Comptoirs très sales. Toilettes très très sales. Pleines d'urine et de selles. Plancher très sales aussi. Pas recommandé!

This place is very spacious. The decorations for Camp Day were uplifting and radiated positivity.
Service can be better for the front.
On a separate note, special shoutout to the girl painting the windows! She was very kind and happy with explaining her work.

It’s been four time I went to Tim’s and whenever and whatever I order they are out of it like Boston cream donut, chicken and potato wedges. If they don’t have the food after 7: 30pm than they have close at that time so people will not have to stand in the line for 15 minutes waste there time to get nothing

This location often disables their Mobile App service because of lack of staff. Very frustrating when you are looking to order through the App and it's disable. I just continue to McDonald's instead to get a coffee every time the App is disable.

Always know what to expect at any Tim's we've stopped in at. This place was no exception.
Both my lovely wife Pat and I used their washroom facilities (clean and well kept). Afterward, we each ordered a light meal.
I ordered the chili with shredded cheese on top. Pat bought the grilled bacon and cheese sandwich (I was surprised to see that it was squished flat with grill marks).
Since we had our 2 dogs with us, we brought our meals outside to eat with them.
Pat gave each dog some choice pieces of her bacon slices. Dogs especially loved her that moment.
It was very pleasant having a place to be with the dogs on their lawn along the north side of the building. Outside picnic tables set up on their adjacent lawn would be a nice touch during nice weather days (though I realize it may not be part of their property).
This is just another Tim's Pat and I can trust with our substance breaks.

We went for lunch May29/23
I ordered Turkey bacon sandwich/old fashion plain donut and a Habanero chicken wrap /choc Cruellor.
When I opened my sandwich all over the bag just a mess. I didn't realize you had to assemble your own sandwich.
There was no sauce and I asked for double mayo the turkey meat was so wet the bun just fell apart it was nasty. My donut was hard and so dry you knew it had been sitting there for a long time. I took it back to the lady making sanwiches She just slapped it back together and handed it back to me. It was Disgusting!
The ladies doing sandwiches were making stuff and just throwing it on the counter and yelling so loud to the customer to get the order it was awful. The sandwich area was disgusting food everywhere. Not once did I see them change gloves!
I had had enough!
We had to leave because my anxiety was getting so bad because of the Yelling. Not a good environment to have a nice lunch. Never again!
Sincerely if you don't like your job Quit. It's not the customers fault!

I don't normally review places but today I was annoyed. My service and food were fine, but the lady making the sandwiches today was in an extremely bad mood, which was just terrible. She was actually swearing out loud about customers who weren't picking up their orders on time. Not professional at all. Not at all how anyone who works there should be acting. I'm not sure if something happened before I got there to sour her mood but while I was there nothing happened except her bad attitude.

They have really good service but every morning when I order breakfast food and drinks they some how mess up the order every time like I asked I want a med coffee with 1 milk and 1 sugar and they give me a triple triple… and also burning the wraps and bagels it’s disgusting.
