I was second in line (2 other people at tables & 3 cars at the drive-through) and listened for ten minutes while TH employee chatted up the young lady. Finally, another employee witnessed the poor customer service and came to the rescue.

It's a Tims, so it's decent. Unfortunately they are always out of donuts when we stop by later in the evening!
Edit- Multiple years later. Stopped by tonight at 1000pm. Not a single donut. Nothing has changed. They are almost ALWAYS out of donuts.

I can't help but visit every time I am in Grand Falls. The workers are very nice!

My family & I stopped at the drive in for 3 coffees after a long trip and they forgot my dads double double, and didn’t do anything about it. Poor service!
