Consistently poor service. Seem to keep giving them chances and then end up with horrible service and an incorrect order. Don’t think l will be coming back. Can get better service at another Tim Hortons 2 minutes away.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a decafe coffee, a green tea, a bagel and 2 farmers wraps. The tea was correct, and the food was correct.
The decafe coffee was cold-luke warm. I ordered this through drive-thru, so I had to get out of my car and go inside the restaurant to request a hot decafe coffee.
After getting my second decafe coffee, it was still cold-luke warm.
I went back into the restaurant and requested a hot decafe coffee, freshly brewed. The staff smiled and laughed. I requested a supervisor, and the staff said the coffee would be ready soon. I requested a manager, and the staff said she's in the back. I asked for the manager to come speak to me. The manager blamed the issues on the coffee machine, but no apologies or refunds or anything was offered. I received my hot coffee after 15 minutes and multiple requests for a proper coffee. Now I'm late for an appointment and have cold food. Terrible Customer Service. The bagel had barely any cream cheese. On tip of this, the app doesn't work when you try to submit a review or comaint on the app.

This is my fav timmies joint around oromocto. It's the cleanest of the three.by far. Which is like the only superb thing about it. The food is aight. It's a tim Hortons.
BUT, I reccoment at least trying their bagles someday. They're amazing.

I've been to this location maybe 5 times and 4/5 times I have had probably the worst drive through experience of my life. It seems nearly every time you must wait between 20-30 minutes to be served.on top of this the drive through cashier/ order taker is so rude, and barely recognizes your existence. They're either talking amongst each other casually or they simply fail to say hello and goodbye (the bare minimum of customer service). Overall this location is tough to bare, and is not worth going back to.

Waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes only to be told no iced coffee. Then had to wait until the cars in front of me moved before I could leave. Third time this happened in one week!

I don’t like complaining because I’ve been in customer service I get that jobs are hard no matter what level but; when Hubby goes in to collect our order and our foods always messed up.
I used to go through Tim’s regularly because it was on our way to my daughters daycare.
They lost our order twice and the one time I had my two year old in the car and they actually asked me to leave her in the car so I can sort the order out inside.
Needless to say I’ve been going to Starbucks where they remember me, my daughters name, and ask me how my new baby is.
So watch your orders like a hawk because what you get may not be the thing you order it’s a 50/50 shot you’re getting what you pay for.

To be avoided in the afternoons or evenings. You'll be waiting 10min to 20min in the drive trough.

Just waited/stuck for 20+mins in the drive-thru with multiple cars behind me having left the lineup also. I waited 5 mins at the order point and didn't get to place an order before deciding to abandon my order (still struck for another 5 mins behind one car). I drove a minute down the road to Gateway and had my drive-thru order in and out within 4 mins (with a lineup ahead of me). Sadly the Restigouche Rd T. H.has been getting increasingly worse over the past two years and an evening wait time of 20 mins should not be that shocking unfortunately (my mistake). Clearly, the franchisee and managers struggle with scheduling and in return leave their employees short-staffed and increasingly visibly stressed/frustrated.

I was required to repeat my order 3 times. Didn't submit order after it was taken. Order was then placed wrong.

Disappointed the FV machine was broke.seems Tim Hortons needs to update thier equipment.something is always broke, either icecaps or FV machine. Drive through was slow but they are probably short staffed. Over all, staff was friendly and apologized for the down equipment.

Super sad they didn't have decaf, but they were super helpful and offered replacements that I wanted.
