Tim Hortons

Sunday at 7: 15pm. They don't have chicken. Any kind of chicken. Half the menu has chicken in it so half the menu is not available. But they told me they have breakfast sandwiches left. Again, Sunday 7: 15pm. Went to McDonald's next door.

They really need to update the hours posted on the outside door. Says it's open at 5 am till 11 pm, but in reality it opens at 6 am. This is extremely misleading and needs to be changed. Another problem is the place is understaffed, takes forever to order your food and beverages. Update Manger is super rude and discriminatory towards thoughs that at homeless. I bought 2 coffees and a farmers wrapped and the Manger literally came up to me and accused me of sleeping. Then threatened to kick me out. She's the absolute worst. I wouldn't come to this Tim Hortons.

Stand and wait in line for a prolonged period of time. Got to hear the staff enjoy lots of conversations amongst each other. Lots of employees standing around not being very productive. They definitely aren't understaffed, just need to train employees how to actually WORK instead of getting paid to talk to each other.
I can't imagine owning that specific business and witnessing what I just seen inside it.
All that to order a coffee that tasted like hot water. Worst coffee I have ever ordered from a Tim Hortons in my life. Worst coffee I have ever had anywhere actually and I have had alot of incompetent roughnecks make coffee for me haha

Tim Hortons is never my top choice. But I do like to get the Farmer's Wrap with extra chipotle. This time, despite asking for additional chipotle, they forgot it. I went to ask for a small sauce cup and the bellowing manager said the following: "You have to bring your wrap back if you want more, if we give you a cup, we have to charge". That's news, and it's insanely dumb. Also please don't yell at me and treat me like I'm the inconvenience.

Went in at 6pm and wanted chicken wraps. They said they have no more crispy chicken. I don’t understand why the restaurant wouldn’t have chicken ready during dinner time. I understand why they wouldn’t have it in the AM because of breakfast, but not having chicken around dinner is kind of weird. Or id understand if they didn’t have it on an overnight, but I’m very confused. They also had no rice, also a dinner item. Very weird.

Was just in boy oh boys was it a bad experience. My man and I ordered mobile and showed up, waited a while til we got our coffees and were waiting for our chili and sandwiches. TWENTY MINUTES go by, the new girl (Arpitza another review said or something along those lines) did numerous other orders staring at us ignoring us. Finally we have to ask what's going on with our order. A manager (?) has her tell us they don't have any of our items and we need to get it refunded. TWENTY minutes wasted waiting around for food they could have told us they didn't have when they rang up our order upon arrival. The Tim's app also should not have the option to buy stuff not available at that location/time of day (ridiculous). What an outrageous hassle! Yikes.

WAITED 10 MINUTES IN LINE INSIDE. WHILE ONE EMPLOYEE EAS CHANGING THE CREAM. AND THE REST OF STAFF LAUGHTING IN THE BACK. AND WHEN I SAID SOMETHING THEY TOLD THERES ONLY ONE EMPLYEE WORKING IN FRONT. IVE WORKED AT MANY TIMS AND THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN. AND ALL THE TABLE IN LOBBY WAS DIRTY

Tim Horton's is pretty consistent. You'll always get the same quality in every Tim's you visit. It is not the best coffee out there, but it's certainly a good and economic choice.

Usually stop here whenever I am in town. Addicted to the ice capps and breakfast sandwiches. Love their muffins.

Horrible waiting time! Management needs more staff. Never have I ever been to a Tim Hortons throughout Canada where I had to wait soo long either at the drive thru but especially in-store. Management needs to review it's processes to improve efficiency!

Some of the staff was unfriendly and disrespectful. Orders were wrong, definitely not a good place to stop.

Extremely disappointing, ordered an extra large hot chocolate and was given a cup that wasn’t even close to full (see photo attached). Don’t even know how they think it’s acceptable to serve something like that…?

At 6 am July 10th they didn’t open the door for me and my brother. We drove from Toronto to there and we needed fresh coffee but….

