Tim Hortons

Tim's got a facelift! Nice to look at, and service was outstanding but now the tables are so wee! No way could you.open a laptop, have a coffee and a food item on the table all at once. Unfortunately this is a huge deal for people that like to sit with friends and stay for more than an hour.

Slowest drive through I've ever seen. Overcharged me because they didn't have what I ordered. Will not be going again for a long time.

I like Tim's for their cold drinks, sometimes they get your order wrong if theirs alot of people in the line but I don't blame them they have a lot of customers to attend too! A lot of the staff are great and greet you with a smile!

Tims app offered big points to buy an item. Waited in line but I was going to pay with credit, but that was not allowed had to move and pay at other spot but register was not working. So had to move again back to first register and pay in cash and wanted to get that point deal but the scanner did not work and lost out on those big points
Lacking in good equipment and caused a back up. ‍‍

So I go to the biggest donut store in Canada to fulfill my urge & guess what? They seriously did not have one donut in the store at 7pm. I was not amused

Normally, I have great things to always say about Tim Hortons. Today the food was very good. Not a complaint at all and it was made the way I want it. But when I asked one of the managers why my receipt was more than the advertisement, she said she doesn’t take care of the boards and it wasn’t her problem. That’s not very good service.

Absolutely horribly ran restaurants, owners and management should be ashamed of these "restaurants ". I have never seen a restaurant that doesn't have half the menu, I've been there 5 times and every trip they have multiple menu items that they didn't have. If they were not "tim hortons" these restaurants would not survive.

Me and my two daughters were coming from volunteering at the haunted hayrides and wanted some hot chocolate. It was 9: 50 when we showed up and we had to wait for two cars. We proceeded to pull up to the window and the lady to tell us it was 10: 01 but it was 9: 57at the time, then she proceeded to tell us she was closed and she already told us this five times I said we just need three hot chocolates and she yelled at us saying Jesus how many hot chocolate do you need and I said never mind then I’m just gonna leave a bad review and she was like OK do that’s
