I got a sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown there this morning at 610 am thinking it would be fresh and hot but NO it was barley warm and dry SERVING GARBAGE STILL

There was only 3 people working plus the baker and 2 were in drivethru. Service was slow and I had to wait for the new speciality apple fritter to come out and personally the normal apple fritter is better.

I come to this Tim Hortons for lunch for school and each time i see students waiting for their food during their entire lunch break and even sometimes after, even while nobody is in the drive thru.they have horrible customer service here, and even miscook their food. I came here today to order a peach drink and ended up with a fruit fly in my drink.

My sister and I were ordering food one day but I was ordering something different and we made a mistake. Another worker walked past the cashier and said “i get you sister” and the cashier, without even trying to whisper said “kids” with a rude tone.another time I ordered a plain farmers wrap and ended up with burnt bread after waiting 15 minutes for my order.i went to return it and waited 10 minutes to get my new wrap.their service here is absolutely horrible and slow. -0/10

Hugely disorganized. Order taker was more interested in chatting up a couple of girls, and this was during a lunch rush. Ignored by rest of staff. One cash was closed, although people were lined up at it, nobody paying attention. One person came up to the cash printed something out and left without a word. Won't stop there again.

Whatever you do, do not try to place a mobile order. Apparently no one monitors them. We waited over 30 minutes to find that out, everyone in the line had been and gone and the employees had no idea what our order was. We then had to wait for someone else to start their shift to make it, because despite the fact there were lots of people working, apparently none of them were allowed to move from their spot to deal with a mobile order - not even to pour a black coffee that was part of that order! If I had ordered it at that moment in line, they could pour it. But since I had ordered it 30 minutes ago on the app, they couldn't. Make it make sense!

Genuinely one of the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever visited.

So many people working behind the counter but nothing getting done.

Horrible horrible service.

15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and they didn't even have the right bagel, and didn't tell me until 10 minutes after I ordered.

Will absolutely never come here again.

The service is terrible. We ordered 2 coffees using the mobile app and waiting for 30 min. When we approached the cashier asking her if she had an update, she dismissed us and said that she doesn’t have the time right now and needs to deal with the line of people. Worst Tim Horton we’ve been to yet.

If they cannot make a simple coffee like a large black with 2 sugars and 3 four cheese bagels lightly toasted with extra herb and garlic cream cheese and 2 carrot muffins, then they need to redo their training. I received a large french vanilla, 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 with sausage and one with bacon and cheese tea biscuits. I understand that there are foreigners working, but please understand English before entering the workforce

Went in for a cappuccino, and the version of the egg mc muffin didn't realize there were different types of cappuccino, just wanted a regular one. Finally got it and it was mostly foam and didn't care for it. Same for their egg english muffin.have said something but I was so uncomfortable I just left.

Quickest drive thru ever. Food was hot and coffee good, staff friendly and efficient. Best one in a long time.

Nice place to stop for a quick drink, the staff was polite and the location is not far from downtown (gas stations at close proximity).

Clean and not too busy at 1330 hrs. In store order and pickup and 1 free coffee on points. No problems. Washrooms were fine.

Every day this week I've asked for a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and everyday they've given me basically a raw bagel. I finally had enough yesterday and had them remake it and it actually came out toasted, so they know how to do the job right.but then again this morning I ask for a toasted bagel and I'm given a soft cold disaster.
For years I've been through here but I can't take much more of it. The management has been abysmal for years and reflects in the products this franchise puts out.

Don't come here if you're in a hurry. The owner doesn't pay the staff a living wage so it's always short staffed and slow.

Was at the burger King. Horrible experience, rude and slow staff more worried about where their co-worker was going at the end if his shift then actually doing his job. Order number and receipt not provided. When I complained got attitude from the staff.

I took chocolate hazelnut muffin, it was very fresh and delicious. My go to drink is French Vanilla.

DONT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT

As a student of the school i come into tim’s often for my lunch time and lately it’s been a lot faster which is really nice since i only have 40 minutes, but the service is very bad, there is one girl in the kitchen that always has a smile and is sweet but the other lady’s always look angry.yesterday my friend wanted to get sugar added into their ice coffee as it tasted bitter and the lady didn’t seem to pleased so she slammed the coffee on the table then made her a new one. It’s fast but the customer service just is not there it would be nice to have a “how was your day” or a thank you once in awhile.i also got a white hot chocolate with pepper in it and i was not very happy but because of the incident with my friend i felt like it was wrong to ask for my money back and didn’t wanna cause a fight.

I have never written a review so this shows how awful the service was, I have never had a worst fast food experience. Waited over 30 minutes to order even though there was only 3 people in line in front of me. Customer service was not friendly & didn’t apologize for the wait. They had no hashbrowns, wedges or bread which they did not announce until after I ordered and paid for a combo for which I did not receive most of the items. I wanted to ask for a refund but that would’ve taken another 30 minutes, I was not willing to delay every other customer in line which is clearly something this location does not care about in the slightest. Awful experience.