So I get at least one French vanilla cold brew a day.best cold beverage out there.prospect st. Tim Hortons drive thru staff needs training. I got an iced coffee.very bland, by the way.and they are trying to say they are giving me what I order, a fv cold brew. I just paid for my drink and got something I never ordered that was at a lesser price. Not impressed at all. And to top off the lovely experience, they had the nerve to talk down to me and treat me like I didn't know what I ordered. Monday, June 13th @ 5: 05pm

Its pretty good, the food and iced coffees are nice, but they never blend the ice coffee flavour shots right

The past two days i have gone in and thwy messed up mt sandwich both times.yesterday it didnt have the egg taken off like i asked, and today it was cold.not good.

My boyfriend ordered a large iced cap and was given an ice coffee. He politely told the employee there that he asked for an ice cap and not an ice coffee, but was met back with "well that's what our screen says" and was refused the right drink he ordered.
If a customer is given the wrong drink because you misheard them, that is your fault, and it is on you as an employee to give the customer what they payed for.
Also, Tim Hortons doesnt give receipts or even offer them. What is up with that?

A elder Tim’s employee and continues to kick out 2 teens and accused them of vaping and I was sitting inside a bothe right by them and the were not vaping, discriminating of age and while those teens left the worker proceeded to call her the “slasher” and starts to make fun of the young woman

Brutal and unprofessional services. I had a conversation with an Indian woman who was working Sunday noon as a floor manager. She needs to take behavioural course to learn the manner and needs to learn how to serve customer. We went there for coffee not for hot water. We are paying for the service not for unprofessional attitude.

I go to the school next to it, and during my lunch i went over. Took me 40 minutes to get a bagel. Just dont go during the schools lunch time

Dear Tim’s, thank you for the chicken ranch wrap I puked while driving due to your rotten lettuce and uncooked chicken. Thank you so much!

They've been messing up my order a lot lately and today the person who took my order was mopping and didnt wash their hands, this is literally the 3rd time I saw them do that. I think I'll just make my own coffee then because I don't want to get sick.

Service inside often has a lineup so it can take longer but it is clean and lots of room to sit

That was how they packed the Boston cream, I also had to wait for an hour for my order to be delivered although I contacted the driver ad he said he had been waiting for a very long time for them to prepare my order.

Service was very slow. I ordered an iced coffee and a strawberry frozen lemonade. The frozen lemonade was somewhere between a frozen lemonade and a strawberry smoothie. It wasn't a good smoothie or lemonade. Went back in to return it and get a new one and ended up just throwing the drink out and leaving because of how slow the service was. The line was backed up to the door and there was only one cashier taking orders while there were employees that were just standing around. I tried to go up to the counter where they gave people their orders in the hopes of just getting the drink replaced but all the workers just walked past and didn't even look at me. My iced coffee was good though

The iced cap is good, the donuts are a little bit too sweet for me, but the wifi does not work properly

I’m a Doordash driver I have customer order and they are too late I have order of only cold brew coffee and bagel regular and I have to wait 25-30 minut for that after I reach restaurant. This is for manager why they don’t care about Doordash order and do too late for us every time. For this order restaurant was not busy but wait time was very high. No other Tim Horton did this other Tim on north side are very careful and do fast only this Tim have very slow people.

This Tim Hortons is absolutely terrible. Ordered a large coffee iced cappuccino and breakfast sandwich. They forgot to put in the straw for the third time as well as the coffee tasted like it had been made yesterday. It seems to me every second or third time going to this location there seems to be some issue with either the food being subpar or things ordered being made incorrectly when all they have to do is look at a computer screen. I HAVE WAITED IN LINE FOR 15 minutes before my order was even taken and watched the sandwich maker scratch his face and nose then proceeded to make a wrap for a customer. I go to Tim’s because I expect the same results every time this one you never know what you’re going to get.horrible service and even worse quality of food! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

There's like 4 or 5 workers who slave away but make it a pleasant experience.

All Tim Hortons are bound to be junk because of a high turn over rate, they just treat their workers like dogs and the trainees get stressed and mess up too many orders.

