Tim Hortons

This is for the tim hortons in the mall. I went up and ordered a large vanilla ice coffee with a BACON AND EGG sandwich. All was well, they gave me my coffee fast.not as full as the tim’s i usually go to but i didn’t care, i waited to receive my sandwich and when i went up and asked they gave a sausage and egg.im allergic to sausage.i went back and ask for the bacon and egg sandwich i ordered and told them i am allergic to sausage.the guy put up a little fight but went back, i think all he did was put it in a new bag because when i opened it, SAUAGE AGAIN.i went back for the THIRD time, when i got the sandwich, it was finally correct.but some of the egg was GREEN. Half of the staff you could barely understand, definitely don’t recommend this place for food.

The lady at the counter couldn’t do simple math. My order was 10.05. I gave her 50.05 in cash. She rings it up as 50.00 drops the nickel, doesn’t bother to pick it up. Gives me back a 20 and 15 bucks in bills, 2 toonies and 95 cents in nickels and dimes. I told her I need 40 bucks back, she looks at me all confused. I told her that she dropped the nickle and didn’t pick it up. She looks at me and says I gave her 50. I shake my head and said you dropped the nickel, you know you did bc you looked down at it. She then says ok give me back the change and I give you it back again. I gave her everything back, she then gives me the same 20 and another 20. I mean geez woman get your head out of the clouds. Airhead.

I always love to visit this place after Sunday mass. Busy at that time. But service is fast. Friendly staff. Easy parking. The food and coffee price is affordable.

I always order black coffee and much fresher when the store is busy.

Drive thru service is also available on this location and open 24 hours. (I think after late night only drive thru available)

Dine in facility and Washrooms available and Wendys on the other side.

My coffee never gets sugar or isn’t stirred well and it makes it disgusting and bitter. I worked in restaurants for 5 years so I know it’s not that hard to just check the sugar dispenser once in a while people! And some employees can be rude sometimes too.

Horrible service, ordered two meals, didn't get the side for one, got one of the sandwiches for one meal completely wrong, went to get another sandwich and potato wedges for the side that they missed, didn't have any and didn't tell us but made me pay for the trio anyway. We asked for chilli for the side instead, didn't have chilli because it was expired. Very unclean and slow as well.

They don’t have a good selection and recently I did a mobile order, I got there 20min after it said my order will be ready and it wasn’t even prepared yet.disappointing

I really love this year location I can't wait to come back again real soon I always stop in here when I'm passing through I highly recommend anybody living in the area or passing through to stop in and get a coffee here you will not be disappointed the staff are very friendly and easy to get along with you never have to wait long for your order the place is always clean the prices are right really appreciate this location thanks for everything guys really appreciate it can't wait to see you again soon keep up the good work.

It's a Tim's. Aside from the young worker with the pink hair being a little snot with attitude and zero customer service skills, it's tolerable.

I work at the mall and very upset.
Nov 8,9 & 10th. I ordered a lgr double double.
And all three time I had to bring my coffee back cause there was no sugar.
Make things worse the second coffees I received did not have suger either.
They need to take there time and make one coffee at a time cause the whole staff is new.
Im done going to this location

Very good. Had to bring tea back it was just warm not hot at all. They made a new pot. The breakfast sandwish was delish and coofee was hot and good

I got an medium' ice cap and a cookie should of came to around 3 to 4 bucks but they charge me for an ice cap total of 6 bucks not the first time
