The team here is awesome! I get my morning Tim's here and they always work hard even if it's a long wait by times, it's a busy city! What can I say lol

The young lady that waited on me did very well considering she was working on her own. There was a few people standing around and not one asked her if she needed help. Very disappointed considering it used to be my favorite place to go.

One star for atmosphere because I get this wierd vibe that I'm being watched there. IDK if it is the lack of parking, crowded atmosphere, or Gardaworld, but I feel unease there.

Timmy's is a great place. I enjoy their hot beverages and donuts! People are often nice too behind the counter.

No other customers in store. Waited for 5 mins before I was acknowledged after staff finished yelling her story

I feel like it's gone down hill since Burger King bought them. Was never a fan of their coffee but now their food is mediocre as well.

DO NOT order a French vanilla or Hot chocolate from this tim's. For the past two years its just flavoured water.

I Have The Same Order Daily, Which Is An XL Triple Triple, Chocolate Muffin, And A Sour Cream Glazed Donut! And The Last 3 Times I've Come, They Didn't Have Chocolate Chip Muffins, Or Sour Cream Glazed Donuts. One Time, I Asked For A Blueberry Muffin Instead, After They Told Me There Was No Chocolate Chip Muffins, And They Never Had Any Of Those Either, Only Pumpkin.
I Get That This Can Happen From Time To Time. But When It Happens Always, Then That Should Tell Them Something, To "MAKE MORE".

Bought a ham and cheese sandwich and there was only 1 slice of ham on 1/2 of the sandwich.
