area. Our other items and receipt came at different times and were placed in different areas of the mobile pickup area, all without a single word. We decided to look at the stuff and thankfully it all seemed to be ours, so our order was complete and nobody told us. The employees didn't look happy to be there at all and we weren't either. There was garbage all over the floor, employees running around clueless and signs around talking about all the measures they're taking to protect from covid, but none of the measures are being taken. When we went to eat our food the wrappers were a complete mess on the outside and we had to clean our hands multiple times before even starting to eat, plus the drink was dripping down the sides of the cup. It seems like they need some better management to make both the employees and customers happier.

Lately with the new general ownership, Timmy's hasn't been so great but this visit was fine. They don't have the same turkey they used to, so the sandwiches are kind of junk. The Timbits are pre-frozen nonsense. I guess I'm just lamenting a time when they actually made fresh food.

Slow service and I hate cardboard straws that fall apart before you take a sip of your drink. Bring back plastic straws
