Tim Hortons

Always a great experience at this Tim Hortons. Staff are friendly and service is relatively fast.

I didn't need to repeat my orders.
Got it right the first time.
Meal was hot and staff was polite.

Ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, the egg and sausage where below Luke warm the cheese seemed like it came out of the fridge overall not a tasty experience.

Bought 2 breakfast sandwichs a large coffee and a pack of hockey cards.
Coffee wasn't filled up properly, it was much less than full.
The breakfast sandwichs weren't made correctly as in, the cheese wouldn't Mel's because the sausage wasn't hot enough and the bun wasn't toasted at all.
The wait was very long for such a small order.

They hardly ever get the orders right. If at all they have what you order because they're almost always out of sometging or the other.and for fast food it is surprising how long you have to wait! You would think they are short staffed but I always see more than enough people inside with some just standing around leaning and watching. Also I don't get the point of ordering on the app and picking through drive thru if you have to get into the same line as everybody else.

Terrible customer service. Stood at the front counter almost 5 minutes for someone to come back to take my order. After I was served my sister waited at the counter as well. It took her to start WALKING OUT to get served! It was not busy at all and all the employees walked by the counter multiple times and did not even ask if she wanted something. Will not be coming back again. Your staff should be trained better in customer service.

Tables were all dirty. The male employee was so lost, confused and screwed up everyone's order that I seen while I was there. Hopefully it was his first day and he will get the hang of it. There was no soups, no Bagels, only 1 type of tim bits (old fashioned plain), and no donuts. I went just before 5pm on Saturday.

Slow service and low quality food compared to other Tim’s.don’t buy any lunch items here as they’re prepared poorly.

Work on better service more understanding on what customer
Want and faster process. To much wait time.

One of the better locations as far as getting your order right. The downside is the vagrants hanging around bumming for change etc.
