Great service Friendly staff, fast service and are committed to getting your order right if they make a mistake. My bagel was toasted to perfection with the perfect amount of cream cheese.

The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, great for coffee with friends and family.

I hate this Tim Hortons. Went to go get a Turkey Club and they said Linch doesn’t start until 11am (it was 10: 55 when I tried to order) I ended up ordering a Farmers wrap and there was no sauce. Workers were not welcoming at all.

Stood me there for 20 minutes waiting on a soup and a sandwich while a dozen-ish people behind the counter screwed around. Then the sandwich was wrong too.

What happened to customer service?
Rude people that couldn't care less about work. I ask for the same Coffee everyday but it always taste différent. Is it really that hard to say hi and have a good day? Or at least act like you care a little bit.

Just got a coffee that was 2/3 filled and the employees tipped themselves. Won't be back especially that location.

Terrible service shaking my sandwich in the dirty bag and can't make a coffee correct. Paying them is a crime.again my sandwich was made wrong train your employees properly or fire them what's concerning is that they appear to be drunk at work while working

I come to this location pretty well daily, it's usually hit or miss. They got my order wrong in drive thru so I went in and told them, Waited for a bit and it was busy but my new sandwich wasn't being made so I said f it and left cause I had to goto work. Only goto this location cause it's convient to my work but if I could I'd 100% avoid.

Went to this location twice and both times the same cashier shorted my change. Gave me a 5 back on a 10 dollar order from a 20; and when I call to make a complaint: there’s no answer.

It’s nice to hang out and grab a coffee at this location.
Love how they don’t crank up the AC unlike the other locations and the staff here is nice

Had a coffee the other day with no sugar in it and it was given to me practically cold, only realized when I got to work. Also debit machine is always down lately, you put up a tiny little sign saying cash only, you need better signs since it always happens, not everyone carry’s cash since COVID took it away!

Update.haven't gone in months, but I thought I would try for my wife and her beagle. She had next to nothing of cream cheese or hardly toasted new photo updated.

3rd time in two weeks odrers our meals and coffee. Poor customer service

The one on prospect Street is the only 1 I go to if i go to another. One, it's probably cause. I pulled into the park and lot and those close by, or I had to stop in there. And get something for the kids real quick, but I prefer prospects straight.

I don't live in Canada, so it is not very often that I get a chance to visit a Tim Hortons. This was my first time in one of their stores in about four years. I was very impressed by how much they have upgraded their menu since that time. There were a lot of people from the RCMP Musical Ride coming over for coffee and sweets. The staff handled a rather large crowd quickly. Everything was delicious, hot, and quick.

Terrible customer service on our first stop in at this Tim's. We ordered a large triple triple and an iced capp, only to be told after paying with debit that they were "out of iced capps. " Which is fair, I get it. Fast food chains are always busy and can run out of stock of certain items, but the way that they handled it afterwards was just ignorant and rude. My girlfriend was asked what she would like instead as a replacement, since we were owed something of similar value at least, she was then given 5 seconds of time (if that) to make up her mind, and then abruptly told "I don't have time for you to decide" and was pushed off to the side and forgotten about. Even after trying to get the same guy who took our order or anyone else's attention to get either our money back or something in replacement. If that's really how you treat your customers, then consider that not one I'd return back to. I bet they really appreciated the forced tip they got on top of minimum wage, thanks Tim Horton.

Horrible experiences at all theTim. Hortons in Fredericton. The staff clearly hate their job and their customers because they are rude, short tempered, and when they aren't they are simply ignoring people. I was in a few weeks ago and started to place an order. The woman at cash never made eye contact and walked away from me in the middle of me ordering. She was gone for a few minutes and it wasn't in regards to my order so I just left. Tim. Hortons used to be the best but now they are an embarrassment

As always these places are in the right place with the right flavor and attention, always very clean. The muffins, the croissants, the sandwiches in esoecial, the turkey with bacon are excellent and delicious, I love the taste of regular coffee, the medium double double is the perfect one, we always highly recommend it!

Normal Tim Horton experience. Homeless people sitting on the walkway right in front of the door. Asking for money on way in and way out.

Good service, app is handy when in a hurry and you order as or before you leave home. It's ready when you get there, no waiting very little GF options in the menu

This review is not a reflection of the employees. I was there on Sunday, March 26th. There were 2 people working while one was on break. 3 people trying to run the drive thru and serve inside customers is simply not enough. These poor kids were doing their best. I don't know if this is poor management or just a lack of employees. Needs improvement.

Walked in the door to about an inch of water on the floor.stood in line for over 20 mins without being served and left with 2 very unhappy children. When there is an event in the Ex grounds you should have more than ONE staff running the front counter! They should know how to make all the required sandwiches if alone (that was a big issue) Wasn't even acknowledged in that whole time and because the bathrooms are locked that was also a problem. The supervisor (?) popped out from the back just long enough to look at the line.twice.and run back away. No assistance to the front counter at all and it was very clear he was struggling. We were not the only ones that walked out.

Just another Tim Hortons where drive thru is real fast but has longer wait times if you dine indoors. The crew seems hardworking than they should. Not overly friendly nor overly rude. I usually visit there to buy a coffee and some sweet snack when I go to the park nearby in evenings.
The parking lot is often very congested because it is small.
