Tim Hortons

We went through the drive through and ordered our meal, one had just lettuce no tomatoes and the other had neither tomatoes or lettuce. When we went to eat both wraps had tomatoes and neither had lettuce. On top of that we asked at the window if they could add a box of timbits and the lady refused saying there was a line up when there was only 4 cars behind us. I worked at Tims for almost a year and never have i refused to add to someones order and add a new order if the customer already paid order because at that point your making the business lose money and its to service the customer not watch your serving times.

So frustrating when cup is not full. Happened at this location, St.peters’s Ave, Bathurst, NB, several times

My crew went through the drive thru for 2 separate orders! I got a coffee and the other 2 guys both got meals. We were told they cannot take more than one order in the drive through and we need to combine the orders. When we got inside they started to whisper and point at us. I’ve worked at Tim hortons for years and have always been able to take more then one order for more then one customer in the drive thru. Considering they all had headsets they clearly need better training and should’nt be allowed to refuse business because they were trying to get the best drive through times. Quite Frustrated and disappointed. They need a reminder of what their job is and better training.

Tim Hortons the land of the brave and hockey loves place to be. Coffee not the greatest, service sometimes friendly but not the greatest, but gossip is very bad and that's why Tim Hortons is known as gossip city but great place to meet up with friends/family, even church groups meet up at Tim Hortons and start having church service in Tim Hortons because Tim Hortons is a cozy and comfortable and calm and relaxing environment. Why wouldn't you want to go to Tim Hortons? Great to catch up with News and Gossip All the beans are spilt always, and who knows maybe when being there the staff might spill the beans as well literally they always dropping something and making sure that you are awake with the noise

They say there open till 11 but then there’s 2 employees who always close the store at 15 so myself and my night shift colleagues heading to work will for now on go to McDonald’s

Si vous voulez un service en français, c'est clairement pas la place à aller. Pis 'c'est pas le meilleur sevice non plus.

We went to the Tim Horton's in Bathurst on St. Peter's ave on Saturday Sept 18th at 11 am. The drive thru line up was all the way down the street so we took a chance going inside to order. I was the 6th person in line counting the 1 already being served. I figured it wouldn't be too long. Only 1 till was open and 1 server running that till. The drive thru section was busy with a total of 5 servers which included the sandwich maker. Storefront server was very very slow and no sense of urgency about her at all. It was as if the line up didn't exist to her. I stood in that line up for 30 min! I have worked at many Tim Horton's in my lifetime and never have I worked in such a slow paced atmosphere. Always there is a sense of urgency when you have a long line up. Always you at least try to hurry as you make the coffee and pick the and muffins. Speed and accuracy are the expectation for Tim Horton's. Customer service is supposed to be high. I worked for the #1, #2 and the #3 busiest Tim Horton's so I found this experience to be unacceptable. This I see as an owners mistake. If you only have 1 server working in your restaurant then that person needs to be a strong and capable server. Several customers left that day due to such poor service.

What can I say it's time and I'm canadian it's like all over tims I've been to around canada

They have way more options than all Tim Hortons in Montreal, and I mean it. You will find maybe 3 - 4 times more options!

Tim's chili is always a favorite for us but table cleanliness is lacking in most of their establishments.

Assez rapide mais quand la serveuse à la fenêtre continue sa conversation privée avec ses collègues au lieu de me saluer, je continue mon chemin sans livrer de pourboire. On n' est pas obliger de tout entendre ce qui se passe dans leur vie privée. Au moins regarder le client quand vous lui remettez sa commande. C' est la poilitesse.pur et simple et ca va faire une différence dans vos pourboires à la fin de la journée.

Sometimes it can be very good.but other times it can be a mess with service and with the food. It doesn't always stay consistent.

Wheelchair access, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and good food, what more can you ask for. Try their new omelet bites, you won't be sorry.

Across from Canadian tire. This Tim's is very crowded, the staff is extremely slow and often mixes up your order. Not the friendliest either. We prefer the one by Atlantic Host.