This Tim's location does not treat it's "in-door" customers appropriately. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous for customers that don't drive-thru. I just waited 10 minutes to have my order taken, just for them to tell me they don't have the item I wanted. (Even though it was listed as available on their menu.) I won't visit this location again.

I ordered 2 different times from this one for delivery, and the selection they offer looks like yesterday's throw aways. Get better Tim's!

Both beverages where marked right but made wrong. Scanned my tims card and oh what a surprise no points added.

Make the worst steeped tea. Even after telling them specifically about adding 1 milk and 2 sugar. Seems complete tasteless. Took from the drive thru. Went further and didn’t wanted to return for just this. I just wish Fredericton had some nice cafe open till late serving tea. Tim horton this location sucks

Very rude employees, debit machine went down, couldn't even apologize, but could easily act like I was a major inconvenience for her, no warnings that their machine was down. This is the third strike.

This tim hortons was not the cleanest when i visited with my girlfriend. First off, my order took about 5 minutes for a turkey bacon club, while her order took almost 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. This is ridiculous! Next off when we were eating there was a mouse crawling around. It kept on going into a hole in the wall, and getting way too close for our comfort. We did not finish our meals. Who would! The food and coffee were okay, but sanitization was very poor. We visited in January before corona struck.

Just an average Tim Hortons. They shouldn't be open 24 hours because there is hardly any food available after 11pm.

Is it just me or does the new eggs They use taste awful? Like just because an egg isn't scrambled, doesn't mean it should be rubbery and tasteless. I suggest you switch back to the old scrambled eggs for your breakfast sandwiches or actually teach your staff how to fry an egg.

For a place that's known for coffee and doughnuts, they're lacking on doughnuts. No apple fritters. No sour cream glazed. My 'Boston cream' had zero cream filling in it. Fail.

They keep getting rid of the items I like, WiFi is the worst in the city. Thank God they have not messed with the coffee at least

If possible I would give this location negative stars. Staff pay ZERO attention to the orders being made. At this point I truly wonder how hard it is to put cheese on a HAM AND CHEDDAR sandwich. Always feel disappointed leaving this location. Won't be returning any time soon.

I go to this Tim's every single day. I have been disappointed with every visit. My order is never fully right. I stop on my way to work meaning I'm in a rush and don't have time to go back and have it fixed. It's quite frustrating, especially when I asked the girl in the window this morning to double check my order, she said it was right. I get it and it's still wrong. I pay to have things added to my simply sausage.it's never right. My ice coffee always has things in the bottom of the cup. Honestly can't say one good thing about this place. Only reason I go here is because it's the only one on my way to work.

I was with my Homecare lady and we learned one thing.never go to that particular branch when the school kids are out for lunch. I have partial vision loss and use trekking poles and that was unpleasant in that atmosphere. Some of them seemed put out by needing to move a little to the side so I could be seated. But on the plus side, the white hot chocolate was REALLY good.

NOTHING sweet gluten free. They could at least have prewrapped brownies like Robins'. Good coffee and service.

Could be cleaner. Needs cleaning. Normal coffees used to be better. Other things are ok. Not the best but good enough. Best prices overall

This place offers what you'd expect from a Tim Hortons establishment. Decent coffee and food.

Lots of seating available here, including high chairs, armchairs, etc. Comfortable.

Service was kind of slow for a suppertime period with only a few people in the store.

Service is garbage they have like 6 people working in the back one teller open. The teller was rude and gave my wife and old coffee that wasn't even warm. I will be calling the management of this Tim Hortons and tell them there service sucks

I hate to say it but this is consistently the slowest and worst Tim Horton's I've been to. Just got a sammich there. I was in the drive thru for close to 20 minutes and when I got my sammich it had residue off two other foods: a lump of cream cheese and some old grated cheese just stuck to the bottom of my BLT which was the saddest, lopsidedest construction with the tiniest helping of bacon. Go to a different Timmy's!

Tim Hortons is a great place. Their doughnut holes are great. Their doughnuts are delicious two. Tim Hortons is like the Dunkin donuts of Canada.
