It's horrible. I ordered roast beef and cheddar, the meat was spoiled, I couldn’t get rid of this taste in my mouth for a long time, after that he tried to fix it but cooked it from the same spoiled meat. After that I had to return the money

Terrible experience this morning. One of the employees is RUDE. Nobody wants to start their morning with a rude attitude from someone for no reason. I am paying for my coffee and getting negativity in return. I would like to mention his name that is Ankit. I am writing this review because it happened every time I visited.

Je suis retournée la bas la dernière fois s'était correct mais là premièrement pas de service en français toute des employés anglais mais les tableaux le sont quand j'ai du aller au toilette des homme s'était tellement dégueulasse la toilette plein d'urine de quelqu'un il nettoie pas les toilettes et quand j'en ait parler au employés il disait que ses pas leur faute et s'était pas leur problème même si il sont assez correct côté service a par sa le reste vraiment pas bon

If I could give negative stars I would. There seems to be no one here that is capable of properly communicating with customers, the drive thru service is terrible they get very impatient and rude. For some reason when you ask for extra of something they think that means less than the regular amount? Explaining to them what you actually ordered is also useless because they just stare at you like you have 3 heads. It’s ridiculous, needs an entire new staff.

Crié sur nous dès le matin et un gros manque de respect. Ne dit même pas bonjour et il n’e disant pas toujours le prix après la commande et le disant juste quand il faut payer. Il le disant après avoir arrondi même si ses une carte et nous charge plus cher que le vrai prix. Sans demander l’avis et même après avoir dit de pas arrondir. Après il te crient dessus et demande de t’expliquer pourquoi tu veut pas payer le prix arrondi. J’ai jamais vue un mauvais service comme sa avent et ses pas la première fois que sa nous arrive au tims la.

The manager is always disrespectful and has a very negative attitude towards customers. Have never had a positive experience at this location. The wait time is always way long then other locations in the general Moncton area. Better off driving 5 minutes down the road and go to the Paul street location.

Ça ressemble a un Tim Horton miteux, presque pas de choix, à 17h35 la vitrine était presque vide, les toilettes négligées, service en anglais seulement, ils nous ont servi la mauvaise commande et nous étions 2 clients seulement…. Très déçu!

Google Shows The Drive Through As Open Until 8: 00pm But There's A Sign On The Drive Through Intercom That States It's Closed At 7: 00pm. Owner/Operator Should Change The Google Information To Reflect The Correct Open And Close Times. Thkz

From my experience with this location, they're fast and mostly accurate but they're sloppy with putting orders together. I was charged extra because they rang the order up wrong but it was correct when I received it. Also, they don't have cold brew at this location.

Wish you guys would listen to us order, incompetent workers, they don’t care about your order I don’t recommend this tims at all unless you want the exact opposite of what you ordered DO NOT GO HERE avoid at all cost … I always have a bad experience here not sure why I bother lol just on the way and convenient wish they’d get better employees

The drinks here always taste bad or the order is wrong and the Indian manager doesn't hire locals. People should stop supporting businesses that discriminate.

It just keep getting worst and worst. My breakfast was super cold gave me the wrong coffee and when it came time to pay I gave him/her 10$ my change was supposed to be 5.35$. All I got was a 5 dollar bill and the change whent in the tip jar. NO respect no skills. Shame in you
