Nothing but foreigners that aren't welcoming and give a dirty look whenever I come in asking for potato wedges (they never have any made) this has been going on for 2 months lost a customer today

Staff loves to joke and talk to each other even as the lines grow and gets busier. Slow to take orders, even the app order service is slower then waiting in line with other’s

Near the downtown good location to grab your food and drinks and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Nice decoration, nice view, friendly staffs. I like Vanilla coffee and Chocolate croissant.

I've always love tim hortons as their iced coffee (I mostly drink ice no matter how cold) it is always less sweet than s*bucks and it is less acidic also their honey cruller are honestly the best chain donut in my world. I love it so much I had it everytime I'm in here which is often! Oh plus point is they have pretty fast wifi and their restroom are clean and well maintaned.

The staff members are polite and get my orders done tight. Although there is nowhere to sit and enjoy my food as well as there is no bathroom for customers to use.

The donut was very stale I couldn't finish it and the service was terrible, waiting a long time on food when it wasn't even busy, the staff were talking instead of making orders. Very disappointed.: (

We stopped at the King Street Tim Hortons before going to the Imperial Theater. They wouldn't let us use the washrooms. We all had tea and treats and sat down to have them but no washrooms open for us to use. I didn't know this was even allowed.

I was very disappointed The first visit Tim Hortons St. John branch, because there was a swimming competition. A rat ran from the kitchen into the trash can as I was sitting on the chair, so disgusting! The sausage wrap came out late even though they wasn't busy, nobody knew how to make for my coconut vanilla latte, and the Saturday morning employee with glasses was very acts rude when I asked when i get my coffee. And she shouted "I'm doing! " and when I handed the drink, I felt so bad that I let it go without a word. I was so surprised that Tim Hortons did not train employees and customer service.

Nice and reasonably priced food, kind and positive staff, good in every way to represent Canada.

Located in historic St. John, this place has atmosphere to spare. The people who run it do their utmost to take care of their customers. The food continues to be great.
